Firstly shoutout to @Core Pharma for approaching me, this might be the accountability I need to get the most out of this years blast.

Dropped down from 155(ish) to 85kg about 12 years ago trying every possible diet and drug but fasting is what really got me over the line. The last decade was spent doing BJJ and not really lifting at all, I dabbled in gear for competition but recently I suffered a spinal injury and now suffer from stenosis so grappling just isnt possible anymore. I took up lifting more seriously after I finished rehab and last year completed my first bulk 88kg-102kg. Ive only recently gotten to a place where I can train legs properly without risking injury so this years blast will be focused on bringing them up considerably.

Current Weight: 96kg
Goal Weight: 100kg
Current Cycle or Plan:

Currently finishing up a cut running @Core Pharma 200mg test E 200mast E and 5iu HGH been sitting at these doses for about 3 months now with alittle fucking around through December which set me back alittle. I leave for holidays in 3 days which will be the end of my cut, plan is to cruise for a month on 150test 5iu hgh then get blood work make sure I am not seconds from death and then start my blast end of April which I am planning on keeping more conservative and running hgh higher then I typically would have, something like 500 test 500 mast 7.5 iu hgh or potentially 500 test 250 EQ 7.5IU hgh but I have yet to make that decision as I have never used EQ and seemingly respond very well to Mast but the allure of a new compound has me intrigued.

Due to being a former giant fat guy I have (had) alot of loose skin and as soon as I introduced HGH 7 months ago my body composition changed drastically beginning with my face tightening up and now most of the loose skin I had on my body has its elasticity back and looks better everyday, my loose skin was the bane of my existence for a decade so its by far my favourite compound I am grateful to @Core Pharma for sponsoring me and allowing me to pursue this without having to hide purchases from the wife.

I dont want to get much heavier as I hate snoring and feel un-athletic, if I could gain alittle on my arms and some proper size on my legs Id be happy.

Focus is building up my legs to after a spine injury and years of sport specific training. I dont want any more size through my chest or back really as I am pretty happy with the size and Ive got no desire to be above 100kg else ill start snoring and then I get no pussy so whats the point. Training is as much for my mental health as it is for any aesthetic reasons so routine is designed to be enjoyable.

Every morning 45 min of fasted cardio

All workouts are fasted (for now)

Abductors x2
Seated leg curl 8-10 x 2
Hack squats 8-10 x 3
Leg extensions 1 set rest pause till failure

Standing calf raises
Incline DB press 8-10 x 3
Dips 20-25 x 2
DB Jm press 10-15 x 2
Cable behind back side lateral 10-15 x 3


Wednesday pull
Chin ups 15-20 x 2
Hammer strength row 8-10 x 2
Laying db curls
Wrist extensions


Thursday off just cardio


Friday Legs B

calfs
Abductors x 2
Single leg standing hamstring curls 10-12 x 2 each leg
DB RDL 8-10 x 2 with exaggerated eccentric
Leg press 12-15 x 3
Extensions 2 sets till failure


Sat : Teach No Gi Bjj


Sunday Arms

Tricep push downs x 2
Db JM press x 3
Laying db curls x3
Single arm assisted preacher curls x sets each arm till failure
Wrist extensions



Diet Overview:

After years of being morbidly obese it took a long time to exorcise that fat demon but the best way I found out of all 100s of diets I tried is fasting, I have spent 90% of the last 10 years doing intermittent fasting typically 18/6. Initially this way of eating allowed me to still pig out alittle each day and scratch that itch while keeping calories low. Last year was my first ever bulk so I dropped the fasting for 4 months and while I did have a hard time adjusting to constantly eating and whined about it online everyday the bulk went well but I feel so much better fasting everyday.

Typically day at the moment for this cut is:
1pm: Chex, milk, whey, greek yogurt
2pm: Chicken thighs rice or steak rice
5pm BBQ meat of some sort with salad
7pm: Egg whites, whey, greek yogurt, banana
+
ALOT of fucking around, very partial to a caramilk hotcross bun (Who isnt) but as long as I stick to my eating windows my weight loss stays consistent.



Future:

Going to push this cut for another month and add in some SLUPP332 and GHKCU local injections into my tits to see if I can get rid of that stubborn pocket of loose skin and fat. I have afew shirtless music festivals throughout the year I need to attend to for business reasons so this bulk will be very slow so I can undo any damage with a short mini cut.

Again shout out to @Core Pharma for giving me the kick in the butt i needed to stop spinning my wheels. I will keep this log updated with how my loose skin progresses as I know afew others on here were also giant fat fucks in their past and likely have similar insecurities to me around that. Ill also get a phone holder so maybe one day ill post a picture from a different mirror.

Legs yesterday after getting off an international flight wasn’t the best move. Got a pretty big pop out of my left quad doing Bulgarians without properly stretching like tard. Not so bad this morning but going to assess today and hopefully it’s just my TFL. Going to throw some @Core Pharma BPC in to speed this up.

Back to fasting after holidays and it couldn’t have come sooner, I love feeling empty especially for training and the last few weeks of being alittle piggy in Thailand while fun really showed me what works best for my body.

