Ended up stopping past the neighbourhood centre near work and grabbing a steroid pack and a couple fit packs.

For those of you that aren't familiar with NSP's (Needle and Syringe Programs) in NSW they are places you can get your slin pins in plastic packs that house the spent pins in a tamper proof container that you return to selected NSP's or Pharmacies and get fresh ones exchanged. In the better equipped ones you can also get a selection of barrels, swabs, tips, yellow sharps bins and hygiene equipment for free. This is a harm reduction initiative that your tax dollars pay for friends so you should make good use of it. In the better equipped NSP's you can find pre bundled "steroid packs" with 3ml barrels, 23gauge pins, swabs, drawing up pins and a yellow bin.

Got home, unpacked a bunch of stuff I bought at Aldi on the way in case the fuel crisis turns into a food crisis too (forgot to buy a slab of cream of rice but I'll grab that tomorrow)
Put four cups of rice on and boiled it in chicken stock and coconut oil... Major part of food prep done and dusted in under an hour.

Todays food was bananas and banana bread with coffee for breakfast, mince rice and veges with sour dough and cream of rice at smoko. Then sour dough, shredded chicken breast with veges, mince rice and veges for lunch and plenty of sweet treats in between. Dinner was a hearty serving of beef stew with sour dough and a half serve of an old covid era cream of rice I found at the back of the cupboard last time I got concerned out about shit like this...

Anyways, I hope we're all having a grouse week despite the current political and economic climate Evo Fam.

My appetite has been through the roof lately even with the low dose reta onboard.

Bananas Banana Bread, sweet treats, coffee, protein bars, cream of rice, heaps of mince rice and veges, chicken veges and rice, hearty slow cooked beef and rice...

I have been good on the fang Evo Fam, bloating has been minimal too. I think we can credit the @RGSX Vital Gut Support and Digestive Enzymes along with the evening supps drink of naringenin, glycine, beetroot powder, lysine, taurine, and creatine HCL, with keeping my gut clean and ticking along for me while I sleep.

Waiting for my 1.5kg of butterflied boneless lamb leg to cool down and depressurise naturally in my pressure cooker.

I have a massive couple of days of food prepping and freezing so many meat stews and rice this weekend. 🤤🤤🤤

Weight is going up, figure is being maintained, best condition and shape today was the biggest and fullest I'd been in a long time too... Feeling very positive about this push phase.

There are people out there that would KILL to be in your position today, to have a body that works, a grouse physique, the ability and strength to lift their own bodyweight, to be able to run, jump, bend, stretch and squat. It's gunna cost me a bit in fuel tomorrow, but like you said, we gotta keep that iron grind going, and honestly, When I walk out of the Gym tomorrow exhausted and well worked, it'll have been worth the cost of the guzzo to get there. It's pin day 💉Had a feed of shredded chicken and rice for breaky before taking Delly to the vet for her DECA shot. Walked her about town and then came home and got some fitpacks ready to exchange at the chemist while I was in town. It's pin day 💉Had a feed of shredded chicken and rice for breaky before taking Delly to the vet for her DECA shot. Walked her about town and then came home and got some fitpacks ready to exchange at the chemist while I was in town. By that stage I was only a touch bloated from the feed and all the water, pinned, necked the pre and legged it, listened to the big fella @Trenhead3cc turn on the pod on the way in. Good show brother. Very cool show, that was a great listen.

My Lord, what a grouse little workout that was. I feel like a well run dog. So happy and exhausted for the 40mins of fun.

Sometimes we start a sesh a bit out of sorts or that we don't feel like having a go today, but you should show up and have a crack anyway Fam. There are people out there that would KILL to be in your position today, to have a body that works, a grouse physique, the ability and strength to lift their own bodyweight, to be able to run, jump, bend, stretch and squat. So give thanks, and go use that gift, enjoy the rig that you have and go put it to good use.

Not much to report this weekend Evo Family. Caught up with my Darling Dearest on Friday after gym, kinda trying to maximise travel efficiency these days, trained, did shopping, saw Wifey, came home to my country abode.

