Yes for sure man and seeing athletes on TV eating junk food doesn't help either. It does influence you when you're younger.

Yeah bro that was our issue when we were younger. Now the young generation has the issue of tren being advertised as the first choice cycle lol
seems like there is a trend now away from aggressive cycles over the past 5 years. Looking at the logs on here, you don't see too many people running high dosages at all.
 
On here for sure, its a great community. But instagram and tiktok are flooded with kids doing these insane cycles
I avoid both of those platforms like the plague so that's probably why I don't notice it but yeah of course they're going to do that. They want the clicks. It's a classic way for click bait and getting views and likes so they can grow their stupid channels. That's why it's best to avoid those places and stick to this community.

One positive about it is the creative meal prep ideas 😂 I've made some mad tasting low cal high protein meals.

Sleep 3/10
I think yesterday's cialis was taken a bit too late and interrupted my sleep. I'll be pulling it from my pre workout for now.

Rhodiola rosea this morning with 2 cups of black coffee helped me push through today.

Leg day

Hack squat 3 x 10 80kg

Leg press 45° 5 x 10 280kg

Leg extention 4 x 10 96kg

Leg curls 3 x 10 75kg

Seated calf raises 4 x 13 80kg

Standing calf raises 4 x 10 195kg

Hip abduction 3 x 20 37.5kg

This was the biggest leg workout ive done in years since being back into training. Will focus on food over the next couple days to speed up recovery.

Yeah definitely feeling it today. Carbs were quite low yesterday so recovery is going a little slower than usual but need to drop this bf quick!

Your legs are looking pumped and big. @Gabs quads are really coming together. Just make sure you're also balancing the hamstrings. You don't want huge quads and weak hamstrings.

Looking nice on this. I like the assisted pull-ups and the seated cable rows. Those are really nice and the bent over rows are also good. @Gabs

How would you know what you're burning through?
I estimate based on intensity and length of workout along with how many steps/physical work done throughout the day. My base is 2100 so for example, if I had a big day at work and trained a big leg session i'd usually be at about 3500-4000 cal expenditure so ill aim to eat around 3000 calories that day keeping me in a 1000 defecit. Its not going to be perfect but it seems to be working.

Thanks brother. I try to do more for hamstrings but I usually leave them for last. They are my weakest point on my body I'd say. I do need to train them more.
 
I'm at a minimum of 2g per kg of body weight which i think is pretty good. If I go past 2.5-3 it seems to effect digestion.

I'm taking dijestive enzymes, probiotics daily and occasionally betaine hcl but I find sometimes I struggle to go to the bathroom with too high protein intake.
I've got a condition where my gastric emptying is slower than the average person, i also have gerd and ibs.
I'm trying different ways to get protein intake up but at the moment gut movement is priority especially considering reta also slows gastric emptying and I need to be cautious of that.
I find if fats are low that helps tremendously also.

With the psylium ive got an organic brand but it bloats me so I tend to stay away from it. Never really gave it a good shot

Water is anywhere between 3.5 to 5l a day with 1 liquid iv sachet per day

Metamucil is bad it has additives will bloat you, get raw husk and raw powder psyllium @Gabs

Haha thanks bro, means a lot but I've got it set in my head i need to be 10% or sub 10 in 4-6 weeks whatever it takes. Then I'll do a health phase for a couple months and go into a lean bulk. Need to see what I have to work on under this fluff!

Ive dropped the weight to 70% to reduce inflammation and increased reps and reduced rest periods.

Training 6 days a week currently.

Sitting at aproximately 13-14% body fat now. Hoping to get to 10% in the next 4-6 weeks. A lot of water retention especially around my mid section due to the e2 shift i've had over the past week but should see it even out in a week.

I was at 300 primo 400 sus initially and it tanked my e2. Sensitive e2 came back at 30pmol/L. I had painful elbows, low pumps, tinnitus.
Got it back up with 280mg prop and 500iu hcg 3 times a week.

Thought i would test the waters with 400 primo, 560 sus, 140mg prop and 1500 hcg but I still feel e2 is a bit too low for my liking after a few days on 400. Still have similar symptoms.

I'll see how the next few days plays out and make a decision to increase test or just reduce primo.

Nice workout mate. Good selection of exercises. 50 on the incline chest machine is good going. So is laterals with 12.5's for sets of 20!

Was sick at the time of the test hence crp elevated. I really think ive got the supplememt protocol perfect for my body as I was very happy with these results only 3 weeks post cycle.

Sensitive e2 came back at 84 which was 3 weeks after stopping cycle.
Prolactin sorted itself out a while back. Ive established that on 2 occasions e2 and prolactin temporarily spike after stopping anavar
