@toddthelineman Good job. Posting up the blood work. It's very important to keep track of this and see any variations that happen. i bet without all those support supps they would be much worsp
Probably! Which is not very encouraging because I haven’t been taking much gear so this must have been building up over time. I almost never drink. My liver enzymes shouldn’t be like that. Not good

gear will do that

Hey man, I check out your log all the time. Awesome work you’ve done!

I was pretty relieved with my bloodwork because I haven’t gotten any in two years. The thing is though, I’m not really on cycle. That bloodwork is from 210mg of test e per week, no orals. I would like to turn it up some, but I do think my blood work would look really bad if I don’t have a solid plan and start from the healthiest place I can.

I’m not a body builder, just an athlete and a really hard worker who’s getting old and trying to perform and not get hurt. Obviously I like looking good but that’s just a welcome side effect. I’m trying to get my weight back into the 190s at least and get the strength that comes with it🙂
210mgs a week is a cycle as far as i'm concerned. you are using 2x what your body would normally produce

long term it is abuse. just remember that
we all abuse ourselves though
That perspective is helpful. I’m good with it, if we are all aware of what we are doing and the risks then it’s our own personal prerogatives to do what we want. I most definitely will be doing a proper cycle in the future. But not until I can get my basics under control. I honestly thought I was in a pretty safe place, but I think I was kidding myself. I’ve only had normal liver values once in the last four years, and I was using injectable glutathione. Idk if that just masks a problem or if that’s an effective way to reduce harm. 🤷‍♂️

@toddthelineman glad to see people getting bloods

Awesome seeing you do bloods 💪 important aspect
I’m glad I did it. I actually was doing it quarterly for a while, and my local place sucked. It would be closed when I had an appointment and the place is just very unprofessional and I stopped going. Found a new place. I haven’t decided how many I’ll do as I’m adjusting things to get all my values optimal never I do a cycle. I’m not in a huge hurry, I’m still getting more strength back each time I work out, with at least a month before I’m lifting more than I ever had. And I honestly probably don’t need a lot of stuff to lift more than what I do. Not for a long time.

The most annoying thing is this weight stall. I wouldn’t even care if I was gaining fat right now. I know I can get much bigger quickly if I crank up the gear. Previously, just adding 25mg winstrol daily would put me near or over 190 and much stronger almost immediately. I’m going to wait though

Happy Father’s Day, guys!
I spent most of my day getting my boat ready for the season. I usually have that done before the last freeze but it’s been the busiest year I’ve ever had. I told my kids I just wanted to go out on the river like we do every year and they waited until I had the boat ready. Gas tank was full of earwigs, had to pull half the interior, the gas tank, clean the gas tank, reinstall everything, then we went out, bad fuel pump, of course. Swapped out my spare and we had a great day. I still got my workout in, still got my food.

My daughter is almost a nurse and really into fitness. She’s followed my fitness and strength journey to a degree and we used to compete water skiing together.

As others here have suggested, I’m going to try lowering my fat intake. I’m not eating a ketogenic diet, I probably just don’t need 400+ grams of fat a day. Maybe I do.

Im hoping to start getting more sleep consistently, and better recovery, and just toning down the work a little bit because I’m going to for sure burn myself out at this pace.

I grew up around wrenches. I basically rebuilt my entire boat from a total wreck. 1991 Malibu. It’s on its 3rd life now. Sank once, and just abused by show skiers and a few pro skiers. I built it better though. 400 horsepower and at least 1000 pounds lighter. Only 2mph faster, but the launch is silly. I’ve spent way too much on it, but a new Malibu is sooooo expensive I couldn’t handle it getting scratched and sand in it and stuff.

I’ll bet there is guys that can build muscle cars and stuff. It’s basically the same. Big Chevy engine, carburetor, etc. the boat specific stuff I learned mostly from YouTube. I never cared if any of it looked perfect as long as it’s safe. Professionals charge soooo much. Like $7500 to reupholster a boat. So I bought a sewing machine and did that too. Now I actually get side work. Just rebuilt a captains chair for my buddy’s attorney’s ski boat. He kept my buddy out of jail. No charge😉

Honestly we grew up with so many lies it’s hard to know what’s real. You grow up thinking steroids are a death sentence, that you your dick will be tiny, all these things. Then the medical system and government started acquiescing to trans people (which is fine by me, freedom is freedom), and they’re supposed to be fine even though they take enough stuff to completely transform. That’s supposed to be safe? Well. They were lying both times hahaha

the people out there with the most views on steroids are the biggest buffoons. the biggest dude in the gym doesn't mean he is the smartest, but people are more likely to listen to him based on how he looks. thats the main issue. taking steroid advice from the gym locker room is as dumb as taking financial advice from a homeless person on the street

you should listen to the evo podcast if you want the truth backed by science

N2guard bro
I’m going to grab some. Since getting my bloods I’ve started taking a couple more liver support supps, so now I’m taking TUDCA, NAC, milk thistle, and injectable glutathione. It was just TUDCA and milk thistle before. I’m going to run these out and start N2guard after that. That stuff has a ton of ingredients. It’s basically everything, huh?