Spent the weekend in active recovery. Taking Delly for walks and doing a HEAP of meal prep. This new multicooker has been copping a flogging

I've cooked so much delicious rice (and just been stuffing handfuls of it into my face hole at midnight) I've been putting a tablespoon of coconut oil and using vegetable or chicken stock instead of water to cook it in. Just about all of it has been bagged in 150gm serves with winter veges and 150gm serves 5 star lean beef mince. I've cooked up all my kangaroo mince, the silverside is the best I've done yet, so I had a Dr.K version of a reuben sando on pana de casa. I polished off all the lamb stew with Mum and Delta and I've packaged up a new batch of beef and vege stew for the week.

Meal prep is so much easier with a multi cooker now.

Anyway, enough bangin on about that.
Hope you're all doing well and aren't doing it hard given the current state of the world.

Thanks my bro, got a good jump on it hey. Meals for days! Yeah the fuel sitcho is faaaarked. I live a good 120km round trip from anything so I no more ducking in on a whim. I have to have a few things to do at once and time it all. If I stay with my Darling Dearest at hers it'll cut into my workout time cos I have to consider Delta sleeping in the car with the windows down. But we will manage it and work something out. Adapt and overcome as they say.

Smoko was uncooked corn cob, 160gm lean beef mince, 150gm rice and 100gm veges... I bought a large cookie on special from the servo for $1 as a sweet treat, and after eating I read the label to log it in myfitness pal... Holy smokes this thing was over 700cals wtaf?! That'll learn me 🤦🏼‍♂️ lucky I ate it early in the day

Lunch was a tin of cream of rice, lean beef mince, rice and veges and a couple boiled eggs. A sweet treat in there somewhere too toward the end of the day.

Dinner was 277gm Kangaroo mince, 150gm rice, and 100gm cottage cheese with green tomato relish and a yakult lite.

Macros aren't completely shitty today. Still lean, still eating thru the reta, but jot super easily. It's like the EQ is fighting the food noise suppression kinda feeling. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Did some panic shopping of potatoes, rice, coconut water, stewing meats and what not because places here are running out of diesel and the shelves are looking kinda sparse... all of this made better by getting most the way through the good brother @Tankie podcast session, saving that to finish tomorrow. Enjoying the yarn so far brother. Great show.

I am feeling a decent relief from the @RGSX gut supplements. Digestion is improved for sure. Highly recommended Evo Fam.

Gotta agree with the thought that the Eq is pushing through the Reta as I was thinking the same thing this afternoon. I will be having an in depth discussion about this tomorrow evening with a learned fellow to see their thoughts on this.
Things are getting tight with fuel and food now and it's wearing thin real fucking fast. Hopefully sanity prevails soon but since the people who are causing aren't actual sane we could be in for a rough ride for a bit.

Another quick one Evo Fam, pressed for time again today, got alot on lately.

Another super busy day at work. Really getting our heads around this product line and on the feet on the move, in around and under the vehicles we're building and we're getting faster and building a better quality vehicle for this customers fleet every day. Burning cals and sweating it out in a fkn hot shed. Ended up getting paint in my eye this morning under a car painting the bare metal from a hole I'd cut. It dripped down and fell past my safeties into my right eye. fuck that shit stings. Rinsed and first aid, but ended up with a smokey mascara look for the day 😅

Breakfast entailed a VERY strong white coffee, protein cookie, Bananas and banana bread.

Smoko was the 160gms lean beef mince, 150gm white rice and 100gm mixed veges and a can of cream of rice and a protein cookie, banana bread, 200mg caffeine and 25mg Proviron.

Lunch was the same mince meal again and an uncooked cob of corn and 3 eggs.
The usual small sweet treat on the run.

Dinner was 415gm of beef stew, 160gm white rice and 100gm of buttered pana de casa.

Another super busy day at work. Really getting our heads around this product line and on the feet on the move, in around and under the vehicles we're building and we're getting faster and building a better quality vehicle for this customers fleet every day. Burning cals and sweating it out in a fkn hot shed. Ended up getting paint in my eye this morning under a car painting the bare metal from a hole I'd cut. It dripped down and fell past my safeties into my right eye. fuck that shit stings. Rinsed and first aid, but ended up with a smokey mascara look for the day 😅

Breakfast entailed a VERY strong white coffee, protein cookie, Bananas and banana bread.

Smoko was the 160gms lean beef mince, 150gm white rice and 100gm mixed veges and a can of cream of rice and a protein cookie, banana bread, 200mg caffeine and 25mg Proviron.

