Thanks for having me here! I’m excited to connect with some of the members and get extra support heading into this competition season.

A Bit About Me

I’m a full-time online bodybuilding coach, 25 years old, and have competed a few times in the past—most recently in 2022. Unfortunately, I had to take an extended break from the stage, but after a long off-season, I’m finally making my return!

Right now, I’m about to start my final push before prep officially begins. Big shoutout to @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals , the absolute legend, for sponsoring my supplementation into this year’s show—really grateful for the opportunity!

Training & Background

  • Training since 2014, bodybuilding seriously since 2018
  • Coaching since 2021, with a brief break in 2023 due to personal setbacks that kept me out of training for about six months
  • Back fully dialed in since October 2023
  • Weight progression: 111kg (Oct 2023) → 141.1kg fasted (Jan 2025)

Current Cycle & PEDs

I have a fast metabolism and tolerate PEDs well. My last push peaked at my highest total mg cycle ever:

  • 600mg Testosterone (Very high aromatase activity, required 12.5mg-25mg Aromasin daily even with 1200mg Primo)
  • 1200mg Primobolan
  • 6IU HGH
  • 25IU Lantus
  • 30IU Rapid
This took me from a lean 116kg (May 2024) → 139.2kg (Nov 2024), where I started an elevated cruise (200mg Test + 200mg Primo). I continued gaining slowly, reaching a fasted 141.1kg (311lbs) in Jan 2025.

Currently, I’m sitting at 136kg (299lbs) fasted after a slight calorie reduction and dealing with a tooth infection that’s made eating solid food difficult. Once that’s resolved next week, I’ll push food back up and escalate PEDs accordingly.

Next Push Target (time to become a gawddamn bik boi)

  • 1000mg Testosterone
  • 1000mg Primobolan
  • 1000mg Masteron
  • 6-8IU HGH
  • Insulin, metformin/berberine, and other insulin mimetics as needed to manage BG levels

Current Macros

Training Days (TD):
  • 6860 kcal
  • 315g Protein
  • 1175g Carbs
  • 100g Fat

Non-Training Days (NTD):
  • 5860 kcal
  • 340g Protein
  • 900g Carbs
  • 100g Fat

Current PEDs

  • 400mg Testosterone
  • 1400mg Primobolan (meant to be 1300mg, but pinning 1ml daily is easier—sorry, coach!)
  • 30IU Rapid Insulin (split into 3 doses, pre, intra and post workout)
  • 12.5mg Aromasin daily
  • Lantus, HGH, and Masteron inbound—will be added as soon as they arrive
  • All oils pinned daily

Training Split

5x per week, low volume, high frequency, high-intensity failure training:

  • Monday: Legs & Biceps
  • Tuesday: Push
  • Wednesday: REST
  • Thursday: Posterior (Back, Glutes, Hams)
  • Friday: Chest & Biceps
  • Saturday: Shoulders & Triceps
  • Sunday: REST

Competition Goals

I’m aiming to compete in Season C IFBB Pro League Australia, leading into Nationals. If I’m close to a pro card (unlikely, but we’ll see how my body responds to this cycle), I might do an overseas show after Australian Nationals.

I would say that you're extremely lean well under 10% closer to 5% great job.
 
How old were you when you first started to use steroids?
You say you started to body build seriously in 2018. So that was about 7 years ago. But did you start using steroids then as well?

@Quadsweep I appreciate it mate I am unbelievably passionate about it and super excited to pursue it more over the next few decades!

@BodyMonster34 hahahahaha tren will be rolled in during prep brother, being so large and higher end BP my eGFR is not amazing and tend to get some prolactin issues also so only roll it in when it’s needed (not that any drug is needed but shorter duration exposure times). Primo is the greatest drug under the sun for me hahaha it’s the most effective compound with least side effects for me as an individual, genuinely built majority of my muscle on it haha never really used anything else as a primary anabolic driver

@e2 I started my first cycle of testosterone in July 2020, started at 250mg per week for 10 weeks I think, went up to 375 for 4 weeks, got some bad gyno flareups and came down to 100mg cruise and have been blasting and cruising ever since, never PCTed off

@ROIDDERS they’re okay brother, will upload shortly, some kidney elevations but nothing I nor my coach is overly concerned about. We are pushing it this year into the realm of where I’m a bit uncomfortable tbh but by the same token I am willing to risk it and I don’t plan on doing this forever, I would love to bodybuild hard for the next 5-10 years and then move purely into coaching and maintain a good amount of muscle but would be dialling dosages WAY down. Unlikely to ever go over this dosage too, we’re pushing hard to make up some ground on lost time from my period of time off in 2023 where I got kinda small hahahaha whilst I'm still young and my body can handle it haha

