Question for the EVO community… I have a vacation first of the month, 9 days.
Should I just chill and be ready to start the cycle when I get back or continue some sort of hotel workouts?
No BS…besides the dual cardio sessions that

I have a serious sciatica problem that outside of working out my left leg (calf/ankle) starts to throb while standing (last 6 months). It is painful but I manage. I do a lot of stretches and am actively going to PT. Think rest might be good?
