Approved Log My Get Juiced, Jacked and Crazy Sexy for Summer Log

i'm thinking i'll start logging food again today to see where i am i know my protein is well under 100g a day.

today is legs i think then trainer will be out of town so ill miss friday and monday.

he made a proposal that if me and fwb want to team up and train in the same hour we'd ea h save half the cost.

i'm totally good with saving 425 a month AND hanging out with fwb for an hour x3

this is a win win. time to get out of bed then

i have very little appetite lately. i'm barely eating half of what i bring to work for lunch

today:
60 ounces water
1 cup of coffee
2 bone in thighs
2 cups egg abd chick fried rice
1 small chicken pot pie
1 hard boiled egg

i use tortilla chips to avoid bread ( no gluten )

i do have them i just don't like them and i'm just not very hungry lately.

some frijoles and cheese ( didn't eat it)

all i've eaten is two thighs
fir breakfast i had two eggs
two toasts
some tortilla chips and salsa
and about 16 ounce apple juice
and two prices if mexican sweet bread my coworker brought.


so i've had 50 g protein today
and it's 9pm and i'm just not hungry 🤷
i had force the chicken down.

all my food just seems so gross and unappealing

if you aren't hungry then don't eat man. do some fasting. it will give you some nice benefits.

you don't NEED X amount of protein a day, that is malarkey

if my body needed something i think it would tell me i'm starving

i also co time to get these chronic hiccups almost everyday.
they go until they trigger nausea like i'm gonna puke plus heartburn.

it's horrible.

the to make it stop i take what are basically assorted downers / muscle relaxers etc that just knock me out or make me drowsy . i take them at work where i shouldn't then i take steak get one when i get home to sleep .

i'm afraid to eat as well because it seems to trigger the hiccups. so does stress and commotion like the phones ringing at work. 🙀



its NOT a good long term solution.

maybe i'm dying and soon i'll be like a cat and crawl into a dark place under the house lol
 
I think we all have some sort of mental illness some people just do a good job of hiding them
 
I think people don't work out shirtless because it gets the equipment full of sweat

Why your appetite is low just keep focusing mostly on getting protein

i wish there was a why to make them taste good be smaller and be less full of air.

i do try to blend them on as low a setting as i can with the bits mix. but they still fluff up.

i just really don't like them. it takes me all day to drink one lol

but i'm going to drag my ass over to the closest regional park. for a bit an take some pics

i'm not sure if this weather is a pre winter thing or just a really strong marine layer. ( our famous "fog")

it usually hugs the coast or pour into over around the city or snakes across the top of the bay water or comes across the top and gets stuck against the east bay hills and on the stronger days comes over the hills into the coastal valleys ( like diablo)

it's gray and windy and cold and ugly.
it's cuz the central valley get so hot in the summer
then in winter we get the Tule fog completely different FROM the valley and it goes the opposite direction and drift west to the bay.

all i know is ready to move to SoCal where i can have a decent beach day whenever i want

4 and 5 are the two different fogs
the Tule Fog in the valley can be so thick you can't see for than ten feet.
we use to hide in it when we were kids.
it also causes 20 car pile ups on the freeway🙀

ok let me stop procrastinating and go do this morning walk.....

i'm just in this weird mod where i just don't care.

partly because this new work sked has ruined my social life so there's no motivation to look better
last because i look good enough as is no need to try harder
and part because i have my regular fwb who likes me as is and im not out trying to get laid all over the 9 counties lol so why bother.

i used to do my extra some day at planet on sundays before i went out to socialize so id have a pump but now i work weekends and i dont need a pump to come to work.


anyway here's some pics from the walk

the little 4/2 houses you see down there are 1.3 to 3.6 million bucks welcome to ca outrageous.

goal today to just drink as much water as possible

Try clear whey. It’s kinda like protein water so like drinking a fruit juice but same serving as a whey scoop. Could be worth a shot I presume they have the equivalent in the states

costcwill be a concern ( my husband buys the protein so if i drink that it's paid for if i want this kind i'll have to pay for it out of my already overstretched budget...
but... i could drink this and eat less lose weight and still keep my protein up i'd rather drink 20 grams of protein juice than eat a chicken thigh 🤮

An interesting bro! In Australia the last 2 years! Once it’s sunny I’m sure it looks like Cal but hasn’t been great for the last while weather wise! Imo any isolate is good! It’s very easy to get down!

have no overtime or extra money to earn i have shitty days off and m social life is non existsny
my job is mind numbing.

