I was checking for GH and I saw this
How am I supposed to draw 0,0004 ml (2 UI) even with an insuline pin? :D
On the other side, the second kit has 10 bottles of 10 iu each.
This means that 1 bottle will last 5 days so is pretty expensive, isn't it?
or am I missing something?

Today I was very surprised how the cycle kicked in!
I was able to do 39 hang squat cleans in set of 3 with 80 kg, with minimum effort and good tecnique.
So good that I loaded 90 for the last 2 sets!
Workout was
30 rounds - 1 each
3 hang squat clean in a set
6 handstand push ups
9 box jump over / step ups
We did like 28 rounds in 30 min.

My quads are really strong and explosive, my grip has never been that solid, and my pull is crazy.
The gym helped a lot into forging my back and my leg this for sure 💪
Shoulder mmh, bp is helping a bit lets see next 2 weeks

Weight is 84 kg now, abs are visible so I believe Im below 15% bf, which is crazy, literally a clean bulk!

I went 4 reps loading from 60 to 110
This is the last set of four pretty easy, I must say I'm quite happy despite my poor knees. Mobility
I can't push that much due to knees and shoulder but 110x4 is fair to me
Last time I tried 2 years ago was 90x5 and was damn hard

I did also leg press 3x30 reps with 80 kg + sled, leg Extension, leg curl and calfs
Also some shrugs for traps and some biceps work in advance for tomorrow crossfit class

Monday and tuesday was crossfit
70 toes to bar, 50 snatches 55 kg and 50 clean and jerks
Monday I did 10 complex
5 thrusters 7 hang Clean 5 thrusters 40 kg plus double undes and 150 pushups

My shoulder is a bit sore, bp 157 still have to kick in or maybe I have a permanent injury, who knows

Anyhow strenght feels good and overall look is jacked

the shoulder issue careful work around it dont do shoulders for at least 1 week and pin bpc157 and start adding tb500 to it

FRONT SQUAT, as per picture above.
I did 5 sets x 4 reps, 60 to 110 no spotter needed.
I had more for sure since I was pretty fast, I recorded the video but it's to heavy to post here :)

Man, you're looking fantastic on this. I like the training. I'm not a big fan of CrossFit though. I think alphas belong in the gym not in some CrossFit warehouse. But overall it's good to see some training. @Simoneme

Thats the only reason why I can get a very good salary despite my useless economic graduation. Actually few people can write like me, and even less can handle a conversation like I do. I do work with foreign customers and custom clearance, hence fluent English is mandatory. I dont mean to praise myself but actually is the only innate ability I have. At 10 I was already able to read and write and do grammar exercises. But Im to lazy to improve so I lay on what I can do, and learn by reading forums and so on... My grammar is not correct at all but its enough for me :)

Hi all!
Last scale results indicate almost 86 kg with 2% less in fat, I can't complain.
Anyhow I can't push my diet further, I'm already having meals like 500 g of meat + 2 hg of pasta and cheese, so I won't reach 90 kg this time.
They said to kick carbs in and I'm doing that (do you eat dates?)
At this point I'm at the 12th week, since I have some more deca to use, I will push the cycle 2 weeks more; I feel stable and good, no mood swings and so on.
Later I will test I believe in 2 weeks to see where I am.
then as I told I will cruise with 200 Testo + 50 bolde + carda and osta; I will mantain more or less the calories intake since as far as I can see I'm not putting up fat so I will try to mantain 85 kg as a target.
I hope 50 bolde will tame E2 and won't crash me down completely if I put 200 as test base.

For the future, I'm learning stuff about Test E + DHB + masteron.
I have the Idea that this kind of cycle would give me a "tren" look without excessive stress or sides typical of the tren, but I'm opened to your suggestions.

I'd just use tren bro, instead of messing with DHB. 10mg ED trenA and minimize sides. You will get some DHB via conversion of EQ downstream.

