My plan is to put 15-20lbs of good quality tissue without getting sloppy. I have plans to do a show in months so I have plenty of time and all the right tools to get there. This is my current physique as of today. Bodyweight 189lbs. I will get very detailed with my training and food. I just want to make sure this is the right thread to log this and I was hoping to have @LevButlerov and anyone else point me in the right direction of logging. This is gonna be a good one.

This is my first time running HGH. My cycle is gonna look something like this with a little fine tuning along the way.

Test E 300mgs a week which I will be microdosing daily
Tren ace 140mg a week also microdosing and if everything goes good, will get up to 200mg
Retatrutide 2mg a week for food partitioning and glucose.

Not only was this another huge touch down with @US-pharmacies but they definitely are my new go to. The customer service is on point, delivery was flawless, which was less than a week. I'm actually gonna start a new detailed log using @US-pharmacies which is actually going to lead me finally into my first competition ever. I'm going to be 41 in July so if I'm gonna do it, it might as well be now. This new log is going to be epic and my best most detailed one yet. As if right now I weight 189lbs. I'm looking to get to 210lbs sharp, lean and mean. I'm getting in touch with @levand @Noah Wixx to see if they can help me get my logs up to par. The only thing that sucks is I can't post the training videos like I used to but I will be as detailed as I can get. Thank you once again @usI see a long awesome relationship together

Its bed time which is around 8pm. I wake up at 2:30am to be at the gym by 3:00am finish around 4:30am then head to work which I am a union flat roofer. Good night bros and thanks for the help

I'm hoping to start my cycle in a week as long as blood work is on point, so for the last almost 8 months I've been on 150mg of test a week.

5 sets of leg extensions 10-20 reps
5 sets seated leg curls 10-20 reps
Barbell squats, I work my way up to 315lbs where I do 5 working sets 315/12-15 reps
5 sets 5 plates each side single leg press 10-15 reps
4 sets Bulgarians usually with 100lb dumbell/10-15 reps.
My first meal is usually 2 whole eggs and 5oz bison or steak. My 2nd and 3rd meal is 7oz chicken breast, 5oz jasmine rice and some veggies.
My last meal is usually 7-8oz fish or some lean red meat, potatoes and veggies

2iu is just TRT if you want to add more size you might need more.

@Napa1020 I have not run growth hormone very much myself. It's something I'll probably look at closer when I get into my 50s.

Chest day. I was able to sleep in a little because work was canceled due to rain.

Pre-workout breakfast was 10 egg whites cracked, 40 grams of oats, 1 banana and a few strawberries.

I always start chest dayvwith some variation of flies, this time it was incline plated flies. 3 25lb plates on each side, 5 sets 12-15 reps.

5 sets medium incline dumbell press. I worked my way up to 3 sets woth the 120s/8-11reps

4 sets incline hammer strength, 2 plates each side focusing on the negatives not the weight, nice and slow 10-15 reps.

Even though I rarely do flat bench especially barbell because for me flat has no real place in bodybuilding. I did 4 sets wirh 225lbs/12-20 reps.

Still hoping to start cycle in about 6 days

@Napa1020 make sure you're hiring a coach to help you with posing. That's the one area that is easiest to fix but a lot of guys don't take it seriously.

That's interesting that you think that flat bench has no place. I would think it'd be the opposite because it puts less pressure on your shoulders. @Napa1020

Wake up weight 192lbs. Two more days then its full fucking throttle. Game plan has changed a little bit. I'm not gonna be trying to put on that 15lbs, instead I will be going into prep for my first show which is in 12 weeks. I'm so excited and to have @US-pharmacies behind me, I'm destined to take over

Day two on cycle and @US-pharmacies gear is smooth as butter.

Cycle is tren 20mg every day which is 140mg a week. Test dosed at 25mg a week which comes to 350mg a week. 2mg retatrutide which I'm dosing 1mg Monday, 1mg Friday. 5mg Mots-c dosed 3 times a week total 15mgs and 2ius of hgh 2.5 hours after I eat before bed. This is gonna be a fun prep and one hell of a ride

That's good that you're keeping the tren dose really low. @Napa1020 I would have thought you jacked up the tren dose a lot higher.
