Looking great bro. My only advice is to really try and bring those arms up this growth phase. Every other body part looks goodFirst time logging on Evo, I’m 23 6 weeks into my growth phase with Raptor Labs. I have 19 weeks of my growth phase left until my prep for Szn C IFBB, I’ll be looking to compete in BodyBuilding Jnrs and possibly weight class depending on stage weight. Currently sitting at 95 avg. morning weight at 6’0. Calories sitting at 5100, hoping to push the growth phase for another 19/20 weeks depending on bloods and body composition.

Solid session today didn’t record weights as I was training at a gym with my coach that had different machines, really good to get some perspective on where we are at. Prep is now shortened to 14 weeks, gear has dropped to a total of 500mg (200t,200m,100p) this will go all the way down to 300 ish which we will sit at for 8 weeks. Food has increased to 5.9 TD and 5.4 NTD (added 1 Lcm and 50mg pomegranate juice.

I would do cardio ED on deload, just less.Also I literally said 3 x cardio session that week.

Little update on training we are going to slowly bring down some volume in training, this week we will be sitting at 1-2 RIR still easing into this last push block. Sleep, water, food, recovery has been on point, knee niggle is feeling super positive going into legs tomoz. Will be doing everything that I can pain free if I find any pain on an exercise we will just do single leg for this week. Feeling super positive and keen for a package to arrive this week hopefully.

Been sick with the flu for 3 days been doing everything and anything to get better, sorry I’ve been quite in here. In the mean time I got my package from raptor : mast, tren, glutathione and TA1. I’m running 600mg split into 2 300mg doses of the glutathione and ran 2.5mg of the TA1 day one and 500mcg every day until vial empty. Feeling alot better after implementing these compounds. I’ve also purchased a CPAP today and I’m currently trying to get used to it I’ll keep you guys updated on that. Besides that I’ve been in bed, eating my meals and getting my steps only for the past 3 days no cardio no gym this really sucks as I was just starting to feel good again after deload. I never usually get sick either this is my first time in 8 plus months but it’s hit me hard. Should be back trianing tomoz enjoy the pics.