4 hg chicken - 2 hg rice
2 protein bars - 1 energy bar
150 g dates
400 g turkey - 300 g potatoes or 200 g pasta + veggies
Creatine 8 g and vitamins / magnesium / taurine / electrolites
TOTAL 4130 kcal | 358g P | 537g C | 65g F

this is a good question! I listened them a bit, actually I don't have such a sport career like other sport players here do, but I can think about it, maybe something connected to keeping my head off the water without surgery and cope with my pains, and also I could talk a little about my crossfit journey, let's see :D

entering 13 week now, I will do another week just to finish deca then cruise.
I will have some more deca left but I can't cycle further....
next days I will test before cruise for sure.

Yesterday I did a little test at the bench press since it was many days I wasn't trying due to shoulder problem.
Workout was 16 rounds
10 bench press 60 kg unbroken
150 mt lungees dbs 22.5 - 24 - or 15 // 15 calorier row alternate each round
I have accumulated 150 reps of bench press with 60 kg, while many big guys did that with 80

Actually I can still press, I feel really strong but the soulder doesn't collaborate.
Indeed tonite I had a bit pain but nothing serious again; I'm forced to sleep on my back, which causes snoring, with main happiness for the missus, you can imagin.

Unfortunately, shoulder caused elbows and tricep chain-cascading pain, which I have almost solved with TENS.
This friday I will have a medical examination with a specialist, and I will start again physiotherapy manipulation hoping that the problem will solve but I don't know actually; I feel really strong, shoulder press is ok, jerking is ok, I have pain only in bench stuff so let's see.

Anyhow again when I star a cycle, I got a injury without even pushing so hard, it looks like a course.
I'm now in the mood that I have accepted my strenght limit, and I'm more focusing on the overall body shape instead of strenght.
Legs are good, lats are ok, recently I tested again front squat and did 120 x 4, so I'm really looking forward to september tren blast ( if I will recover my shoudler). I really would like to be on tren shape when I will be in Maldives this december, let's see.

We did 16 rounds in 33 min, pretty solid!

yessir! And to be honest, few people at the class did 80 kg, 6 over 21 partecipant.
My team mate is a big Bud Spencer guy who can clean easily 140 kg and bench 80 kg for 160 reps, he weights 110 kg and he can muscle up as well, so we smashed it ;)

@Simoneme Bros, does that TENS shit actually help? My wife tried that on me one time; it didn't seem to do much for me. I guess it depends on what your injury is.
 
I also got results from blood donation test.
I have been accepted, below the value tested.
Do you believe they will spot and ban me for peds using if I go to give blood?
And also, will I damage the receiver? @LevButlerov
Just don't mention that you use steroids or anything like that or that you're doing injections. You should be fine. There's nothing wrong with your blood if you use steroids. @Simoneme

Could be a problem only because on 30 may to 2 june I will take a plane for 2 days trip, how can I solve this? Loading before leaving?
I will buy also dostinex from Napgear, I heard it helps also with mood crashes due to tren.

I belive I sorted it out myself.
Before leaving I will pin test E + 3 time dose tren + mast (30 mg each), then when back start again 10 per day, I believe this will work out.
And If I feel ok after the 4th week I have some more product left in case I will push just a bit the dosage. I will buy 3 vials total then (one each for test tren and mast), let's see what I can achieve maybe loading 20 mg + 20 mg later

thats the point im at as well, did the heavy thing for while now im just cutting and working on volume and getting the physique in good shape for a nice cutting stack.

The aim is to tame down longhead bursitis with an eco guided injection.
The doctor said I have such big delts that he required an ankle needle like 21 g... But we managed to rotate a bit and use a smaller one.
Lets see how It gets.
I'm waiting now my tren and mast bottles for summer cut, hence I created this meme.
The meme is referred to an italian so called singer (actually she just shake the booty) who recently did coming out declaring herself bisex and starting a relationship with the blonde one. If you want to google it she is Elodie

I think he is talking about an ultrasound guided tendon injection (usually a corticosteroid) not a gear injection

Noah I had a TFCC tear a while back - for me it was just time that helped it - it was before the healing peptides etc. Its a very blood flow poor ligament (not a tendon) so has pretty poor healing potential.
Ultimately my wife also had one that required surgical fixation.
