Notes:
Interesting BP results, I know they are fine but are still higher than what i normally have. Everything else is good, weighed myself at 3am and I was 400g heavier. Went back to sleep for an hour and when got up again I was down 400g.

Another good really good day, increased weight across most exercises. Especially happy with the shoulder press getting the 35's up for reps. I have been talking to @Gains Man about wanting to work on lagging body parts and weaknesses and my shoulder press is a weakness. For me this has been a massive improvement in only a couple of weeks and where the exercise sits in the programming there is muscular fatigue already set in.

Energy/motivation:
Really good today, focused and motivated to crush the session
Coaching adjustments

Miscellaneous thoughts:
Had a steak with scrambled egg as Midday meal to help with satiety and I think it worked. Just needed some salad to finish it off.

Good to see you holding near 101 kg clean and keeping recovery, sleep, and macros all dialed in.
Weight has dropped as little more, id say a lot is glycogen/fluid related even with some days blowing out calorie wise. Coach is just wanting to wait a little longer to see what the weight does before adding more food.
Good update for week 5, 100 kg and still leaning out while strength climbs across every pull movement. :D The vascularity and definition are clear proof the recomp is working fast with that test, EQ, and NPP combo.
Its only early says for the EQ being week 5 but im liking what I am seeing so far.

Pumps are good, i am reducing all pre workout ingredients back to just pump juice and a non stim pre. I need to give the body a break and reset. Tried some DMAA the other day and felt nothing so good sign a break is needed.
The blood pressure here looks outstanding. @Wookie Also love the different macros that you're doing. You're definitely keeping it real.
Its still in range but normally I'm low 100's and low 60's with no medication. Thats where id like to try keep it for as long as possible to counter the negative EQ effects. That way this can be a long run of growth

Mine didnt initially but she has slowly grown to like it to the point she has signed up to a membership and actually goes in to do classes before work. Like most people its probably that initial fear, "people will look at me, people will judge me because I dont know what im doing". I also kept dropping the im in town already waiting for the kids. I could doom scroll on the phone for a few hours or I could do something for myselfπŸ˜‚

Sleep: Average 6hours 47min, not much change here. Its about as good as its going to get with my current situation. Average is down slightly as this weekend is when the boy works at the dairy so I get up at 3am to make sure he dosnt sleep in.

Digestion: Good β€” regular bowel movements due to increased fibre and reduced Reta, no bloating and less indigestion this week. Lots of wind though, and I mean lots.

Weight has increased for the week overall by 1.6kg. looking at the daily tracking for the week and most of the increase has been over the last 2 days. Non training days, I wonder of that has something to do with it.
Energy has been good all week, especially with the recent changes to the food balance started last week.
Right arm niggle is still around. Feels like it has reduced with the increased rehab movements.
As mentioned last week, i have noticed some tension in the neck which would be related to the increased loading, will have to continue to monitor. Going to change the standing behind the neck tricep extensions for another isolated movement as it puts pressure on the neck

You wouldn't believe but I havnt stopped taking Retatrutide since my cut. I did drop back from 2.5mg in my cut to 1mg starting this cycle. Since then I have had to increase back to 2mg with no real food suppression.

I think there are multiple factors at play here, EQ hunger should be kicking in now, ghrelin rebound and a subconscious effect with the mind/body knowing the cut is over and its growing time.

More disapline is needed 🀣

Even with the appetite stuff, if it knocked the edge off during a bulk that'd be cool, like how you get so hungry you throw all your rules out the window and eat bags of chips or chocolate or whatever, and instead sat down and ate as much mince as you could or whatever is good for you.

During the cut, Reta was phenomenal in reducing food noise. Could also have been the end goal so was easy to maintain strict adherence to my meals. The wife could be baking and id not even be interested in taste testing or licking the bowls.

I'm no expert in the use of retatrutide but am seeing alot of people still continue to use it at low doses during a bulk ~1mg pw.

Yeah the hunger, Thursday marks 6 weeks so EQ should be at full saturation so full hunger 🀣. Wouldn't be so bad if I was 3.5k+ for cals , 2300 makes it hard

Most definitely. I'm watching it work on my wife. More so now we have moved from 2xweek to just once a week.
Next time I transition from a cut to lean gain I think I'll add tiraz or cag low dose for a stronger food suppression whilst still maintaining the positives from reta.