That is a heck of compliment brother I don't know if I have the best biceps I got some great competition, I do have a good set of guns on me I can agree with that 💪
it's not that they are necessarily the biggest / thickest , but it's the shape /the cut/ the way they pop.

hopefully the other evo boys aren't jealous now 😂😂😂

hard to say which body toes are hottest.

there's the big thicc massive built muscle

there's the super detailed over the top pre competition detailed muscle

and then there's the young shredded jock boys with popped round biceps and and tight 6pack abs like you or @Eddie Haskell and some others ( which honestly is probably my favorite look)

unfortunately the bay area sucks when it comes muscle bros overall

I can't even do the splits how the hell am I gonna do that 😂 I will stick to just trying to look good lol, yeah I will be running many logs in the future pretty much everytime I cycle and when I cycle and do a 16 week contest prep when I go all out as hardcore as I can to get peeled for a show I will document it all and I always share photos, as I've always expressed as a man who body builds you 99% of the time get appreciated and compliments from guys that is just a fact.
 
first day back after a short break and way too much junk food. so what i noticed was my shoulder pain really kicked in and we had to light today .... and i'll bet it's cuz i ate so much garbage processed food lately ... inflammation.

today i made steak. and lots of water. ( but these bitches brought donuts to work everyday i come to work and there's some kind of big box of sugar lol. i only posted two still frames here because im so fat and bloated now that im horrified to show it. and me waiting for my fwb in our room at the baths

so yesterday my sexy fwb was finally ready to play after surgery and we had no place to go so we got a private room at the bathhouse ( it's much cheaper than a hotel) not my favorite environment but whatever we had an amazing time ( and i put his new collar on him to make things official) but fast forward to afterward we were laying there and as i looked up all i could see in the mirror on the ceiling was two bellies. zero abs. 🙀
i said omg look at us wtf !!!!
1. i want this mirror removed immediately and
2 we both need to get our shit together.

waaaaaayyy out of control with the sugar and breads.

my observation is that me appreciate other men's body building more than the women do. ( except for for female fitness nuts who appreciate the work)
girls are it as into muscle bodies and men don't necessarily lift just to impress women.

as my trainer said today when i mentioned my lost motivation....

" if you are training and your motivation is some external reason you'll lose it when that reason is gone but if you train because it's just for yourself and your personal
challenge then it stays"
i think most bros here are doing it purely for personal achievement and that's why they are consistently driven to push harder.

i know i asked trainer today why im so tired and lazy with no motivation we figure its probably my sugar intake.

im sneaking sugar in all over the place so its causing some kind of insulin issue that becomes a cycle. he explained it .

so i get to work and the first thing i did was shove the last leftover donut in my mouth and the the last of the potato chips someone left.

so now im not hungry. and i have my protein powers bowl back there and i dont want to eat it.
and im drinking too much juice, slipping in some sodas here and there and making pancakes in the middle of the night. now im up from 188 to 195 when i should be 182.

i keep waiting for some big revelation of motivation to strike me. but nope. i'm just a fat lazy fuck.

i really thinking's because my work sked has ruined my social life so i have no reason to look good if i have now way to go out and show it off . 🥺

i'm going to shop for new protein drinks today

i know i asked trainer today why im so tired and lazy with no motivation we figure its probably my sugar intake.

tuna 60g p 700 cal ( mayo /relish )
bar 20g 200cal

about 140 grams protein plus 1600 calories

and maybe 50g fat

plus whatever sugar is in that instant iced tea powder

plus whatever the co workers sponsored me with today at work 🙄

profile pic for example. i believe that all men are suppose took like that and anything less than that represents a level of failure.

That said, i have been learning just how much the adhd fucks with my head apparently it's much more than just a lack of focus it creates a dump truck worth of crazy thoughts irrational reactions and skewed reality.

ha that's not even close to the same thing. you can't put salsa on sweet potato

i use ( corn) tortilla cuz there's no gluten
as a substitute for my bread cravings they don't make me bloated

i love regular potato's in any form

it hearing from fwb yet this week triggered my anxiety an depression. i'm assuming i said iot did something wrong
i'm sure he's just busy. i do through every week for no reason.
but i can't do anything now but lay in bed till i go to work at 230
