After being in a health phase & slight defecit, ive dropped almost 10kg without even trying. So ive decided to ramp it up and do a quick 4 week cut to step on stage in 4 weeks 💪 because why not 🤷‍♂️

Finishing the day with a 30 minute sauna 💦

Still have 700 calories for dinner tonight, will a basic meat/salad/rice combo to line up my macros.

DAY 2

Fasted cardio in the AM
30 min stairmaster
10 min cross trainer
10 minute bike
10 minute Incline walk
10 minutes of posing

Followed by overnight oats

Im finding this is too many carbs and leaving me with fuck all carbs for the rest of the day so ill be halving it tomorrow onwards.

Afew hours after that carb meal its leg day ( Im doing legs x2 weekly atm )

Single leg curl 12, 10, 8

Adductors 2 x 15
Pendulum squats 10, 8
Walking dumbell lunges 16, 10
( Legs burnt out hard at this point )

Im hoping to come in same condition with some slight improvements to be honest bro. A good year of training since my last comp and ive definitely grown slightly in some areas. Last prep wasent pretty and I was mentally fucked from too much peds, too much output and not enough input as I coached myself and really needed someone to pull me in line.

This time its been completely different.

@AusMade good job on the testosterone and primo together and I like the tren as well. I think it's a good stack. The only thing I would change is I would swap out the clen. no need for it since you are using reta which is far better anyway

Rose, you definitely put together a crazy good prep cycle. I have been seeing a lot of people stacking tren, primo, and testosterone lately. It seemed to be a hot tren with EQ. @AusMade

@AusMade really excited to see what kind of damage you can do on this cycle. I agree though with the guys above; I don't even think you need any Clen and T3. You might not even need that as well. I think the Reta goes a long way. Just increase the Reta up to 3 or 4 mg a week and you'll be golden.

Calories/macros have been on point, using reta this prep is honestly a game changer 👌

Starting everyday with 30-60 minutes fasted cardio and 10 minutes of posing, the days i don't get my full hour of cardio im back at night to get it done.

The comp has been pushed back 2 weeks which is great, just gives me that little bit of extra time to dial it in 💪 this has motivated me even more to be honest.

What started a quick prep for fun has me wanted to bring home a trophy now, im focussed and feeling great considering the low calories.

Friday was BICEPS
Barbell curls 15, 12, 10, 8 + dropset
Cable drag curls 3 x 12
Preacher curls 9, 8, 6 + dropset
Hammer curls 2 x 15 + dropset

Saturday was TRICEPS
Cable overheads 15, 12, 10, 8
Tricep pushdowns 3 x 10 + dropset
Barbell skullcrushers 3 x 12
Weighted bench dips 2 x failure

Bro reta is a game changer for comp prep. Will definitely be looking at upping the dose the closer I get if my hunger gets too bad.

Then home for breakfast which is overnight wheetbix and then a shower. Laid for for an hour, then back to the gym for PULL

I'm not gonna lie, this looks like a tremendous workout. You really are pushing things nicely. The leg training is the absolute best. Those lunges are no joke, especially after some hard sets. @AusMade

Nobody wants to lose their wife over a plastic trophy, and weve all seen it happen before. Im just lucky I have a woman who supports me 100% and has my back. And I'm thankful everyday for it.

Back in the day I could squat 160kg for reps and leg press 14 plates a side, now days i dont squat over 80kg and press 8 plates on a good day.

you dont need big weights to have big legs, thats all myth :D you need volume and control @AusMade

My triceps were on FIRE after that, and I've kept my strength steady on my online smith press these last few weeks so im happy about that!

Incline Smith press 8, 10, drop set x 12
Incline cable flys 3 x 12

SUPERSET
Low cable flys 3 x 15
Overhead cable extensions 3 x 15

Tricep pushdowns 15, 12, 10 with partial reps to failure.

My triceps were on FIRE after that, and I've kept my strength steady on my online smith press these last few weeks so im happy about that!

Did more posing in the afternoon and another long walk aswell, steps would be 15,000-20,000 daily.

Calories back down to 2000 this week

Depending how im looking/feeling by the end of the week ill look at reducing carbs by 30g

I've hit last years stage weight already with a new low of 90.4kg 🔥

Veins are coming through more and seeing every muscle more and more as the days pass, but trade off is less energy ofcourse.

But its all going to plan and im very happy.

Ive introduced 600mg L-Carnitine daily first thing in the morning and will be keeping this up to my peak week.

I've also grabbed some cycle support from @RegenexPharma @RGSX which i will be starting straight away, and introducing orals aswell. Expecting to see some noticeable difference in shape, size and strength from the orals.

The cycle support is legit man, you should look into their sleep stack too

Prep update

Weighing in 90.5kg this morning after refeeding on the weekend with an extra 2000 calories split over 2 days.

I was tired and run down to be honest. Doing such a short prep has been taxing with a very aggressive approach but from here on out its about fatigue management while still chipping away slowly.

Calories stay the same

Peds stay the same but have introduced
@RGSX cycle support daily + @RegenexPharma
Cardogen 35 -17.5mg Cardarine GW-1516
& upping my MOTc to 5mg weekly now

I've started 25mg Sdrol pre workout & also have some AOD coming this week in an attempt to help burn these last bit of subborn fat.

Tren will be stopping at the end of this week due to it fucking my sleep up to much and I was close to snapping at a neighbour on the weekend, ready to punch on. Good warning sign to ease off the tren when your ready to fight your neighbours over fuck all 🤣

Feeling good overall and this is me flat/dry hitting an ans/thigh pose at 90kg

I was tired and run down to be honest. Doing such a short prep has been taxing with a very aggressive approach but from here on out its about fatigue management while still chipping away slowly.

Hit a wall this week energy/health wise to be honest, so upping my calories back up to 2700 daily for the whole week to give my body a diet break and to help me keep training hard and just alive in general.

On the plus side...

Woke up 89kg this morning which is the lightest ive been in over 10 years and under my stage weight last year 🔥

Starting to get cold at work, so back to wearing trackys and jumpers at night as im cold as fuck all the time due to low body fat 🤣

Training is going good tho, strength is alittle down on some lifts, but maintaining on most, trying my best to manage volume without over doing it.

Updates will be every few days at this point, gotta focus on the end goal. Under 4 weeks out boys, let's fucking get it 💪

Few days since my last update I honestly hit wall this week badly around Wednesday/Thursday and burnt the fuck out.

No energy, tired, bad sleep, all the warning signs i needed a break.

So i decided to have a slight diet break back on maintenance for afew days to rest my body and most importantly, my mental health.

I tell you what, eating extra food felt so fucking good 🤣

Training was still been on track tho, hitting every muscle group once and i FUCKED my legs up badly this week 🤣 something about those extra calories made me push to failure + throw in afew drop sets and man I was hobbling all week like a cripple, groaning every time I had to bed down hahah. Love that shit tho 🤣

After eating 1000 extra calories daily for 3 days and not doing any stairs, I must say I feel alot better again and im ready for this final push.

This was me yesterday morning, up 1kg in weight from the food/glycogen/water obviously, but still lean, looking great and still sitting at last years stage weight with 3 officially weeks to go.

Tomorrow is the start my final push.
Tren is out
NPP is in
Orals have started &
Carbs will be cycled now as 2 low days/ 1 high day
Cardio + posing increasing aswell.

Literally going to go all out for these next 2 weeks and push the fucking limits, aiming to drop a final 3kg before stage day while still filling out more.

Ive dropped some hours from work aswell to allow for more rest and recovery during these last 3 weeks.
