Goals/Background:
Goal is to cut pretty hard. I will just be completely honest and say that I severely underestimated the amount of fat that I was carrying. I used to weigh 260 about a year and a half ago. I got down to about 220 at my lightest and have been hovering between 220-230 for the past couple months. I figured I was about 20%BF but got tested and I am closer to 30%. Ouch. What a blow to the nuts. It briefly deflated my sails then quickly became very motivating for me to get back on track. I really dont know what to expect for myself as far as fat loss goes on this stack but my goal for the 8 weeks is to be down at least 25lbs while maintaining or possibly adding a couple quality pounds of muscle mass. My overall goal is to be about 200lbs and 12-14% for my wedding in August.

Perfect cycle set up bro! Liquidex should be plenty to keep nips from getting sensitive and the GW + s4 is a perfect cutting combo. N2guard is a nice addition since it works as a multivitamin too

As I mentioned earlier, I got my shipment in this morning.

Shipping was great from both Sarms1 as well as N2BM.com. Quick, nicely packaged, etc.

The droppers that N2BM includes with the Liquidex are really nice to have. When I first got my shipment, I took 2 N2Guard, 3 HCGenerate, 12.5mg/.25ml S4 and 5mg/.25ml GW along with the 2ml Liquidex. Everything tasted disgusting but that comes with the territory right? Feel fine, look forward to it getting into my system over the next couple days and hitting it hard to see some great results.

Disclaimer- I know I said I eat Paleo, but I am not extremely strict. I will throw in some things here and there as long as it fits within my macros.

Training- Hit shoulders today with some cardio as well. Overhead press, dumbbell press, kettlebell swings, etc etc. Felt strong but not abnormally slow. Didnt really expect to see an immediate jump or anything.

Day 1 is in the books. Looking forward to tomorrow to crush leg day.

I have been trying to wake up earlier recently. I think if I wake up and slam some Sarms, the taste will definitely help me wake up!

I will edit my original post, with some photos, measurements, etc. as soon as possible.
 
Woke up, weighed in at 229.8. Good nights sleep, feeling good. Took my doses and now its off to work before I hit leg day hard this evening. Cant wait!

Log looks good, bro, I will be following. I did Paleo a few times....couldn't do it consistently ha I love my carbs. Glad that you're not doing it super strict it's almost impossible to adhere to without changing some things up. And there are some foods that aren't "Paleo" but they're not bad for you either.

Couldnt agree more bro. Personally I think that the premise of Paleo is horseshit but it is a good guideline to follow for eating a pretty quality diet.

^^I agree with this 100%. If I do Paleo again I plan on using sweet potatoes for all my carbohydrate calories.