I’ve never been a ready made guy as I enjoy cooking but these fucking slap especially with alittle jet lag.

i think its a very important weapon that EVERYONE should be implementing no matter if you are a normal weekend warrior or all the way up to a pro bodybuilders.

Love the look of this log bro and 💯 will be following along. Very much the pathway im pursuing myself, I was a big lad too, decided to make the change just before august last year. Started at 110ish and currently at 87, running a the same compounds currently but different dosages; test, mast, gh. Big thing for me was after losing heaps of weight and still dropping the loose skin is going to be the next battle. Was excited to hear that the gh may gives some hope in that regard paired with intermittent fasting(autophagy) before surgery was to be looked at as the end game option.

You have had a hell of a transformation already bro keen to see what you can achieve this year!

Pull - I am trying to not add much more size to my back as I am happy with how thick I am especially through my upper, but would like my pull up numbers to increase so they are my main focus on these days plus I just love doing them and can clearly remember a time where I couldn’t even perform a single rep.

Morning typically looks like 7.5iu @Core Pharma hgh, 1000mcg SLUPP332, fasted cardio 5-7km walk, hydrate, Non stim preworkout + creatine then go lift also fasted. Blood glucose is about 4.2 apon waking which I am happy with.

Pull 12/03

Facepulls: 25, 25
Weighted pull ups +10kg: 13,9,8,6
Body weight chin ups: 15,10
Hammer strength row heavy: 8,6
Reverse shrugs: failure

Laying DB curls focusing on huge stretch 14kg: 14,12,8 (these have been great for me and give really solid MMC and pump)
Preacher curls 25kg: 15,12
Forearm extensions: 1 trillion reps
Wrist curls: 1/2 trillion reps


Post workout meal about 60 min post workout and breaking my fast typically will be a shake:

250ml egg whites
2 scoops WPI
1 large banana
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
frozen mango
Honey

I have been using egg whites for a lot of my protein as eating a lot of meat doesn’t agree with me in these shorter eating windows.

Followed by Thai style chicken thighs on rice for dins

Nothing is getting weighed or tracked currently I just try to stick to 6 hours of eating a day to keep the weight dropping down. Somewhere throughout the day I’ll eat a bowl of Chex with WPI and oat milk.

When it comes time to put on some weight again this will change but for now it’s been very effective way to maintain the weightloss while not driving myself nuts and spontaneously binge eating.

I still fit abit of junk into my fasting windows some days to keep my inner fat guy happy, which could be cleaned up but it’s about striking a balance for me where I can be happy and still make progress without being too anal about eating during a cut. I’ve counted calories before and I just end up spending my entire day doing the math and planning cheat meals, this way saves me from my own neuroticism.

Diet Overview:

After years of being morbidly obese it took a long time to exorcise that fat demon but the best way I found out of all 100s of diets I tried is fasting, I have spent 90% of the last 10 years doing intermittent fasting typically 18/6. Initially this way of eating allowed me to still pig out alittle each day and scratch that itch while keeping calories low. Last year was my first ever bulk so I dropped the fasting for 4 months and while I did have a hard time adjusting to constantly eating and whined about it online everyday the bulk went well but I feel so much better fasting everyday.

Typically day at the moment for this cut is:
1pm: Chex, milk, whey, greek yogurt
2pm: Chicken thighs rice or steak rice
5pm BBQ meat of some sort with salad
7pm: Egg whites, whey, greek yogurt, banana
+
ALOT of fucking around, very partial to a caramilk hotcross bun (Who isnt) but as long as I stick to my eating windows my weight loss stays consistent.



Future:

Going to push this cut for another month and add in some SLUPP332 and GHKCU local injections into my tits to see if I can get rid of that stubborn pocket of loose skin and fat. I have afew shirtless music festivals throughout the year I need to attend to for business reasons so this bulk will be very slow so I can undo any damage with a short mini cut.

Again shout out to @Core Pharma for giving me the kick in the butt i needed to stop spinning my wheels. I will keep this log updated with how my loose skin progresses as I know afew others on here were also giant fat fucks in their past and likely have similar insecurities to me around that. Firstly shoutout to @Core Pharma for approaching me, this might be the accountability I need to get the most out of this years blast.

Dropped down from 155(ish) to 85kg about 12 years ago trying every possible diet and drug but fasting is what really got me over the line. The last decade was spent doing BJJ and not really lifting at all, I dabbled in gear for competition but recently I suffered a spinal injury and now suffer from stenosis so grappling just isnt possible anymore. I took up lifting more seriously after I finished rehab and last year completed my first bulk 88kg-102kg. Ive only recently gotten to a place where I can train legs properly without risking injury so this years blast will be focused on bringing them up considerably.

18 hours fasted is perfect bro ;) but the sleep needs to improve you got the valerian and melatonin there?

95.5kg this morning and probably back to pre holiday leanness which is nice.

Took alittle pop in hip flexor earlier in the week doing Bulgarians and not stretching after a international flight but it seems ok but I took it easy on extensions and didn’t attempt Bulgarians.

Cook the banana first and set it aside and add it back in once the water is mostly gone from the cottage cheese. It’s great.

