Depends what ur cooking so more fatty cuts of meat like brisket pork buts can take longer casue u have to render the fat down to make it more tender and you work off the internal meat temp not time on the clock i cooked those wings one and half hrs

Yea I normally try to hit the 20 reps on arms arms were pretty fatigued from the pulls probably should have lowered the wait in the curls hey ?

my favorite thing about kiwi is that it's so cheap it's only a dollar each
 
you got in a great workout for a Friday that's good commitment
 
@Zacel you're like a pro chef, the only other guy that had amazing meals like you was @Grumpy but havent seen him update his a lot lately

I’ve been thinking about upping my test dose for these last few weeks of my cycle thinking 750 and add another 12.5mg of eximestine a week what’s very ones thoughts on This
@Zacel I wouldnt up your test dose, you're not too deep into cycle imo
give it another 2-3 weeks before you push anything else in :D
 
@LevButlerov im almost finshed 16 weeks so far going 20 weeks
I would finish up then as I dont see the point of boosting towards the end
we can do higher doses next cycle @Zacel

you bridging TRT post this cycle right?
