My plan is to put 15-20lbs of good quality tissue without getting sloppy. I have plans to do a show in months so I have plenty of time and all the right tools to get there. This is my current physique as of today. Bodyweight 189lbs. I will get very detailed with my training and food. I just want to make sure this is the right thread to log this and I was hoping to have @LevButlerov and anyone else point me in the right direction of logging. This is gonna be a good one.
This is my first time running HGH. My cycle is gonna look something like this with a little fine tuning along the way.

HGH 2ius before bed
Test E 300mgs a week which I will be microdosing daily
Tren ace 140mg a week also microdosing and if everything goes good, will get up to 200mg
Retatrutide 2mg a week for food partitioning and glucose.
Mots-c 15mg a week divided into 5mg Mon, 5mg Wed and 5mg Friday. I will be running @US-pharmacies . I appreciate any input to making this an epic log.