@ceo haha thank you so much my friend! No sorry I forgot to put it in there, I am 186-187cm, little bit over 6ft 1 inches. My legs and ass are dense which I honestly think hold a huge proportion of my weight hahaha

@Mobster I do not. Although I would say I'm thoroughly self researched and am a member on the TBJP forum, Anabolic Bodybuilding and Team EvilGSP websites as well, have read countless studies and am well versed in reading scientific literature so although I do not have any technical qualifications I would say my knowledge base is pretty high, and now have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to have been able to successfully apply a lot of that to my amazing clients. Although there is always more to learn! I have AuDHD so struggled in school hence why I haven’t pursued any additional qualifications also but if I’m interested in a topic I need to learn everything I can about it haha and still learning every day!

@Masonic Bodybuilder thank you bro they are hahaha I am curious myself, this is definitely a bit of an experiment to see how my body handles it, the way biggest cycle I did was my previous one at 1,800 total mg so this is a BIG escalation in dosages and will keep you all closely updated with how I’m going on it!
 
Alrighty! @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals HGH and Test dropped yesterday so have started at 2iu HGH pre bed, will move this up by 2iu to 4iu Tuesday or Wednesday night. Will swap to Sassy test also as bloodwork will be redone in 6 weeks so will get a blood reading from their test 300 to show you all!
Fantastic training sessions this week, even though eating hasn’t been 100% ideal due to tooth infection and antibiotics wrecking my appetite and ability to chew solids, still progressing every single exercise by at least a rep, load or an improvement in execution. I will post a full logged leg session tomorrow.

Weekly Update​

Check-ins with my coach went really well this week. My stomach issues and nausea settled down last week, and now that my teeth are fixed, food has been going down much better. Still struggling to hit the full 6860 kcal, averaging around 5000-5200 kcal, but it’s improving day by day.

I’m back up to 140.2kg, and my body is visibly filling out again on the GH. Appetite, sleep, and recovery are all consistently getting better, which is exactly what we want at this stage.

Coach’s Feedback​

  • Really happy with the look—visibly much fuller.
  • Main focus this week: keep building calories back up.
  • Since we’ve got a small window to add maximal tissue before prep starts, we’re pushing AAS up this week.

Updated Cycle:​

  • Testosterone Enanthate: 500mg
  • Masteron Enanthate: 600mg (this will be rolled in tomorrow - currently just filling these mg with primo)
  • Primobolan Enanthate: 1000mg
    Ancillaries:
  • 12.5mg Aromasin ED
  • 25iu Lantus (on it's way with the mast - currently filling this with rapid split across the day)
  • 10iu Rapid pre workout
This is officially the highest my gear has ever been. Even just running the previous stack design, I’ve already felt pumps and fullness coming back with a vengeance. Strength is climbing again, which is a great sign.

I pulled my pec last year on incline barbell bench, so I’m just easing back into heavier pressing now. Even with that, chest is finally feeling strong again.

Feeling very optimistic about where my physique is sitting in these first few weeks of escalation. I genuinely believe this will be the most muscle I’ve ever put on in a cycle. Even at this level of body fat, I can already see the competitiveness of my physique starting to show—so I’m extremely excited for the rest of this push. Thanks again to @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals for being an absolute fucking champion and supporting me with this full stack into my show this year!!!!

Here is a little recent training footage as well (ironically wearing the same fucking fit) leg training has only been back in for a few months and not trying to progress them overly aggressively as they grow really well doing fuck all volume so not trying to go heavy here, focus is on tempo and control with all of my training as well.

  • 25iu Lantus (on it's way with the mast - currently filling this with rapid split across the day)
  • 10iu Rapid pre workout
This is officially the highest my gear has ever been. Even just running the previous stack design, I’ve already felt pumps and fullness coming back with a vengeance. Strength is climbing again, which is a great sign.

I pulled my pec last year on incline barbell bench, so I’m just easing back into heavier pressing now. Even with that, chest is finally feeling strong again.

Feeling very optimistic about where my physique is sitting in these first few weeks of escalation. I genuinely believe this will be the most muscle I’ve ever put on in a cycle. Even at this level of body fat, I can already see the competitiveness of my physique starting to show—so I’m extremely excited for the rest of this push. Thanks again to @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals for being an absolute fucking champion and supporting me with this full stack into my show this year!!!!

