Depends what ur cooking so more fatty cuts of meat like brisket pork buts can take longer casue u have to render the fat down to make it more tender and you work off the internal meat temp not time on the clock i cooked those wings one and half hrsa friend of mine used to have a smoker and he would smoke his food for about 8 hours is that how long it takes
