Goals/Background:
Goal is to cut pretty hard. I will just be completely honest and say that I severely underestimated the amount of fat that I was carrying. I used to weigh 260 about a year and a half ago. I got down to about 220 at my lightest and have been hovering between 220-230 for the past couple months. I figured I was about 20%BF but got tested and I am closer to 30%. Ouch. What a blow to the nuts. It briefly deflated my sails then quickly became very motivating for me to get back on track. I really dont know what to expect for myself as far as fat loss goes on this stack but my goal for the 8 weeks is to be down at least 25lbs while maintaining or possibly adding a couple quality pounds of muscle mass. My overall goal is to be about 200lbs and 12-14% for my wedding in August.
