Female Log IFBB PRO Olympian female offseason Log

I have never used HGH so this is a question out of wanting knowledge. I don't plan to ever use supraphysiological doses myself. I am hoping to be able to start using 1-4 IU this coming year. When do you know you have hit that limit where you are saturated and its not productive to take more?
I think for your, I followed all your logs @kcates, best to use 1 IU before bed for 2-3 weeks and then move to 2IUs if all good.

I think I may not have explained my question clearly. I’m not asking because of anything I personally plan to do. I’m just curious how people determine when growth hormone is “enough” and when adding more stops providing meaningful benefit.
For example, if someone is at 10 IU, how do they know whether going to 12, 15, or 20 IU makes sense or is just diminishing returns? Is that mainly judged by side effects like carpal tunnel and edema, or is there blood work or other markers that guide that decision?
This is purely for understanding. It’s not something I expect to apply to myself.

So it is purely symptoms. I didn't know if there was any like blood markers like when I see high and low estrogen. Thanks for the knowledge I appreciate it.

Haha this is a question that anyone who's been there can answer and you don't want to go there bro. Keep it at 1iu and don't go over 4iu as you're not a pro bodybuilder. Think bloated, water retented, numb hands, carpel tunnel, and plain pain in your joints.

Pertaining to my question and igf1. If you shot 12iu would igf1 continue to go up with the higher amount or would there be a point say you took 8iu and got a number and then at 12 iu you got a number and they would stay the same you would be able to say ok I am completely saturated the numbers have stayed the same so this is my top number for saturation at 8iu I shouldn't waste using any more then that because I know for fact I have hit my saturation levels anything past this point is just wasting money and product? Of course everyone is individual and there will always be outlier's.

I thought it interesting to begin with how much more women use, how much more the Aussies use vs Americans in general, and then I was thinking how do u get to find the point your not using more then u can use to advance your body because. I get what you're asking. There is such thing as your IGF1 reaching it's max levels no matter how much more GH you run. Now, what this GH dose is is entirely different for everyone and you'd have to use bloodwork like you mentioned to find your GH threshold to keep IGF redlining at it's maximum. I wouldn't suggest doing this over a long period of time because we've all heard of "diminishing returns". You'll have to walk around with gummy bears too because you could find yourself going hypo too. If you really wanted to spike your IGF1 you can pin your GH IM instead of subQ and if you get bloods about 3 hours after your IGF1 will be way higher.

I did an experiment with high dose GH for two nights and it went bad (just ask @LevButlerov - I was given proper shit too which I deserved).

I find, and this is very in general, that the sweet spot for males that aren't pros is 4iu. You'll get all you need out of 4iu of GH but you'd have to start at 1iu and work your way up.

Been dealing with an annoying shoulder for almost 4 months now. It has hindered my strength a little on my upper body but I’ve been able to train around it so I’ve just been waiting for it to go away. Saw a physiotherapist confirming that I have impingement and bursitis 🫠 I already knew it was that I’ve had similar pain before, but just got worried they it hasn’t gotten any better.

So yeah my upper body strength is average af, especially on chest Ive changed my training from going for heavy sets to lighter/volume just trying to get a good pump and get blood in there. It’s not fun I miss benching but grateful that it’s not a body part that struggles to grow - delts, arms, chest easiest for me.

I was really flexible with my diet last week - ate what I wanted and a little a lot of vodka it’s Christmas 🎄🎄🎄 right I had to. But I didn’t miss any training days that’s not negotiable.
My weight jumped up to 79.5kg 😬 but I don’t look real bad so that’s nice. Back to my normal diet next week 🫡

Great work, looking great, and got to enjoy Christmas week food. Sounds like a win to me. I am like you, the training is nonnegotiable and the protein intake has to stay up. We get back to it this week and it will all level back out by Friday I am sure.

I think the time off diet actually did you some good. You look visibly bigger but it doesn't look like you sacrificed any conditioning for it. Enjoying some time off the diet grind for the holidays looks good on you!

So yeah my upper body strength is average af, especially on chest Ive changed my training from going for heavy sets to lighter/volume just trying to get a good pump and get blood in there. It’s not fun I miss benching but grateful that it’s not a body part that struggles to grow - delts, arms, chest easiest for me.

I was really flexible with my diet last week - ate what I wanted and a little a lot of vodka it’s Christmas 🎄🎄🎄 right I had to. But I didn’t miss any training days that’s not negotiable.
My weight jumped up to 79.5kg 😬 but I don’t look real bad so that’s nice. Back to my normal diet next week 🫡

As a female strength athlete in this type of top notch condition you inspire even a slightly broken down old powerlifter to push myself as far as my body will "safely" let me 🤔😉. Under 100mg for offseason, over 100mg for prep lol it’s the orals that make it a bit higher

Hands hurt real bad this week from the gh 🥲 but from adding taurine in couple days ago I’ve definitely noticed a difference. Sleep sucks so bad right now.
Feeling really strong in my lower body - hit 7 plates on cybex squat press for 13 and then another set for 8/9.

Shoulder holding me back a bit from going super heavy on upper body still but it’s feeling a little better from stretching/mobility work. If I could recommend a stretch for healthy shoulders it’s the “sleepers stretch” works every time tor me doing it multiple times throughout the day.

I look really cool so it’s been making it real fun training 😍 things are really starting to move along now.

Great update and training pics. Love the width you are getting through your back and tightness in the midsection. The work you are putting in is really paying off but watch those niggly injuries, wouldn't want your progress derailed by making those worse.

Sleep is pretty average right now only getting 6-7 hours a night hands waking me up every couple of hours lol but getting used to the sides of the gh.
I also hit over 80kg 😅

@ifbbpromusclegirl looking really good on this. That is a strong amount of growth hormone. Wow. It's really good that you're logging this. I don't think I've ever seen a woman run that much growth hormone so I want to see how you do.
 
End of week 6 - offseason

Monday - back, biceps, triceps
Tuesday - legs, abs
Wednesday - chest, delts, abs
Thursday - back, glutes
Friday - legs, abs
Saturday - rest/physique update/cardio
Sunday - rest

Daily supplements -
10iu SHOGUN growth hormone daily:
5iu pre fasted cardio, 5iu pre/mid workout

Steroids -
40mg PLATINUM NPP every Monday and Thursday

Just plodding along right now, still rolling with the same diet plan. Shoulder is feeling a little better towards the end of the week so maybe I can start lifting a little more on chest day next week.
