Thats what i assumed regarding the gloves. I think they would also mess with my grip. I guess i'll do the same and just file them down if they get too cazzy!

There is some movements that i think my arms and hands give out before my bodypart that im training does. I haven't had to use straps yet, but its a tool in the bag just in case.
I bet you have some TOUGH battle scars with the BJJ and training you do!

The only change was the slight reduction in Reta, and i did have a couple cheat meals over the weekend. It could also be my cycle coming, but thats not for a little while.
The bloat has only been the last couple of days.

I do weigh myself daily, but i only post the weekly update, as the variance is quiet wild during the week.
I do track my workouts in the HEVY app, but i cant figure out a way to export it into text easy. Ill have to give a little breakdown on my workout split!

I think these things just sometimes happen. You need to ride it out, but if i sticks around for TOO long then you have to dig deeper!