Feeling fantastic this week. Appetite and digestion have improved, and check-ins went well over the weekend. I’m up to 140.9kg, feeling fuller and slightly tighter, and my coach is extremely happy with the progress.

We’re holding food where it is for now, as my nausea is still a little up and down, but improving. Currently averaging 5800 kcal on training days and 5200 kcal on rest days, with the goal of gradually pushing up until I get to my allocated (prior to teeth issue) intake of 6860 TDs and 6500 NTDs.

Coach has decided to push my gear up again—keeping Test at 500mg, increasing Primo to 1200mg and Mast to 800mg. GH stays at 4IU until my new batch from @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals arrives, as I’m down to my last couple of vials. I started this updated cycle on Sunday:

They're damn good, just to clarify I mean still performing every rep through a full ROM but performing 2 separate exercises that each bias tension in the lengthened and short range positions so you're able to train the muscle to failure through all its ranges and strength profiles

just wanted to ask about your current cycle, you feel good with test at 500 and all the other anabolics higher? i mean your massive so it must be working but just curious how your estro goes etc :)
I feel really good to be honest, prior to this last push where I went to 600 test, I'd only ever gone to 300-350 as I tend to have very high aromatase activity, I have some gyno already and I genuinely can't run 150mg test on it's own without an ai or some primo HAHA it sucks. But it does mean I feel great on this

Absolutely it is brother, I'm already growing very rapidly right now. Thank you so much though! Honestly not 100% certain, I was a very small very skinny kid, like 70kg in 2017, I did my first cycle of testosterone in 2020 and I was around 118kg at the time but very fat haha I'd been using SARMs and a secretagogue (LGD4033 and mk677) on and off that year prior.
These were pictures from my comp prep in 2018 as a 100% natural, I was probably around 80kg (ish) here (I had absolutely NO legs at all), I did my first little 5mg per day cycle of LGD 4033 a few months after this competition which was incredibly successful, grew like a weed on that stuff.

It's great brother, I've no complaints at all, muscle feels fuller but not carrying a tonne of fluid, recovery and sleep improved dramatically even on 4iu, it feels great!

I'm almost ready for my next (and third) cycle. First one was titrated up to 275mg test e and 275mg primo e, second one titrated up to 325mg test e and 325mg primo e. How did you find masteron? Was it much different to primo?

I've run both separately and together brother, it depends on your goals but in my opinion primo is a far superior compound, if it doesn't crash your e2, the fullness, nitrogen and glycogen retention and pumps from primo are far superior to the look and feel on masteron in my experience. I'm honestly only using it in this stack design in order to push total mg up to required levels with a non aromatising DHT derivative and pinning 2,000mg primo is too harsh, the PIP would be brutal. I'm personally not a massive fan of Masteron in beginner cycles if primo is available and viable cost wise, I think it's a fantastic compound to drive total mg up when you're talking 1.5g+ if the goal is more androgens with minimal risk of side effects as it's an incredibly benign compound relative to other options.

Another update for the log—things are moving fast now!

Currently sitting at 136kg (299lbs), which is a bit of a drop from last check ins on the forum. I won’t lie, wasn’t too stoked about it at first, but GH has been out for the past two weeks while waiting on a restock from Sassy. Definitely lost some fluid and fullness during that time, but the good news is I’m visually tightening back up. My latest check-ins are looking much drier, harder, and fuller again, so we’re trending in the right direction. Legs are a touch flat from not training them for a couple of weeks, but separation is there, and I know they’ll pop right back once I’m back into them.

Prep is just around the corner now, and I’m getting beyond excited. Every session lately has been absolutely insane—feeling strong as an ox and full as a house. Pumps have been outrageous, and I’ve been hitting PBs across the board, even if some are just small progressions. Strength is climbing steadily, and everything is starting to come together.

Coach just updated the cycle two days ago:

  • Testosterone Enanthate – 693mg/week
  • Masteron Enanthate – 910mg/week
  • Primobolan Enanthate – 1190mg/week
(Slightly random numbers due to daily injection frequency.)

This is nearly 100mg higher test than I’ve ever run before and a full 1000mg total over my biggest previous cycle, so I’m extremely keen to see how things respond as everything builds up to peak plasma over the coming weeks. The next phase is going to be very interesting, and I’m ready to push hard to make the most of it.
