Week 4 - offseason
Monday - back, biceps, triceps
Tuesday - legs, abs
Wednesday - chest, delts, abs
Thursday - back, glutes
Friday - legs, abs
Saturday - rest/physique update/cardio
Daily supplements -
8iu SHOGUN growth hormone daily:
4iu pre fasted cardio, 4iu pre workout
Increased this to 10iu per day split, half way through the week (handling sides pretty well)
Steroids -
40mg PLATINUM NPP every Monday and Thursday
Been dealing with an annoying shoulder for almost 4 months now. It has hindered my strength a little on my upper body but I’ve been able to train around it so I’ve just been waiting for it to go away. Saw a physiotherapist confirming that I have impingement and bursitis

I already knew it was that I’ve had similar pain before, but just got worried they it hasn’t gotten any better.
So yeah my upper body strength is average af, especially on chest Ive changed my training from going for heavy sets to lighter/volume just trying to get a good pump and get blood in there. It’s not fun I miss benching but grateful that it’s not a body part that struggles to grow - delts, arms, chest easiest for me.
I was really flexible with my diet last week - ate what I wanted and a little a lot of vodka it’s Christmas



right I had to. But I didn’t miss any training days that’s not negotiable.
My weight jumped up to 79.5kg

but I don’t look real bad so that’s nice. Back to my normal diet next week
