Our Hike last Sunday with our daughter and her boyfriend was a lot of fun. Pics don’t do it service. Here’s a few pics from bridge top under the bridge then we hiked over by the cave we saw from bridge. We saw a blue heron but we never found the cave. Hermit crabs and little tiny crab lots of birds were fun. We did at least 4 mile hike but I forgot to set my Fitbit till part way through.

I'm a bird watcher, herons migrate south to Mexico during this winter but they also migrate North into Canada even during the summer

We’re hiking on a saltwater coastline that’s a Washington state park on Puget Sound. It’s a tide that comes in in out on the coastline our beaches are very rocky only a few areas where nice sand beaches many are tiny pebbles vs sand. Forest trees are all the way down to the water line! It’s beautiful.
 
sister no way a bird that big can live in the cold weather they need warmth
Many herons do fly south but this blue hero. Species stays. Seattle’s official bird believe it or not. Me RR stated they’re seen in Alaska also. I’m not sure if they stay in areas of Alaska or if they go up and come back to Washington or diff species go south further.

Today was great training day triceps were pumped!! Did a bit heavier again. For fun, we did heavy shoulder press. Did sets of 8 still able to hit a heavy set which was heaviest I went since ending my Anavar cycle mid April press was 130 x 8 for 3 sets ! So to hit 140lb pr was cool. Shoulder felt great! Just TRT and HGH.
Even tried light upright rows still those are hard on shoulders but not painful. Got better range of motion on my front raises. Was a win! Everyone have a good weekend. Happy Lifting 💪🌸

fishing is way more tiring then people think. sometimes its better to just enjoy the water without having to lug a pole and equipment all over. i went to the beach yesterday to just enjoy the water, but i didn't bother fishing.

having said that i always like to keep a pole in my car and try some casts if i find a nice spot

Between a NY and filet/tenderloin. Way better than a sirloin. Sirloins are leaner. Ribeye has lots of fat and gives great flavor. Its prime rib only steaked out. It’s what strong man and powerlifters eat for gains!!!! Def my favorite!! Turns boys into men!! 😂💪💪🙏🌸lol

Was fun today we did something different. We did barbell RDLs haven’t done them in ages! Was fun Mr.RR got his ego lifting out if the way lol 💪😂 he kicked ass though. Did you see his video? I Got a little video to post too. I only did 225 on RDLs cuz I’m certain I’ll feel it tomorrow. I hate using the hexagon plates or whatever fuck they are cuz u cannot roll weight to your body and lift. We focused more on the hamstrings today. But we did go heavier on Seated extensions. With warm ups we got some volume in. Happy Lifting! 💪🌸

luckily I get mine grass fed and its local
Same garbage you see them fed with in the US for most commercial cattle......corn and a bunch of GMO crap. Grass fed is the only way to go. The only thing better about our meat is that we can't use any hormones or antibiotics like you see other places.

Was fun lifting heavy yesterday legs are getting more sore by the hour eating plenty protein carbs. Oatmeal, protein powders shake, greek
Lamb slovaki rice, pita bread Tatziki sauce. A beer. Protein ice-cream…ribeye tonight rice Veg.
Today we did barbell incline bench. Was fun yo see where you are next to the Hammer Strength isolateral equip. I’ve done I think 180lbs on Hammer. I was pleased I got up to 145lbs did 2 reps could have done 3. I decided to go for 150lbs the Ego lifting lol. I waited too long between sets tho, being too chatty with another gym friend. I failed on that but that’s ok. It was a spotted rep. I didn’t grind it up as didn’t want to tweak a shoulder or anything. Mr RR kicked ass today to 3 plates crushed it. We’re going out of town for a week to help my mom do a yard sale this weekend. There is a gym over there we will investigate! Happy Lifting 💪🌸

Thx bro. Yes I get the beer thing. Good for you! 💪 not an injury but a condition, degenerative disc disease doesn’t get better! This Will only progress. Just how fast?? Million dollar question. So I yes continue to do what I need to do to not aggravate it make it worse! So I continue to lift in conjunction with quality of life for me. I cannot quit and going through the motions for me just won’t suffice. 👍💪🌸

sorry was no comma there. Greek Lamb kabob (slovaki) and Greek rice. It was a platter with diff meats and comes with rice, pita, Greek salad, tzatziki sauce. Small Family owned place. They do a good job.

No I tried bpc 157 when I thought was an injury. When I learned it was my pinched nerve I knew why it doesn’t work. But if someone wants to sponsor me and thinks it will work. I can try but I’m not Injecting Into my spine!
You cannot cure a compressed/bulged disc. Only can try reduce compression minimize the inflammation & eventually disc replacement! Medium rare ribeye

Was fun lifting somewhere diff. Had to be creative. Got a pic or 2. Will post. 185lb BB Rows done it before.

I shrow that weight my lighter sets a do a better row heavier it gets more I pump that into a row. Used a shitty loaner belt. But it fit. We forgot to pack our lifting belts.

Found a very little local gym to go to. Had to improvise a bit. Didn’t want to do deadlifts we just did RDLs did BB rows instead. Good pump I don’t usu wear tank tops but we’re getting Into hotter weather so I’ll switch. So seeing my shoulders in mirror in front of me was cool I’m so white my blue veins show lol 😂💪
