Hey Evo fams. I started Jiujitsu this morning. I am looking for a performance enhancer to help my endurance.

Obviously more cardio itself is going to be beneficial but i was wondering has any jiu jitsu goer taken cardarine Gw5016.

Still weight training 4 days a week and cutting with jiujitsu 3 x a week starting today.

Why are you looking for a boost on the very first day of something? Why not use the new activity to get better THEN add a boost?

Is it mano et mano or just the moves?

Its like 5 x 4 min rounds and you roll with some people 70 kg and some 120kg plus lol.

Its affecting my body doing bodybuilding style training specifically back. Forearms were fucked lol.

If you didnt know the jiujitsu scene is rigged. Majority are on gear lol. I just wanted to try cardarine cause i heard it makes endurance effortless lol

I'll agree with @Mobster here. You took one class. Your body needs to get used to this new style of cardio. Give it some time then look for a boost.
Cardarine is not gonna be a game changer here if you don't already have a great aerobic base.

Like I said. Day 1 of ANY new activity I'd expect to be f**ked. I used to jog. Got to 10k runs. That was YEARS ago. If I decide to start running again I'd probably spew day 1. Taking GW day 2 ain't suddenly gonna make me some kind of Usain Bolt. It'll take weeks just to get to the point where the body adapts to the energy side even with GW and you'll still be learning the skill side. And it doesn't matter if it's 'rigged' it was and is literallyt the first time you went.

And how is it, as you say, affecting the bodybuilding side when two days ago was day 1 of Jujitsu? Pick one to focus on (J) and the other to maintain (BB)
 
endurance is just like weight training. you will build body memory over time

i would do 20mgs of GW per day it will help

There is NO PED on earth (even speed or meth) that will stop you feeling f**ked with only 1 session under your belt.

It wont. That's not quite how GW works. It IS how getting better and fitter works. If I decided to learn to play the piano it'll take a while. Even those guys using certain peptides to enhance cognitive thinking would take a while.

I'll pass on the JJ simply cos I already know - hence my reply (mine was Taekwondo years back)

A good hot soak in the bath and or a massage will help. I've buddies that compete in JJ

By all means buy and try the GW. You'll see I'm right. Save it for when you get better. Final bit of advice: for get GW for now and look at enhancing recovery

Yeah i did sauna, spa, ice bath a few hours after it. It didnt do shit for me lol. I made me get a fever lol.Any recovery enhancer tips then lol?

Yes my son competes every 1-2 months. Hes 13. I just turned 33. Honestly id rather have leg sessions doms than this shit lol. Ill get better. Ever since i took test I guess ill try anything (even tren) jokes lol

When I took cardarine, I was also taking 10 mg anavar, hcg, and 200mg/week npp. I absolutely did feel the cardarine on the treadmill. It made cardio absolutely intoxicating for me. Idk what everyone else is talking about. I stopped taking it because it’s a scary drug and I really liked it and if I had it I would take it for sure. You know in the trials there was cancer in like ask the test subjects? They completely abandoned it afaik, but if it works for other people the way it did for me…. That’s very tempting. A really powerful crutch that you would hate not having once you’ve had it. I could see only taking it during competitions or something like that.

Hey bros new here but I'll second this, cycled carderine for 3 months before xmas and it almost immediately improved my cardio, felt like I could go forever, think it has to do with it improving the efficiency of red blood cells ability to carry o2 (v02 maxing i guess?). Took longer for the slow twitch muscle effect to come through that was noticeable after a month or so, would do hour long 200+ watt stationary bike sessions and feel like i could go for another couple hours. Honestly started to freak me out a bit thought I'd kill myself through over exertion. It also lowered my LDL by a ton but also total cholesteral so my ratio stayed about the same. I also stopped due to the carcinogenic studies that I hadn't really looked to far into until way into using it. Hope this is useful.

I must say though, it’s shocking to me, with these revelations, that the developers of this amazing drug dropped the ball AND continue to just leave it alone. I’m not exaggerating when I talk about how effective this stuff was for me. It changed the way I breath the very first time I took it. I used to train with a friend, who did become a golden gloves boxer. We ran five miles before work every single day. Cardarine made me feel like I never stopped

I think its basically a loss scenario for big companies. They would lose too much on it @toddthelineman

You are on to something there! Because if it does help with vo2 maxing thats what i have been doing ever since i made this post!

It made my jiujitsu cardio way better so i can only imagine what adding cardarine would do.

I would agree, the effect it had on my cholesterol numbers alone would likely put a huge dent into big pharma's statin business.
Statins are the biggest scam, they really are a sledge hammer for a problem which needs a scalpel.

@justliftbro have you planned our log start?