Lunch was the same mince meal again and an uncooked cob of corn and 3 eggs.
The usual small sweet treat on the run.

Dinner was 415gm of beef stew, 160gm white rice and 100gm of buttered pana de casa.

Lunch was the same mince meal again and an uncooked cob of corn and 3 eggs.
The usual small sweet treat on the run.

Dinner was 415gm of beef stew, 160gm white rice and 100gm of buttered pana de casa.

Breakfast was banana bread and a banana and protein bar with a super strong coffee.

Smoko consisted of a huge beef stew with rice, and a piece of a workmates home made Bugatsa treat.

Lunch was the regular lean beef mince and rice with veges, raw corn on the cob and a can of cream of rice. Plenty of sweet treats along the day.

Dinner was 4 pieces of air fried chicken, Greek yoghurt, milo and two small bananas.

I didn't hate what I saw in the mirror, but I hate the photos. The lighting is awful and I can't pose or hold the shitty phone without shaking post workout. 😆

I'm thinking my metabolism is white hot at the moment, especially while exerting myself. I can't seem to put on lean mass weight very readily. I am staying lean probs about 15% body fat which feels like a good position to be in to grow. Patience and a little more intensity will be required I guess. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I feel the @R&Dpharma BPC157 and the @RGSX gut support and digestive enzymes along with the Nutralife supps are deffo helping me process the food, keeping Reta bloat to a minimum.

Another quick one Evo Fam, pressed for time again today, got alot on lately.

Another super busy day at work. Really getting our heads around this product line and on the feet on the move, in around and under the vehicles we're building and we're getting faster and building a better quality vehicle for this customers fleet every day. Burning cals and sweating it out in a fkn hot shed. Ended up getting paint in my eye this morning under a car painting the bare metal from a hole I'd cut. It dripped down and fell past my safeties into my right eye. fuck that shit stings. Rinsed and first aid, but ended up with a smokey mascara look for the day 😅

Breakfast entailed a VERY strong white coffee, protein cookie, Bananas and banana bread.

Smoko was the 160gms lean beef mince, 150gm white rice and 100gm mixed veges and a can of cream of rice and a protein cookie, banana bread, 200mg caffeine and 25mg Proviron.

Lunch was the same mince meal again and an uncooked cob of corn and 3 eggs.
The usual small sweet treat on the run.

Dinner was 415gm of beef stew, 160gm white rice and 100gm of buttered pana de casa.

Very busy day and heaps of food.

Breakfast was banana bread and a banana and protein bar with a super strong coffee.

Smoko consisted of a huge beef stew with rice, and a piece of a workmates home made Bugatsa treat.

Lunch was the regular lean beef mince and rice with veges, raw corn on the cob and a can of cream of rice. Plenty of sweet treats along the day.

Dinner was 4 pieces of air fried chicken, Greek yoghurt, milo and two small bananas.

I didn't hate what I saw in the mirror, but I hate the photos. The lighting is awful and I can't pose or hold the shitty phone without shaking post workout. 😆

I'm thinking my metabolism is white hot at the moment, especially while exerting myself. I can't seem to put on lean mass weight very readily. I am staying lean probs about 15% body fat which feels like a good position to be in to grow. Patience and a little more intensity will be required I guess. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I feel the @R&Dpharma BPC157 and the @RGSX gut support and digestive enzymes along with the Nutralife supps are deffo helping me process the food, keeping Reta bloat to a minimum.

I migrated to the loungeroom with Delta after a rough sleep in my room, and filled up on eggs, stew, banana bread, some sweet treats and an earl grey tea. Then got some more broken sleep on her dog bed with her.
Spent alot of the day resting and sleeping. I had a little walk in the morning with Delta.
Spent some time over the forums and looked into some of the logs.
I've made heaps of rice and stew, and taking stock of what I have in the freezer, ill have to break out some chicken and rice I've frozen to make some room for the new meal prep.

A very rested day.

Multi-cooker sounds good. I have a slow cooker myself. I've been using that thing for a long time ever since my wife died.

Nah just throwing calories at the rig and eating like an asshole, not being mindful brother. Horrible end to the week for sure but it did nothing to move the needle either way up or down. Here at the gym today the same weight I was yesterday.

Appreciate you keeping me in check bruzzy, Love you for that. I know I'm just a recreational lifter and I try not to stray off but it happens at times. I can do better today.
