Starting at 2 x 50mg a week, with a blood test after 5 weeks to check lvls
I ran ethanate in previous log, pip was there but minimal, once I got up to 450 a week the pip was very noticeable in the form of heat for days after. I'm thinking this is either a volume and or base oil issue for my body. I chose cypionate this time to rule out the ester as an issue.

3iu EOD. I really like the EOD protocol I had started at 4iu but really hit me 2 hard. The day after pin sleep is amazing.

.5mg every 4 - 5 days depending on hunger.

Cardio
Rowing, Elliptical, Bike and Incline tready
30-40mins sessions on weight days
Also do a lot of walking, at least 5 times a week from 3k to 6k or bush hikes

Mobility
Yoga, I've been inconsistent of late, I will start scheduling it in.

I don't have a set time for this cruise, if I feel good I'll just keep going or when I want I'll go for another blast.

I just need a little break, low calories and cardio can be a grind somedays. Still eating clean just adding veges and fruits to keto diet so should be pretty easy to drop back down.

If you ever find a motivator to do more yoga for mobility let me know man, as I really want to get back into it but always end up doing something else when I do have the spare time haha
Yeah hard work getting motivated, recently focusing on building habits intead. I'm finding it easier to just focus on one at a time instead of gungho doing it all at once. I want to finish off building cardio and then ill send you a memo each day till we both keep hitting the yoga mat 👍

Haha legend man, I'm going to also have to start using my rowing machine, I see it's part of your cardio routine, even if i can do just 4-5 minutes a day in addition to the rest

Current peds, 2iu gh pre bed, proviron 25mg first thing in the morning and 5amino1mq with breaky.
I haven't had Test in 11 days, thinking of having androgen test Monday then start my trt dosage. Still dropping .5 arimidex every 3rd day

I've ramped up the calories and body is loving it. Dropped weight at the same time. Still in mild ketosis even with the increase in carbs and protein.

You're in light ketosis but if you drop Protein you'll go into deeper keto. Drop the protein to 100 grams for 3 days.

If you have low energy your body is not in deep ketosis.

Current peds, 2iu gh pre bed, proviron 25mg first thing in the morning and 5amino1mq with breaky.
I haven't had Test in 11 days, thinking of having androgen test Monday then start my trt dosage. Still dropping .5 arimidex every 3rd day

I've ramped up the calories and body is loving it. Dropped weight at the same time. Still in mild ketosis even with the increase in carbs and protein.

@Freki It's good to hear you're feeling good! Sounds like you're managing your PCT and keeping an eye on things with the arimidex. Increasing calories and seeing weight drop while maintaining ketosis is a positive sign. Getting that androgen test on Monday is a smart move to get a clear picture. Keep up the good work!
 
Struggle city this morning, low low energy after reduced calories yesterday. Now I'm in 2 minds
1. Deep ketosis and less energy and poorer workouts, or
2. higher calories, but still in a deficit and better workouts, extra cardio

I would see how you feel after pushing into deeper ketosis. If your energy doesn't change, i personally would rather feel better and be more engaged in my workouts and would be happy to increase output to aid with the fat loss. Winter is around the corner, feel good stay engaged, stay in control of nutrition. Fat loss will happen.

Thanks bro, I'm with ya for sure. Once I wrote it down I was thinking the same. I'll be in deep ketosis by tomorrow if I'm struggling I'll increase the cals.
Important point you make on staying engaged, this has got to be sustainable for the long run and It's only been one day but big change from feeling great to struggling all day.

2 week photo update
Dropped 2kg, now 85kg
Lost another 3cm around belly unfortunately arms have dropped 1cm as well
Getting leaner for sure, I'm 44yrs old and just found out today i only have 4 abdominals crazy
2 weeks!!! Haha bro thats crazy, he'll of a change. What's your plan at the moment bro? I feel your well lean enough to look at lean bulking through the winter. Keep the right nice and neat and dice up come summer time. It's hard once you start seeing abs though isnt it, makes you just wanna keep doing whatever it takes to see more haha. Building lean tissue throughout the whole winter and still keeping the right tight, you won't need much cutting come summer and will have the muscle added which will only help with easier fat loss. Looking awesome legend well done!

I want to get rid of the belly fat. I'm thinking now Ill have to drop another 5kg of weight to achieve it. Still trying to wrap my head around being that low. Plus how much muscle will be lost.

Then do a lean bulk for sure across the remainder of winter and hopefully if done right i won't put in on around the mid section.

You should be since you are deep in.
And you will not have endurance with ketosis since you burning fat for energy, its not as efficient for cardio but very efficient for fat burning.

Very happy with the workout app, day 2 push has my pecs all fired up.

First Yoga session today 17min neck and shoulder release, rhombus muscles are very tight

No cardio today which paid dividends later on, i was a beast in the sack this arvo.
