So I've done it! I've worked out the secret to achieving the ULTIMATE sleep score of 100%... that's right, I have now joined the elite sleep club that only a few have managed to obtain, by reaching the highest sleep score I have ever had in my life! YEW! @CladHQ's gh has always given me amazing sleep scores ever since running it... This just takes it to a whole new level! Of course, great sleep hygiene and bedtime routines are an absolute must! Combined with some secret cocktails that I'll have to monetise down the track 🤷‍♂️

Hi all.

So few admin things which will help me in clearing out my backlog efficiently.

I have now written down all orders and I will begin processing and packing them in AM. I will ensure all orders are shipped tomorrow.

PAYMENT:
I would like to restate that if using a platform like coinspot, swyftx or any other centralised platform to send funds to a vendor, you NEED to ensure you are multiplying your total order cost by 1.025 and you send this total.

Unfortuantlety customers continue to send the total cost in which I then bear the 2.5% cos being the platform withdrawal fee.

Note this is is a fee that is incremental to the blockchain fee that these platforms show you. For larger orders this is the equivalent of receiving free shipping and more every order.

It may not seem like a large added cost to your specific order - but across all orders this amounts to thousands of dollars in which I bear the cost.

Best practice is for you to create an exodus account. Onboard your crypto with your chosen exchange and then send to YOUR exodus. From there you send through required Total to vendor without this added fee as you have already born the cost of the withdrawal fee. This will also help you with centralised exchanges that record addresses but when you own the exodus address it makes the process much more smooth.

So if I come back to you saying you are short xxx $ it is due to this fee.

Personally run it at 40mg per day. But have gone as high as 100mg before life things got in way (namely this).

@fingers86 has run it far higher I believe and can provide his view. Although I do believe he has completed quite an incredible weight loss journey in that time! Stay tuned for his onlyfans.

What do you feel when you run it at that dose? Have only gone previously 500mcg due to cost in the earlier days

I was running 70mg am and another 70mg around lunch time to push through the afternoon slump. It definately increases hr so ensure u monitor it. Add in some mots-c 5 amino and injectable carnitine and u are cooking with fire. Definately can fatigue if not drinking enough water. Stay well hydrated. I am able to tollerate higher doses of even medications before i feel any effects though so ensure you titrate up to check tollerance. I did lose 40kg but now building more muscle so put 5kg back on approx. Cant remember if i have used ironclads slu or not but if anything like the rest of his products it will be quality. I was taking morning dose fasted before cardio

Agree with all of these points.

I personally love sweating in the gym as well - makes you feel you are working hard ha.

Not just about having 14 loggers
All loggers must be meeting log requirements im not 100% sure what the case is here but you will probably find that either some loggers were not meeting logging requirements this is his responsibility to make sure his loggers are doing the correct thing or he had loggers listed as loggers but no longer logging for him

I don't know if this is the only reason but one of the reasons.

One of the listed ABX loggers hasn't updated his log since April 30.
He has listed @CladHQ as HGH sponsor.

Mate i am going through injury and i have done more thing to clad than jst a log brother. Before slandering my name you could go and ask what i have done to him all through his time. Also you could go through my past log in evo or ef. How consistent i have been.
You would have get ur answer

Not questioning you as a logger or your past logs but youve multiple times claimed you aren't in with Clad but then say you have done "heaps" for him to get started.
I even brought it up to you in the HPLC group chat months ago and you laughed it off that you spent "5 mins helping out with janos and havent spent ages".
Which one is it brother? Because its all over the shop.
Not that it matters now but just pick whether you're invested or not

What all we really should be talking about is we lost a very decent vendor.

Clad is everything this community on evo expects from a vendor. He was in the community, a good bloke, his products were all quality, he did regular hplc testing, he built community trust, his pricing was competitive as, his list we extensive and lastly and most importantly his customer service was second to none here (and I've ordered from all top vendors here).

While it appears there was a small discrepancy with a logger or loggers but it's not actually clear exactly what in finer details, im sure it could have been fixed easily. I understand there needs to be rigor around labs operating here too keep things in order and labs accountable for managing their loggers but a collaborative approach could have been taken to fix the issue instead of straight up a suspension, and the reason why i say a collaborative approach is clad is a person who ticks all the boxes like mentioned above and is community focused and mod team always talk about community safety and trust etc so they should work with the vendors who are good for the community like clad. Maybe something like a notification they have 72hrs to fix the loggers or something like that. Then they could goto market for a new few loggers if people haven't been holding their deal up around logging for the lab.

Now in saying that im not a person that logs but I rate clad and have made multiple orders from him and if i knew he needed a chop out logging cos he got in a spot of bother I probably would have started one to help the brother out.

Unfortunately similar situation for norvex too, another good vendor lost to the community in the same boat as clad.

Anyways maybe I'm not seeing things how they are but it seems abit off too me why we wouldn't collaborate to keep the good in the community.

If you're not in the clique, they find a way to get rid of you one way or another.