Retatrutide at 2mg while EQ is ramping will fight appetite hard, but if not you need to up the retatrutide dose or do 36 hour rolling fasts to clear your ghrelin/leptin receptors. @Wookie

Yeah, I normally only have 2 black coffees in the morning then any other caffeine is limited to Preworkout really. I did need a break from all stims tho, i found even DMAA in a pre wasn't doing anything for me.
The BJJ was good, lots of core work as the warm up, then obviously just the grappling in general is a mad workout. I was like a fish out of water but it was still good to roll with the boy.
Good eye there, its a Platinum sticker, one of the lads has done some merchandise up. Looks awesome tho and repping UGLOZ 24/7 🀣.
Another logger was doing the adobo so I gave it a try, really good Macros with protein pasta added.

Big arms in the pics and clear size with lean detail showing through. :D @Wookie

Leg day volume and that 140kg hack squat with BJJ after is solid grind, strength clearly climbing even off stims.

@Wookie the training split looks really good. I like the leg day training. That's a really good mix of exercises there and it seems like that you're balancing things nicely.

Pineapple and papaya are fantastic additions to a meal, especially before bed. @Wookie They help with digestion. You'll notice when you go to the bathroom in the morning it'll smell like papaya. That's not your imagination.

Slight increase in weight, all other stats very good. Blood pressure is very good considering I dont take anything medication wise. I have focused on cardio since my cut started and I had higher blood pressure. Also focusing on maintaining fluid intake of 6L minimum from my water bottle. Then you have fluids from shakes, Preworkout etc that adds ontop. Im surprised the EQ hasn't had an impact on it yet.

After dinner Snack, trying the cream of rice craze with Whey dripping, mixed berries with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar

Pineapple and papaya are fantastic additions to a meal, especially before bed. @Wookie They help with digestion. You'll notice when you go to the bathroom in the morning it'll smell like papaya. That's not your imagination.

I havnt considered the BP but looking back through all my readings and they havnt changed that much at all. The only real change is the removal of all caffine and stims which started Monday. Im definitely open to considering all options tho.

Now that i have been cooking it in the microwave yesterday was the goods. First few weeks I was adding the hot water stirring then adding the other ingredients 🀣. Its not the fancy COR from sup companies. Just rice flour from the supermarkets but works well. Will be good when my calories increase so then I can make the serving bigger.

Thank you, the deciding factor for the stim/caffine detox was after trying some dmaa Preworkout. After hearing so many positive reviews from members of the community, i got some and felt nothing from it at all. That to me was a big sign time for a break/detox

Backed the weight off on Lateral raises due to the increased tension in could feel in neck over the last few weeks and also changed single arm standing DB tricep extensions to Cable for same reason. Felt a really good pump today, tight skin peeling feeling at times.

Energy/motivation:
Really good, id say last weeks lows were due to the initial removal of stims/caffine

Coaching adjustments:
Trialling HGH in the mornings to see if that is affecting my sleep. No other changes until blood results come through in the next few days. Food will stay as it is for one more week to ensure ive levelled out from the quick ramp up earlier in this run.

Miscellaneous thoughts:
Not a big day but a 2hr drive each way to get to a pathology that iMedical uses for my bloods today. BB3 with lcms testing for E2 and Testosterone. Will have results in a few days.

During my cut I found the Mots-c eliminated the fatigue I was getting around Midday , o didnt feel any extra energy but definitely was nodding off on the couch.
This time round, this is my 3rd week and this week will be a good tell as first week was probably loading and all last week I was dealing with fatigue as I mentioned in log due to eliminating stims and caffeine.
Ghkcu i only had 2 vials and was stacking it with Wolverine for my arm which hasn't helped much so to me it's an injury that isnt near blood flow like tendons. I would live to give Glow or Klow a red hot go in the near future. But I believe its had a positive effect on my skin/face so far. Need some more to work on some baggy skin on belly 🀣

Training Notes: It dosnt stop, more weight and or more reps across the majority of the lifts. Backed the weight off on Lateral raises due to the increased tension in could feel in neck over the last few weeks and also changed single arm standing DB tricep extensions to Cable for same reason. Felt a really good pump today, tight skin peeling feeling at times.

