I line my little set up. Pictures, log entry, spread sheet. Between the three I usually remember everything, but it’s simple enough to get it all in most of the time, and s as long as I get any two of the three I can go back and complete it if I want to. I used to do this on my own, but not quite as well because I didn’t have the positive reinforcement from people like you, and I don’t have any definite goals, so on my own I didn’t do as well logging. Thank you!

No time to run the numbers tonight, but it was a lower carb day and still pretty high protein I’m sure.

Pulled a lot of cable at work today, about a mile and a half, then water skied from 7-8:30.
It’s been a week since I cut down my test dose. Just 90 mg this week. Feels fine so far.

What's it like making your own beef jerky? I spend a shit load on jerky each week. I eat a bag of grassfed jerky a day at $15 a piece. Been considering making my own but not sure how good it would be with me making it.
I have yet to make it as good as some store bought stuff, but I’ve made really good biltong before. The store stuff almost always has at least brown sugar in it and I’m going to cave in and use that on my next batch. If you eat the jerker while it’s still being made or still warm, it’s one of the best things you’ll ever eat… with just salt! It’s hard to complete a batch because I’ll eat it all. It’s definitely a learning curve and it doesn’t save much money. I think it takes more than a pound of meat to make a big bad of jerky from the store

Good info. So it's more of a hobby than a cost saving exercise. Guess I'll just keep shelling out for the stuff I get.

It felt good to rest yesterday but today I’m underwater and I have stuff to do. Well. Fuck it. I’ll stay the course. What’s a few bad days?

some days you need that extra rest. for me fridays and weekends are my days i like to get an extra nap in. i kill it the entire week and i need that break

I was taking 210mg a week, my blood work of course had high hematocrit and it probably has been for like four years. So a little over a week ago I dropped to 90mg a week. I don’t take an AI, I have never felt like I needed one.

Kratom was a real life saver for me, but it has become more of a habit than anything. I’ve quit a few times before, and for the most part I can control my chronic pain issues. It’s not that I can’t handle pain, but when it never ends for months at a time it can really mess with you and kratom has been by far my best option. Some people are immediately averse to it. Not me. It improves my mood and energy, and the side effects are minimal, although it might be messing with my liver enzymes. I need to cut it out completely and recheck.

It would be awesome to just load a smoker up with meat, set it and forget it. If I can do that I’m going to buy one
Get a pellet fed Trager or something along those lines. Literally set it and forget it. You can even control the heat over wifi on some of them. My bro has one and all he does is dump in the pellets, throw in the meat, program his phone and done. It's pretty amazing

Never knew a turkey could have that much flavour and be that moist. I think they're a bit pricey but it's a buy once cry once thing. They're built like tanks

I suppose .15 ml 3x a week would be easy enough. That would put me at 135. I went from .1 daily to .1 three times a week.

It was a knee jerk reaction to my blood work, which wasn’t that bad but it’s not what I want and I’d like to do a cycle, but if I did that with already marginal hematocrit and liver enzymes… it would be really bad for sure and I just don’t need that in my life. I need to be reasonably healthy first and foremost. Then I can have the room to play around.

I actually did power through it today and feel much better now. I waterskied like ten sets back to back in cold air/cool water. Wake you right up!

I never had a problem putting away the food. Trying to gain weight with clean ish food is definitely a challenge. I’m eating some or a lot of junk food every day. But I’m not force feeding myself at all. I’m usually hungry when I eat. I would gain weight on cycle for sure, and that time will come, but for now I’ll just keep seeing what I can do with what I’m already doing. Lifting more, eating a lot.

Hahahaha you got a farm right? You have to have cats. I don’t have a farm, but I’m right on a river and there’s a ton of wild life. Snakes, minks, foxes, sometimes bears. Lots of bats. Coyotes. If I don’t have at least one cat, there’s mice that will chew right through the brick mortar to get in the house. In the fall they will run in the door right behind you. You basically have to have a cat.

Yeah I’m not in that one, but I did about ten of them back to back earlier. I’ll be in three tournaments this summer. This is why I’m trying to gain weight. It’s a skill thing, but the heavier you are, the less the upper levels move you around.