You just use the n2guard, it has a lot of ingredients and you can drop the tudca/milk thistle/multi vitamins. @toddthelineman Real cycle support :D

Steps are hardcore. :D and you're a TRUE protein king at 501 come on @toddthelineman and you're doing a lot of steps.
I suggest moving carbs up over 350 if you're hungry.

I ate a pound of cooked shrimp right before a hard core practice and had a brick in my stomach the whole time hahaha. But I’m gonna do it again today. Plus a lot of fruit

Lol @LevButlerov

Can't touch it. I'm already at the point where I literally don't even have time to eat more. I'm eating as much as I possibly can haha. The only way I could get more would be slamming shakes or skewing my macros but I can't afford to give up the fruit and veggies. The way @toddthelineman grinds his appetite makes a lot of sense. He's a machine!

They’re no way I could eat any significant vegetables with this much meat. I don’t digest them well anyway. And yeah, I run out of time to eat and sometimes I just fail.

I feel you. There's only so much time in a day and room in your stomach at any given point in that day.

I’m taking 1000mg twice a day of TUDCA
250 mg twice a day of milk thistle
500 NAC twice a day
100mg injectable glutathione once a day.

I did the glutathione before when I was taking orals and had ast/alt at like double the range. The values fell a lot without stopping the orals. So I feel like I’m hitting it pretty hard.

I waterski in a show. It’s a totally amateur thing, nobody is getting paid for it. A lot of families and kids putting on a community event. But there’s some big tournaments and I ski with people who compete all over the world. It’s super fun

Basically, if I’m swimming it’s because I fell and there was no boat nearby to pick me up. It’s a river, so you could be swimming against the current until you’re totally smoked, and then running barefoot to get to where you need to be. So fun after working in the heat all day!

I’ve stopped my hcg and I’m gonna try out that hcgenerate too, but I’m going to wait to dial in my ai first. It’s funny. I had never used one, then I stopped my hcg, lowered my test, and still noticed sensitive nipples when I forgot my aromasin. So I’m onto something. My skin is looking better already anDi thought I felt good, but I feel even better now. Thank you @stevesmi ,@LevButlerov , and everyone else for your help!

@toddthelineman my man you are doing good
you got a lot of good supps and support you are using. its okay to feel a little hungry though don't worry

Maybe you need more carbs to keep up with your output
Well. I was eating way over 1000g of carbs frequently. Like huge bags of gummies and rice and potatoes and pancakes. And then I’m just hurting myself I think. I was a bit heavier but probably just water. I ate zero carbs for sooooo long it feels more natural to be low carb

Basically, if I’m swimming it’s because I fell and there was no boat nearby to pick me up. It’s a river, so you could be swimming against the current until you’re totally smoked, and then running barefoot to get to where you need to be. So fun after working in the heat all day!
really. interesting. which river is this? is the water cold?

I waterski in a show. It’s a totally amateur thing, nobody is getting paid for it. A lot of families and kids putting on a community event. But there’s some big tournaments and I ski with people who compete all over the world. It’s super fun
oh wow. i've seen people do that and i've tried it a couple times but could never get up on the ski's. people suck at teaching me

Low carb is much better, even for guys that do well on carbs. Best bodybuilders Fat loaded, think Frank Zane @toddthelineman

How can he keep his weight up when he's burning through so many calories in a day? @LevButlerov I'm curious cuz I have the same issues at times when work gets crazy.

I'm good on low carb until my output gets higher. I find I can't recover and my sleep suffers as well when workload is high and carbs are low. I can only do well on sub 200g of carbs if I'm not training a lot or work isn't to busy.

Everyones body is different. That's why we gotta track and experiment to figure out what works best. Your carbs are up pretty high right now tho aren't they? Ever tried going Keto? I know a few people who are pretty religious about it. It's always hard to tell the truth when it comes to these sort of things tho. People are so die hard about these lifestyle diets.

Yeah I’m just eating basically. I’m not forcing anything, except protein powders and bars literally to stop myself from just pigging out. I was carnivore for four years totally strict. I bought a half cow at a time and barely went to the store ever. I really liked it, but my kids moved in with me and I just shove things in my face.

When I was carnivore, I didn’t take any type of hormones or really anything. I ate kratom, drank water, and ate meat. I was performing really well. Literally running up and down poles all day and lifting in hotel gyms at night. But not very heavy. I had a lot of energy. I was elated to be healing and mostly not hurting or half crippled anymore. It took my like three days to adapt and it kept getting better for like a year

I’ve taught so many people. Maybe 100. There’s little tricks that regular people wouldn’t know that make it really easy. And the right boat and equipment, plus early on a weekday instead of beer 30 on the Fourth of July.

The first time I skied I was 12, everyone in my grandpas boat had been drunk for like three days, there were whitecaps on the waves and the skis were so big on me I really couldn’t keep them straight. They got sick of trying. Frustrating. I was a really good skateboarder so I really thought I should be able to do it. And really, damn near anyone can do it. You just have to be baaaaarely in shape enough to hold the handle until you’re out of the water.