Energy/motivation:
Really good, id say last weeks lows were due to the initial removal of stims/caffine

Coaching adjustments:
Trialling HGH in the mornings to see if that is affecting my sleep. No other changes until blood results come through in the next few days. Food will stay as it is for one more week to ensure ive levelled out from the quick ramp up earlier in this run.

Miscellaneous thoughts:
Not a big day but a 2hr drive each way to get to a pathology that iMedical uses for my bloods today. BB3 with lcms testing for E2 and Testosterone. Will have results in a few days.

Thanks mate. Last night was the first without HGH and even tho it was a 6hr sleep due to getting up with wife again. I only had 1 wake up where I needed a leak. So initially it looks like its making a difference but I wont make a call on 1 night 🀣 see how it goes over 7-14 for a more accurate result.

Got up early with wife and always will unless I'm shattered. We are going through a bit of a rough patch which is all on me and my mental health after the car accident back in April.
So the first night Sleep with no HGH and I only woke up once for a leak instead of the 2-3 times I normally do. One night isnt conclusive enough but it looks promising. I'll continue trialling HGH in the mornings for 1-2 weeks before making a verdict.


Hydration: Easy 6L water + electrolytes
Working on increasing my potassium intake higher than my sodium. Starting to have a win by using heart salt which is 26.6g /100g of potassium and 17.3g/100g of sodium. I have been adding 2g to nearly everything, my water, breakfast, shakes, post workout etc

The gym is going to have to get some bigger DB's. The owner asked if i had seen the pins you can put in the machine to add plates so obviously they are cool with me doing that which is good. I did tell him tho that we have to e mindful of the total loading the cable can take. Some movements like chin ups, reverse fly i lightened the load and or reduced reps due to neck tension im experienceing.

Completely good now so obviously ot was the no stim adjustment.

Coaching adjustments:
Waiting on blood results before pulling the trigger on any changes. I have a feeling food will increase next week weight has levelled out and even started decreasing.

LCMS results for Testosterone and Equipoise will take 2-3 weeks.... and my igf1 result will be another 2-3 days

This morning with my COR (cream of rice) which looks green and rank due to the greens and Digestive fusion I add. Instead of doing a whey drip I mixed 20g of protein with 150g high protein greek yoghurt and put that on top. Was kinda like a cheese cake topped with blue berries, cinnamon sugar and zero cal maple syrup. I forgot to take a photo so I will make again tomorrow and put in tomorrows log.

Arms look big and shoulders look good in the pic, fullness and balance both there. :D

Due to blood results showing low E2 sitting at 54, waiting on lcms for accurate results but either way its pretty much tanked. Coach has changed protocol, increased Test to 600mg from 525mg, lowered EQ to 200mg from 280mg and increased NPP to 200mg from 140mg.
Even though feel isnt an accurate or correct gauge of hormone levels everything feels and functions fine.

Blood results waiting on LCMS for Testosterone and E2 so what is shown in the results wont be accurate but enough to know a ped adjustment was needed.

Notes:
Weight is down slightly but strength is still climbing. I think I am balancing out after the rapid weight increase coming out of the cut. It wont hurt for a week, slim some plump down.

Due to blood results showing low E2 sitting at 54, waiting on lcms for accurate results but either way its pretty much tanked. Coach has changed protocol, increased Test to 600mg from 525mg, lowered EQ to 200mg from 280mg and increased NPP to 200mg from 140mg.
Even though feel isnt an accurate or correct gauge of hormone levels everything feels and functions fine.

Sleep: 5h 59m Rating of Fair 74, 3am wake up with with, I didn't get up until 3:30am. Only 2 wake ups last night with the first one being about 2.5hrs adyer going to sleep and the next one at 2:30am. So for the trial it looks like its working but will continue and monitor. The sleep itself felt good.

Hydration: 6 L water + electrolytes

Progesterone and liver values both high in that bloodwork, needs attention before the next phase. Adjusting compounds was the right move since EQ can push both up.

Keep running the new split with higher test and NPP, retest bloods in 3 weeks to confirm normalization before increasing dose again.
 
Always is, have to send off to Monash and then they go into a queue. Biggest drawback to running EQ. And Im not waiting around for LCMS results before i change around compounds if im feeling trash
I honestly haven't felt any negative, not that that is a reliable way to guage anything. I feel good, every sesh is getting better and better πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ
