One thing I am noticing is hunger. I genuinely feel hungry. About two weeks ago, I was eating healthy with reasonable portions but did not feel hungry. Lately I finish my big bolus dinner, and I'm still feeling hungry. I suppose between the fasting and the peptides maybe my metabolism is amping up?

I am going to change my NAD+ dosing. I do not like injecting 50 units in one shot. I get belly jelly lump. I am thinking of just changing it to 20 units EOD next week. I don't know that I will continue it after the current vial.

I work out at a Lifetime Fitness. There are some nice cars in the lot. Every now and then I am just amazed at what I see. This one is a beauty. Not for me, can't afford it and even if I could I'm too old for it.

Leg workout this morning. Strong workout, but I am fading a little towards the end. Not sure why. Fasting at the moment. I will have meal in about 3 hours. Wearing the waist trainer to keep the waist tight. Working hard to progress to the 170s weight range.

I pre-mixed the 5-Amino 1MQ. It is a bright red. I don't remember doing something with that color tint last year. So maybe it is new for me.
Or maybe this one has a dye? Including a picture for reference.

I still feel the lump from the NAD+ injection yesterday. Definitely going to lower the dose to a EOD schedule.

Next week, I think I am going to start the AOD-9064.

I do think the Tirz is working for me. I do think Reta is just better for bodybuilding overall. I like my sweet spot of 2mg weekly. More and I feel the gastric emptying slows down too much. Also I don't get stronger appetite control with a higher dose. The first vial I used was incredibly effective at appetite suppression, it just lost its efficacy over time. The remaining effect is just a reasonable serving of food vs overeating it.

I keep grinding. I am seeing sharper edges near muscles, the fat is coming off at the end points. Just have to embrace the suck and stick it.
I know how it looks as it comes in. I have some work to do. The serratus lines are coming in. I still have internal and external fat. Genetics do not favor me. I have to create the illusion and hold it in. Thus core work, vacuums, waist trainer, etc....

Strange dream last night. I was a day before a show and I wasn't ready. I had to pull out. A nightmare of sorts. The sub conscious is worrying?

I have 3 sets of weekly pill cases. Early AM, Late AM, and Pre-dinner supplements. I usually reload the early AM pills on Thursday. I am thinking I will add the anabolics this week, Thinking Anavar/Winstrol/Clen. I will update my pin cushion diary as I implement.

I keep grinding. I am seeing sharper edges near muscles, the fat is coming off at the end points. Just have to embrace the suck and stick it.
I know how it looks as it comes in. I have some work to do. The serratus lines are coming in. I still have internal and external fat. Genetics do not favor me. I have to create the illusion and hold it in. Thus core work, vacuums, waist trainer, etc....

How are you finding Mots C?

I like it. I used it last year for stubborn fat. For me, old guy here, it simply works. I am doing everything else, the cardio, the walk, the workout, and the diet. I just was able to push the leanness. I started a little later last year. It would have been interesting if I could have pushed one more month.

This year I am in earlier on it.

These are not domino foods as in you eat one and you want more. Protein bars/Nuts/Nut butters sometimes taste so good you want more.

@PrinceDaddy I'm a big lover of these peptides. The way you mix them up is excellent. I like the cycle as well, mixing the test, mast, eq, and tren.

Frustrating day. My protein shake I take to the gym leaked out in my bag. Pretty much emptied out. Wallet/Keys had to be cleaned up.
I usually make sure the lid is on tight. I bag in its own plastic bag, but it just emptied out. Maybe I need a rubber band to hold it down.

Other than that, a decent workout, no protein. Just felt like I was lagging behind. Walk was warmer today, thus the larger weight loss.

Back on the program today. No protein disaster. Weight seems to be holding steady. Hot in Texas so losing sweat weight on the walk.

Yesterday, I could not keep my eyes open after 7:30PM. I usually go to bed around 8:30-9:30PM. So I went to bed early. I do get up every 2-3 hours but go right back to deep sleep. Last night I woke up around 2:50AM or so, went back to sleep and the alarm actually woke me up at 4AM. This is odd for me as this year I have been getting up around 3:20-3:40AM and then just getting up. I will take the sleep. Need the sleep to recover and grow.

That's a lot of injecting but you're using orals as well. @PrinceDaddy stacking the Winstrol, proviron, anavar, and T-bol along with the clen is very interesting. Should get you a lot of shredding.

Seeing the 170s for this first time this year. My body is going to resist with every pound going forward. It naturally wants to be around 190.

Got up at 5AM today. Checked my email, as it turns out power is out at the gym and they are opening later at 7AM. Well I got up and watched a little television and got it done later. Good workout today. Squats, leg press, leg extensions, leg curls, and calves. Still working up to a banded 475 squat. It is not a deep squat. More of a half squat.

you're looking leaner and stronger :D 170s is the range on the weight, i would start cutting carbs and moving cardio way up

Seeing the 170s for this first time this year. My body is going to resist with every pound going forward. It naturally wants to be around 190.

Got up at 5AM today. Checked my email, as it turns out power is out at the gym and they are opening later at 7AM. Well I got up and watched a little television and got it done later. Good workout today. Squats, leg press, leg extensions, leg curls, and calves. Still working up to a banded 475 squat. It is not a deep squat. More of a half squat.

I keep the dose low. Just 1 pill a day at the onset 40mcg. I might dose up to 2 closer to the show, then pull back. I keep the orals at just 1 pill a day. It does not bother me in terms of sides. I tolerate it well. I think it helps a little. I think the peptides are what seem to do the bulk of the fat burn. I did use last year. The only thing I have dropped is T3, I don't think that is needed anymore.

Good back workout today. I am able to row 5 plates on the meadows rows. Last year I usually would do 2, maybe 3 reps. Now I can get a decent 5-8 reps. Stronger on my right side than left side.

Pre-cooked 93/7 ground beef for 4 meals. Today and the next 3 days.

I have been implementing resistant starches in the form of green banana. I am finding what they say is true for me. Body does not digest and helps gut bacteria. It is supposed to help with visceral fat. That is my focus. I did order some more peptides. I added Tesamorelin. So I will implement that into my pin cushion diary.

Last year I thought the Reta was causing mouth dryness. The way I have added 2 compounds a week I have had better isolation on what
effects I am feeling. I think the AOD is what is causing the mouth dryness. It's not bad now, but last year I did use Biotene for the mouth dryness.

I am able to see my serratus and external obliques coming in. Still much work to do. Easily another 10lb loss should make them pop more. My problem is near the bottom they extend out to to wide obliques. Trying very hard to pull this in as much as I can. Just keep grinding!

TBH the best way for you to do mitochondrial cleansing at this age is fasting but longer, if you can make time for 2 longer fasts before the show we might be able to increase insulin sensitivity and clean up mitochondrial mess. :D 36 and 72 hours.

I keep the dose low. Just 1 pill a day at the onset 40mcg. I might dose up to 2 closer to the show, then pull back. I keep the orals at just 1 pill a day. It does not bother me in terms of sides. I tolerate it well. I think it helps a little. I think the peptides are what seem to do the bulk of the fat burn. I did use last year. The only thing I have dropped is T3, I don't think that is needed anymore.
I hear ya man. If you like it then go with it but really I see more and more people dumping it for the reta instead

Good back workout today. I am able to row 5 plates on the meadows rows. Last year I usually would do 2, maybe 3 reps. Now I can get a decent 5-8 reps. Stronger on my right side than left side.

Pre-cooked 93/7 ground beef for 4 meals. Today and the next 3 days.

I have been implementing resistant starches in the form of green banana. I am finding what they say is true for me. Body does not digest and helps gut bacteria. It is supposed to help with visceral fat. That is my focus. I did order some more peptides. I added Tesamorelin. So I will implement that into my pin cushion diary.

I feel like everything is working. The conditioning is coming. The weight is dropping. It is just going to take some time.

Last year I thought the Reta was causing mouth dryness. The way I have added 2 compounds a week I have had better isolation on what
effects I am feeling. I think the AOD is what is causing the mouth dryness. It's not bad now, but last year I did use Biotene for the mouth dryness.

I am able to see my serratus and external obliques coming in. Still much work to do. Easily another 10lb loss should make them pop more. My problem is near the bottom they extend out to to wide obliques. Trying very hard to pull this in as much as I can. Just keep grinding!

Thanks. I'm actually doing 20kg plates. On the chest supported t bar row. I start at 1 plate, 3 sets with different hand positions. Add 1 plate till I get to 5. At 4 plates and up I do need Versa gripps. Once I am done with the back. I put the lever/bar with the plates on the ground.

Landmine deadlift
Meadows rows each side
Landmine romanian dead
Landmine dead with each rep touching the ground
Landmine side to side.
the drop a plate and repeat till there is just one plate.

It's a good workout!

I don't want to lose any muscle, just fat. I do feel like the peptides in combination with the anabolics is muscle sparing as long as the weight loss is 1-2lbs weekly.

Workout this morning started off well but I fell behind and missed some of my movements at the end. Had a couple of needed conversation catch ups. First was a friend asking about Reta. Second was asking a friend about Codex as a tool which I set up today. Third was an individual who noticed I was doing abdominal work. This guy is 73 and does not look like it. I would have guessed late 50s or early 60s. Longevity. Last friend just retired from work yesterday, he also has a college aged daughter. It is good to catch up with people. I'll get back to the program tomorrow.

Today was cool so not much of weight drop on the walk. I also had air conditioner servicing done today. So, busy day for me with much on my mind and it was not cheap.

I am thinking of adding the Reta 2mg back in next week which is Memorial Day in the US. I will have some overlap and just get back to Reta.
I think it has worked for me, but I just like reta better for bodybuilding. I am going to order some more peptides. I am thinking of getting some Tesamorelin. I have not used previously, but thinking one vial to see if it helps in my efforts.

I am adding Tesamorelin. I want to give it a run and see what I feel. Of course would like all the benefits below. For me GHRH peptides have not done much for me. I would just rather use HGH as that does work for me.

You look good pushing it :D but if you want conditioning to come in, I would do cardio more fasted AM up incline 1 hour treadmill on top of walking

I forgot to mention yesterday, I had an older gentlemen talk to me. I figured he was in his 70s, turns out he is 89. Would not have guessed. He loaded 5 plates on each side for the leg press and proceeded to kick ass. He told me was an avid skier. I asked if he did blues and greens, nope black double diamonds. This man is kicking ass and taking names. He told me his goal was to hit the blacks at 100. I need people like this in my life, I should not feel like taking a day off or dragging. There are characters in our life that are here to tell us to keep moving forward.

@PrinceDaddy it's always impressive to see these older guys kicking ass. I used to work out when I was doing triathlons with a guy who was in his 60s, and you would have never guessed it. He looked like he was in his 30s. The guy could rip 50 pull-ups no problem.

I am adding Tesamorelin. I want to give it a run and see what I feel. Of course would like all the benefits below. For me GHRH peptides have not done much for me. I would just rather use HGH as that does work for me.

Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). FDA-approved for body fat redistribution syndrome. It is not a steroid and does not affect testosterone levels.

I really want to see the conditioning come. I am grinding. 35 min cardio every day. 2 hour 5 mile walk M-F every week. I have plenty of fat to lose.
The proviron and the anavar look fantastic and I love the tbol and winstrol as well. @PrinceDaddy you're never going to go wrong with this great setup.

I forgot to mention yesterday, I had an older gentlemen talk to me. I figured he was in his 70s, turns out he is 89. Would not have guessed. He loaded 5 plates on each side for the leg press and proceeded to kick ass. He told me was an avid skier. I asked if he did blues and greens, nope black double diamonds. This man is kicking ass and taking names. He told me his goal was to hit the blacks at 100. I need people like this in my life, I should not feel like taking a day off or dragging. There are characters in our life that are here to tell us to keep moving forward.

Memorial day in the US. Gym was lighter earlier on, but everyone seemed to be on my machine. So working around people. I got it done, but not my best workout. I was looking at my meadow rows with 5 plates. I just realized these are more single arms shrugs, the elbow is not coming up enough. I'll post it below. I do get better as I strip plates one at a time.
