4am chest and shoulder session to start my day off this morning, left zero in the tank and seeing progression the tempo and movement patterns and connection from last week.
Energy and recovery are aligned this week, feeling rested enough to give it my all each session without the dragging fatigue.
I’ll get some updated physique photo over the weekend after my check in with coach @R. AP as we get closer to out 3 week together.

☑ My meals all stay the same 7 days, I change the dressing, spices and flavours that I make myself - lots of chilli and vinegar dressing all low calorie and home made.
currently entering into week 4 of my push-up growth phase with my new coach @R. AP so I’m sticking to my meal plan daily as I don’t want any fluctuations in weight or data for coach. No off plan meals or cheat meals, so I love to get creative with how I make my meals in the plan.

All numbers are up on my sets, body weight numbers are also is trending up each week now, 4 weeks down on push phase as we enter week 5 with plenty of runway to keep making slow and solid progress.

Happy Tuesday EVO FAMILY, hope all my bros are off to a killer start of three week!
Smashed a 4am shoulder + arm session this morning, all numbers and intensity are up on my lifts each week now, along with body weight tending upwards to.
Feeling amazing all round at week 5 of my push phase. Super healthy, digestion is perfect, and having the confidence in coaches plan moving forward to make me look like I lift.
bonus for performance: after a little extra help and cues with training advice, intensity and form from coach @R. AP I had a gruelling arms session today and the best one yet.
As always my boys at @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep have me running at my highest level yet, and can’t wait to show what it looks like after a solid 6 months of running there products.

Cardio: HIIT 5x rounds

meals stay the same - This is still my top fav meal lately (it’s meal 3 and 5 in my plan) chicken, rice, beans, carrots, sprouts, almond butter, chilli.
