What all we really should be talking about is we lost a very decent vendor.
Clad is everything this community on evo expects from a vendor. He was in the community, a good bloke, his products were all quality, he did regular hplc testing, he built community trust, his pricing was competitive as, his list we extensive and lastly and most importantly his customer service was second to none here (and I've ordered from all top vendors here).
While it appears there was a small discrepancy with a logger or loggers but it's not actually clear exactly what in finer details, im sure it could have been fixed easily. I understand there needs to be rigor around labs operating here too keep things in order and labs accountable for managing their loggers but a collaborative approach could have been taken to fix the issue instead of straight up a suspension, and the reason why i say a collaborative approach is clad is a person who ticks all the boxes like mentioned above and is community focused and mod team always talk about community safety and trust etc so they should work with the vendors who are good for the community like clad. Maybe something like a notification they have 72hrs to fix the loggers or something like that. Then they could goto market for a new few loggers if people haven't been holding their deal up around logging for the lab.
Now in saying that im not a person that logs but I rate clad and have made multiple orders from him and if i knew he needed a chop out logging cos he got in a spot of bother I probably would have started one to help the brother out.
Unfortunately similar situation for norvex too, another good vendor lost to the community in the same boat as clad.
Anyways maybe I'm not seeing things how they are but it seems abit off too me why we wouldn't collaborate to keep the good in the community.