Maybe try meal prepping so you have something ready to go if temptation strikes via the kids. If there's a healthy meal made already you can just eat that instead. My wife likes to buy a lot of junk so I always have healthy snacks incase I'm hungry when she's eating that shit

@BeMe good question, really depends on his metabolic rate. But when you're hitting 400 grams of protein you're going to have good anabolic effect, and yes if he has high work load fast moving maybe hard to utilize fats for energy but it's a shot.

I know that since I’ve been eating so much so consistently, instead of accidentally fasting and binging on not good food, my recovery has been better than it was recently, even with a lot less gear.

I started this log with zero intention. I just figured I’d contribute, but I didn’t think Id be able to be consistent because I’m always doing too much stuff especially in the summer. I just found this because of the podcast, and I’m just a guy trying to perform athletically as best as I can and be strong and look good and keep wearing out the young dudes that work for me and inspire them.

I’ve found so much positivity and constructive criticism here. Totally hooked.

Yeah lots of tiny injections. For all the peptides I use a 30g needle. There’s not much fat on me. Just my butt really, and I can see some slight striations even on my glutes if I’m flexed. So I don’t even try to do sub q. For oils I’ll use a 27 or more often a 25gx1.5”. I’m injecting the bicep in slightly different spots each time but all near the elbow where the pain is. It’s feeling much better now, in the last couple days. Hopefully I can start curling again soon, and pull-ups.

Well getting my estrogen down clearly helped because I don’t even take telmisartan now. But it’s probably still in my system. The work I’m doing right now is urban, so my steps are half or less of what I often do, and I can use machines and trucks instead of doing everything by hand on a hillside. 27 years of that has been good for my heart I suppose

You know cold weather makes animals grow bigger and hold fat. It's why Canadian animals are bigger than the American ones. Bears, deer, wolves, all bigger in the colder northern climates. Go to Alaska and it's next level. Even that fish are bigger in cold water. Tuna, Great white sharks, all bigger in the North Atlantic than other parts of the ocean. Leads to more fat and better tasting meat. Sooo Canada FTW @BodyMonster34 lol

But nowhere have I ever been are people more loyal to their state than Texas. So you’ll never get a Texan to concede that ANYTHING is better anywhere other than Texas lol.

Well. I keep them pretty high most of the time. And when I wasn’t tracking so closely, I would often not make the time to eat, and then binge and eat like, a whole $40 pizza that’s probably like 10k calories. I’d do stuff like that all the time. Eat a whole chuck roast and a whole cheesecake. Whole boxes of precooked bacon. Drink a pint of heavy whipped cream. And still eat pounds of meat and everything else.

When I post my steps on a workday, it’s not just walking. I’m leaning back and pulling 22mm cables for a hundred feet, then jogging back and doing it again until I’ve pulled sometimes a mile and a half a day, but I’ve pulled that mile and a half several times. Then I’m eaither skiing with women standing on my shoulders or I’m doing my weight training. So I’m seriously exerting myself with short breaks all day almost every day for like 14 hours.

So huge calories but I’m the most schmedium dude ever hahaha. But I’m going to keep this up and come fall I’m sure to get some serious gains.

i see a lot of good things for joints and heart
how you doing with melatonin? you getting good sleep?

So something.

But stay with what works
Yeah I did take very small amounts of kratom when I was carnivore. Like 1/4 teaspoons, but it affected me pretty strongly, and I was getting very strong stuff directly from an Indonesian importer. When I started my log I was eating 30g a day. It just built up over time and bpc157 makes you resistant to its effects. I’m currently taking three .88 gram doses a day and feeling great. I’ll lower it incrementally and be done with it soon.

There are some pretty eye opening rabbit holes concerning glaxo smith kleins patents on synthesized kratom alkaloids, and Scott gotleibs propaganda campaign to villainize kratom. It’s a substance that can be abused, but also possibly a miracle for millions of people if used wisely

Yes! I’m trying to do that. Doing my log updates in the morning. I have practice until 8/30-9, then I’m still super hungry so I’m bringing food to bed with me and still overstimulated

@toddthelineman looks like a good update to me
does it hurt to pin the bpc into the bicep?
you using what size needle?

You know cold weather makes animals grow bigger and hold fat. It's why Canadian animals are bigger than the American ones. Bears, deer, wolves, all bigger in the colder northern climates. Go to Alaska and it's next level. Even that fish are bigger in cold water. Tuna, Great white sharks, all bigger in the North Atlantic than other parts of the ocean. Leads to more fat and better tasting meat. Sooo Canada FTW @BodyMonster34 lol
bro it not about size of the dog, it about the dog in the fight

But I’m going to keep this up and come fall I’m sure to get some serious gains.
well we will see how you like it. just don't dirty bulk too much hard to get off excess fat

Nah. Doesn’t hurt. 30g needle. I just don’t do it directly where my pain is. Something is definitely working because I really can’t not use that arm. I’m pulling and lifting all day. But it’s greatly improved
