CPAP protocol right now is as long as we can at night. Been getting 2.5-4.5 hours with it on at the moment 9 hour sleeps so about half the time I can keep it on still very new to me
@Bakery112 keep us updated on that. sleep apnea is a HUGE problem with bodybuilders. so its something everyone can benefit from

Getting a full blood panel done in the coming weeks, if bloods come back looking good we will start prep 14 weeks out and start increasing dosages and introducing new compounds which will be very exciting. Will keep you all updated, body work also getting done this week. 14 weeks out, things are starting to change now.

-800 cals from the diet, rice lowered, avo lowered, pop tarts removed, Lcms removed, coco pops lowered. Salt is at 14g a day total now. Primo has been introduced @ 100mg per week, mast is increased 100->200mg and test held at 200mg. 500mg total, Clen will be introduced in 3-4 weeks. Cardio is still held to 3 x 15 mins but will be pulled in following weeks with increase volume to training.

14 weeks out, things are starting to change now.

This week food and gear is staying the same. High day had a slight increase in cals and presuming to have another on Friday if weight is going how it is at the moment. 4g taurine is being added daily for Clen side effects. 1 cardio session pulled so now 2x 15 mins a week will be pulled completely in coming weeks.