Some people make it look easy. But the center guys of a five tier are skiing with hundreds of pounds on them. The really good ones have all been doing it for generations. You gotta be really really doing it by like 10 years old at the latest. 6 would be better. And my friends will have their kids skiing before they can walk. Seriously. I just love doing really hard things. I don’t need to be the best or anything like that. I got into it by a fluke in my thirties, never having been on a team sport in my life.

I appreciate you ceo. I’m really frustrated that I just can’t gain weight. I don’t want to just rely on abusive amounts of anabolic to force it. I’ve been bigger when I was totally natty. I’m just working too damn much I guess. I’m clocking 5k to 7k calories almost, and honestly, I always eat like this. Not always consistently, like one day I’ll be too busy and too tired, and then the next day I would for real eat 10k or even more! It’s been like this my whole life. When I was carnivore I ate perfect and felt very healthy it I ate huuuuuge amounts and was so skinny still. Then I added back fruit and rice, and I got about ten pounds bigger and looked better but we know that’s just water. I didn’t feel better.

You know I think about all my great grand parents were almost 100 except one, who smoked. They all ate candy and stuff. No roids though 😂

Scale went up today finally. 181. I thought yesterday was my rest day, but today I barely got out of bed. I just slept, scrolled and ate. Felt like I needed it. Big week ahead

I’m not that good at it lol. I can jump the wake, and do 180s. No flips yet. The falls really wreck me hahahaha.

Yeah I’m taking the tb500 twice a day. This bicep/elbow thing is pretty tenacious. And I can’t just rest it completely. It’s summer time. I’m holding ski ropes, pulling cable, etc. just have to be careful. It’s feeling ok right now

@toddthelineman your estrogen is very high, how much Ai are you taking?

the ALT/AST/kidneys need help with n2guard you need something like n2g for organs to flush this out imo.
I never have taken an ai, I have some, but they might be expired and I’m taking less T now. I was done to 90mg/ week, that felt bad. I’ve settled in at 135/wk but also taking 500mcg HCG per week. I’ve taken hcg for the entire time I’ve taken testosterone, except a few times I ran out and I didn’t feel well. I imagine the hcg is the main culprit for the high estrogen, but my estrogen is usually higher than that, in the nineties.

I would suggest highly you start the Ai no matter what, the E2 is too high, not safe for you. @toddthelineman impacts organ health and mental health. And I'm not taking about high dose, start with 5-7mgs aromasin eod.

i would get that number knocked down. estrogen too high can cause problems internally

Wow ok. I was thinking I felt pretty good for the very most part. I have aromasin. This definitely gets tricky. Like, I already lowered my dose, so surely my estrogen is lower now, but perhaps not much lower. So I can take a little aromasin eod, but if it’s too much I’ll definitely have a hard time. I’ll need to test again, but it took two weeks to get my e2 numbers 🤔. Am I overthinking this?
 
@toddthelineman The blood work looks pretty standard for being on a cycle. Just make sure you get your estrogen on point. The guys above are correct.
Hey man, I check out your log all the time. Awesome work you’ve done!

I was pretty relieved with my bloodwork because I haven’t gotten any in two years. The thing is though, I’m not really on cycle. That bloodwork is from 210mg of test e per week, no orals. I would like to turn it up some, but I do think my blood work would look really bad if I don’t have a solid plan and start from the healthiest place I can.

I’m not a body builder, just an athlete and a really hard worker who’s getting old and trying to perform and not get hurt. Obviously I like looking good but that’s just a welcome side effect. I’m trying to get my weight back into the 190s at least and get the strength that comes with it🙂

Thanks Steve. I know a lot of people say you don’t need hcg, but I’ve heard others say they feel better with it and as far as I can tell I definitely do. I’m not exactly sure what to do, honestly. I just want to grow some without a bunch of health problems. I can’t take more stuff if I can’t figure out the basics. I’m going to see what everyone says and think about what I can do. Then I’ll do that for a few weeks and test again🤷‍♂️

I’m not a hcg person. A lot of people who push it out there don’t realize it’s synthetic pregnant female urine lol

@toddthelineman cardio is really good. you can go after some low impact cardio options that are less stress on the legs and joints
