A little extra content I've added today & will be moving forward with all of my future posts.
Some before pics in offseason mode pics followed by some after pics in contest condition.
The visual difference is always extremely striking between the both conditions. I'm around 115kgs in the offseason pics & 97kgs in the contest pics.
For reference apart from the weight loss necessary, I would lose around 2" of Circumference measurement on my arms from offseason to contest, so about 19.5"-20" arms down to 17.5"-18" on my arms.
It seems like a hell of a lot to lose but thats the price that you will pay if you want to be peeled!
The loss however will be dependent on your offseason bodyfat & water retention levels.
I like to eat anything I like offseason & I do mean anything. Doing this gives me freedom to do anything & go anywhere I like without meal prep. I just shoot for 30g of protein alongside my fats & carbs thats my only rule. I still stay at 10% bf offseason despite not eating like a strict meal prep bodybuilder.
I also never counted calories precontest I just changed my food selections, also for that contest in those pics I did zero cardio for the whole 16 week prep.
I did back then & still do now eat a lot of pre-packed high protein meals

I like the variety's available across all different brands.

Today was about heavy weights & high reps!

Which is contradictory to physics but Beast Mode drive & sheer will power & determination trumps physics every time!
Plus tell that to Flex or Ronnie Coleman who knew that if you could combine heavy weight with higher reps that it would be a no brainer for increasing chances of muscle growth Higher resistance + higher reps = muscle subjected to high tension under a heavy weight for a longer period of time = possibly of more growth.

Target 10-15 reps on all exercises