Off day.
Had afew things to do and was feeling pretty beat up after back yesterday. Typical morning cardio done and fasting pushed until 2pm and keeping it pretty low carb, will likely only eat twice today.

Sleep hasn’t improved but my energy levels don’t seem affected and I am still getting at least 7 hours a day so I am not particularly worried but I just enjoy sleeping so much it’s annoying.
Last week of this cut so bloods this week and then I think it’s time to start a gentle push, I have a party I need to go to in Albania in June where I will be misbehaving which isn’t ideal, so I don’t want to start any real blasts before then because I will be shirtless and the second I gain any fat my loose skin looks much worse and I’d like to be as cardiovascularly healthy as I can for those few days to play it alittle safe. So the plan is gentle 8-10 week push followed by a week or two of a tidy up before leaving then come home and start really increasing my cals through winter.

Doses in the next 2 weeks or so will be 400test 300mast 7.5iu hgh and depending on dysmorphic I am feeling before Albania maybe 20mg anavar for 3 weeks midway through. Once home I’ll reassess the dosages. All gear through the very handsome @Core Pharma

For the initial period I am going to fast and attempt to gain which isn’t something I’ve tried but i just feel better training and working empty so I will extend my eating window by 2 hours and the resulting calories should have the scales moving in the correct direction.

Considering the amount of free time I have I should be cooking more but I am addicted to these damn muscle chef meals. First meal
of the day at 2pm will be this bad boy. Perfect for my partially autistic palette.

I’ve started on 100mg a day, previously I’d taken it to 200 on blast, makes your piss red which can be abit confronting at first.

Sleep aids magnesium glycinate and a topical spray has been added without much results, I’ve always had great sleep so I am guessing it’s the increased hgh dose, I may start splitting it am/pm and see if that makes a difference. No caffeine after 8am or carbs past 7pm. Melatonin is on the way also.

Can you add valerian root and melatonin? You said on way so 3mgs melatonin and valerian root 250mgs or depends on concentration you get.

Cycle update, this week I am going to reverse out of this cut slowly and start to introduce preworkout insulin gently into my leg days and see how we go.

Oils and peptides all @Core Pharma
Test increasing to 400 and mast to 400 with hgh staying at 7.5iu and slin 5iu 2x per week (for now). For my skin elasticity I am also doing local ghkcu injections in my chest and belly.

I have been monitoring my Bg levels now for afew weeks and all seems well so I am going to start using insulin just on leg days where I won’t be fasting at all. This morning I tried 5iu with 60gc 30p 2f with zero issues Bg in the 5s when I tested 30min post shot. Sipped on a Gatorade and had a killer workout with a nasty quad pump immediately followed by 100g carbs 30p 2f. Legs still feel full 4 hours later.

Sleep is kinda shitty at the moment I suspect from the amount of growth and my 2 hour midday naps but I feel great so not totally concerned.

The irony is the next workout after this post I’ve injured my back slightly … nothing terrible but I am all locked up and stiff today. I believe I need to work on my mobility alittle more before pushing the Bulgarians too hard again

Afew days off and some @Core Pharma BPC and I’ll ease back into it.

Being lean officially finished until November, not the leanest I’ve been but certainly the best shape I’ve been in at 96.1kg. Spine and knee feel great after 8 months of hgh and I can almost forget I am injured.

Legs

Re-Injured my back lightly earlier in the week being a retard with Bulgarians so todays leg session was designed to work around not loading my spine too much but it is feeling better already thanks to some TB500 and BPC from @Core Pharma which eliminated the inflammation pretty quickly. Legs are way behind so not being able to do my normal routine sucks but was still a solid session. Insulin pumps are no joke.

Gear: All supplied by@Core Pharma. Test 375, Mast 300, 7.5iu hgh in the AM followed by:
fasted cardio - small meal 30c 30p - stretch - 6iu slin (leg days only) followed by 70g carbs 30p 15min before walking in the gym with coconut water during and a 60c30p shake waiting straight after.

Abductors
Single leg hammer strength hamstring curls 35kg: 15,13,9
Laying hamstring curls myo reps: 16,16,16
Front foot elevated smith lunges 30kg: 15,15,15
Leg extensions myo reps: 15,15,15
Standing calve raises

Scale weight up about a kg in the last 2 weeks which I am happy with but will probably slow down alittle. Sticking to fasting 5 days per week and still hitting meals and on leg days using insulin I will eat breakfast and then take more carbs throughout the day especially pre and intra.

@FattyAU Steady progress! A kg increase in two weeks is a good sign, and it's smart to adjust your approach as needed. Your push workout looks solid, and the focus on incline DB and dips is great for upper chest development. It's also good that you're incorporating fasting strategically and adjusting your carb intake around workouts, especially on leg days with insulin. Keep up the consistent effort!

Sleep has improved drastically without making any real changes so not sure what the cause was but glad I am back to 8 hours a night.

Injury is unnoticeable but I am going to take it easy with any axial loading for another week or so.

Due to the current mast shortage and my poor planning I am currently running mast P at 300 per week until I can get some E back in my system.

Only had 40 minutes today and as push is least important day for me I mixed it up and threw in some calves and tibs.
