Good training :D @Pat7x but dont go heavy when you're cutting, if you cut look for 20 rep sets for volume and lower weight

Excited to flow along. I love the concept of a mini cut and it will get you primed for your next cycle. I've been looking into mini cuts a lot lately myself just as a way to improve future cycle results so this will be fun to follow!

I was 450g of carbs on a bulk and I don’t wanna cut too hard too early, I don’t wanna look flat. My goal is to keep my size but let reta burn off the fat. Maybe what im doing is not even a minicut but a recomp @LevButlerov

if you want to cut you'll need to go under 200 for sure, and retatrutide doesn't burn fat its a glp1 which lowers appetite :D @Pat7x

Damn bro that's some seriously low fat. Good for cutting but might effect your gym performance and especially recovery. Just becareful with that bro. You're moving some serious weight and training hard so your body will need the healthy fats to keep your brain working lol

Have you every tried band assisted pull ups? You just throw a resistance band over the bar and slip your foot it. Great for hypertrophy and really hitting your back hard

I never tried that, I only did assisted pull up when I can’t do pull up yet 2 years ago🫣 @BeMe also I will try to add more fat, I just villainized fat lately

Healthy fats aren't bad in moderation. If you get your fats from fish, nuts, avocados, these are all great for your recovery and brain health.

Tick it up just a little bit bro and I think your body will thank you. I've also seen that with reta it's better to make smaller adjustments to keep it working right.

Damn I duno how I missed all that. Just a few days away and I didn't even see any of that. Sorry to hear what you're going through bro. Personally my theory on relationships has always been if it's meant to be it will all work out, and if not it will just end it course. It feels awful at the time if things end but years later you could look back and it could be the best thing ever.

Its tough when you're in the thick of it but try your best to stay positive bro. If things are getting to be to much then maybe you need some time to yourself to focus on you. Focus extra hard on the things that make you happy cuz that's whats most important.

Stay strong bro and remember no matter what life goes on and you'll find happiness one way or another. Things have a way of always working out in the end, even if we have to suffer a bit along the way. Always bright days ahead

Don't waste money on a dexa bro. They aren't accurate either. They work off an algorithm the same way your bathroom scale and AI does. Its not actually scanning fat and lean tissue the way it leads you to believe. Even between the different brands of machines there's massive differences in the calculated BF on the same person.

The only truly accurate way to do it is skin fold calipers measured by someone who knows what they're doing.

Training has been 45-70 minutes per day
Average weekly diet
2200~2400 cal
Carbs 250~300g
Protein 190~210g
Fat 40~50g
Incline barbell press reps on 225 dropped 3 reps total from last bulk

Macros look pretty good for those cals. Where does 2500 put you relative to maintenance?
I lost 1lb a week with this macros

Lift kinda sucks today, I went to the gym right away after my 3 hours nap lol my body ans my brain was not fully awake…. Learned my mistake, never take a nap before lifting🤣
