Approved Log TRT+ and RAD-140 Cycle Log

Giving logging a shot once again. I've tried before but got too distracted by life to be able to keep it updated so I just gave up. Trying again as a way to help keep me on track and to get some advice and motivation. Current stats:

50 years old
5'9"
about 165lbs
Body fat maybe 15%ish

Had abdominal hernia surgery back in December which really set me back.. I lost about 8-10lbs of muscle and my body fat went up from about 12% to the 15% I'm at now. Been fully cleared to return to the gym for about a month which has been mainly low weights, high reps, just focusing on getting my form correct and starting to work out again. Now I'm ready to step it up and get back to where I was before the surgery. Today is day one of my new cycle. My new cycle is nothing crazy, just a little kick start. My normal TRT dose is 80mg, I'll be bumping it up to 200mg per week. I'll also be adding 10mg of RAD 140. Planning on running for 8 weeks and maybe extending depending on how I'm feeling at the time. Will have Aromasin on hand and my guess is I will be needing it as I am a high aromatizer. Had bloods drawn today for my baseline, should have results back in a few days.

Test Cyp: 200/mg per week pinned every other day
RAD-140: 10mg daily
Aromasin on hand

Additional supplements:
Citrus Bergamot
Dandelion Root
Digestive Enzymes
Probiotics
Omega-3
Psyllium Husk
And of course N2Guard

Have HGH on hand but not sure if I will be adding to this cycle, might just keep it simple.

Today's workout. Pull day:
Focus will be on reps, not so much on the weight. The goal will be 12-15 reps with the last set being 1 or 2 away from failure.
Lat Pulldown: reps - 15, 15, 12, 14
Reverse Fly Machine - 15, 15, 10, 12
Deadlift - 15, 10, 10.. was feeling a little uncomfortable doing these so I cut short. Probably in my head.
Barbell Shrug - 15, 8, 11, 12
Barbell Preacher Curl - 15, 12, 12, 8
Hammer Curl - 15, 15, 8, 12
Planks - 2x2:00 minutes

I would think just Test+GH would be a great option - depending on how much you have as to how long to run,
Or just go to 300mg Test for 12 weeks thats a good first cycle you will notice a big change.

I would think just Test+GH would be a great option - depending on how much you have as to how long to run,
Or just go to 300mg Test for 12 weeks thats a good first cycle you will notice a big change.
I considered both options. I've run just test before with good results but I tend not to tolerate GH too well. I get numbness and pain in my hands with as little as 2ui daily which only gets worse as I ramp up. The highest dosage I ever got to was 6ui but the numbness and pain became too unbearable at that dose. It might sound silly but I ultimately decided on doing Test+RAD because I had never used RAD before.

85g fat

I check BP at least once a week, BG I haven't checked in about a month. I had blood drawn today, waiting on results.

I also did 22 minutes of stair stepper as cardio after weights

@Billy_Mak you're looking good, my friend. Keep up the good work on this. I'm glad you got this log started. I used to use rad back in the day. It's a pretty solid option for lean mass and strength.

Good workout. I like that pulling day and I like how you include deadlifts. @Billy_Mak a lot of people don't know that deadlifts are considered a pulling exercise. They think it's just for legs.

Very nice stuff man. I'm glad that you are using PSL; they have some good products. You're gonna get great results. I can tell you are a hard worker; that is not an easy workout you put together. @Billy_Mak

@Billy_Mak Bros, hell yeah, this is a good log! I'm looking forward to following this. Sorry about your hernia surgery you had back in December. That's tough, losing that much size but don't give up. I had a plumbing accident and I got very injured. I was down for two years. I couldn't even wait train and I came back.

@Billy_Mak Bros, hell yeah, this is a good log! I'm looking forward to following this. Sorry about your hernia surgery you had back in December. That's tough, losing that much size but don't give up. I had a plumbing accident and I got very injured. I was down for two years. I couldn't even wait train and I came back.
Thanks ceo! Sorry about you being out for 2 years, I hope you’re fully recovered from your accident! This just reminds me that 4 months isn’t that big a deal. Looking great after being out for that long!

rad140 was awesome and work really well back then i did not run it with a test base, still i got plenty strong off of it and enjoyed my time with it.
 
Thanks ceo! Sorry about you being out for 2 years, I hope you’re fully recovered from your accident! This just reminds me that 4 months isn’t that big a deal. Looking great after being out for that long!
Bros, yes check out my log. See where I was at the beginning versus the end. I was able to come back strong but no I will never be like I was when I was younger. That's just age.

50 years old
5'9"
about 165lbs
Body fat maybe 15%ish

Had abdominal hernia surgery back in December which really set me back.. I lost about 8-10lbs of muscle and my body fat went up from about 12% to the 15% I'm at now. Been fully cleared to return to the gym for about a month which has been mainly low weights, high reps, just focusing on getting my form correct and starting to work out again. Now I'm ready to step it up and get back to where I was before the surgery. Today is day one of my new cycle. My new cycle is nothing crazy, just a little kick start. My normal TRT dose is 80mg, I'll be bumping it up to 200mg per week. I'll also be adding 10mg of RAD 140. Planning on running for 8 weeks and maybe extending depending on how I'm feeling at the time. Will have Aromasin on hand and my guess is I will be needing it as I am a high aromatizer. Had bloods drawn today for my baseline, should have results back in a few days.

Test Cyp: 200/mg per week pinned every other day
RAD-140: 10mg daily
Aromasin on hand

Additional supplements:
Citrus Bergamot
Dandelion Root
Digestive Enzymes
Probiotics
Omega-3
Psyllium Husk
And of course N2Guard

Have HGH on hand but not sure if I will be adding to this cycle, might just keep it simple.

Today's workout. Pull day:
Focus will be on reps, not so much on the weight. The goal will be 12-15 reps with the last set being 1 or 2 away from failure.
Lat Pulldown: reps - 15, 15, 12, 14
Reverse Fly Machine - 15, 15, 10, 12

Good trick Test + Rad. I've never tried Rad but I tried Lgd Carda and osta. All without test base back in the days.
Didn't get any strenght boost but I god more jacked looking. Gears are another planet anyhow.
But I'm curious how it will end test + rad.
 
Good workout. I like that pulling day and I like how you include deadlifts. @Billy_Mak a lot of people don't know that deadlifts are considered a pulling exercise. They think it's just for legs.
...unless you are long-femured like I am; then you'll realize that the leverage forces you to pull with the posterior chain and makes it tricky to involve the quads. AND you get a disc protrusion pinching your sciatic nerve preventing you from walking... story of my life brother.
