About to hit legs! These are the exercises I’ll be hitting!
Nice classic leg day, give sissy squats with some weight a try, also just a little feedback there isnt a lot of hamstring work in that session - RDL, Glute Ham Raise, Good mornings etc

What’s up all! Back with another update, cals have gone up to 2750 sticking around the 200 protein mark, a bit more relaxed with carbs and fats but won’t go overboard with fats, will continue to time the carbs well pre and post!

Will update with how the weight goes this week, added the EQ to bring my E2 down and man, actually have felt a little slow/ de motivated this week, not bad enough to warrant a change yet, but have been burning the candle at both ends, will persist and put it down to the body adjusting to the new compound/ working harder than ever, but if it persists I will take it as a sign that my body likes the higher e2

Also have been struggling with the cravings, haven’t given in but cannot stop thinking about food every minute of the day.. apparently it’s normal after rebounding after a deficit phase, let me know what you think?

200 protein is solid and those cravings are normal after a deficit @Johnjohnsonbra
just keep timing the carbs pre and post so the rebound stays controlled.

EQ can drag mood early, you might have crashed e2, when bloods coming?

Did bloods before jumping on the eq bro! I’m thinking it’s not crashed as I’ve felt that before and much worse, but I think the initial use of the eq might just have dragged the mood down, will monitor bro give it a couple weeks

Happy with the look, finally getting some food in but maintaining the lean look, only on 250 test and 125 eq so nothing crazy just hard work and discipline

I’ve always found pre intra and post workout nutrition key, I had 100 grams of carbs roughly pre workout and this was the result, quick carbs I had 2 crumpets with honey and 4x sour squirms

I use a preworkout mixed with a non stim pump formula, also throw in some electrolytes, beet powder, and liquid glycerol. Love it

I generally raw dog it or if I'm really low I'll take heavy caffeine with some old dmaa.
Salt however is elite 👌

If your peri workout nutrition + hydration is where it should be. You honestly dont need preworkout brother, you tick those boxes and you will be an animal in there regardless
 
I eat 2 tbsp of raw honey and that usually gets me ready to rip.

If I'm dead tired from work I use Ghost Pre-workout Warheads Watermelon flavour. Shit hits hard. They use an Arabic bean extract that almost feels like being on coke LOL

I train first thing in the morning so wake up and have a black coffee. Then sometimes a non stim pre workout. Then during I'll sip a drink with aminos, carbs and electrolytes.

Current Cycle or Plan: 250mg test E, 40mg anavar on training days, 50ml clen every day.

Lab Used: Sassy, UGL OZ

Support Supplements: liver support

Training Program: Usually 4 sessions per week, PPL split + abs and cardio on off days.

Diet Overview: Currently on 2100 calories per day, a standard day on plan looks like:



  • Coffees with skim milk in the morning
  • 1x Apple 1x tuna before lunch
  • Lunch , potato, veg, chicken,
  • Pre workout 6 rice cakes with honey and another Apple, 25g
  • Kangaroo, potato, frozen veg and lettuce
  • Greek yogurt with whey and protein bar
Legs were bloody pumped after cardio!!! 40 minutes on the bike erg, I’ve found this gives the perfect balance between how hard I can push and also being low impact on the legs!! Can incorporate while still training legs too!
Update I’m sitting 76.5 maintaining as to be expected at maintenance level calories , 2750!
Staying relatively lean as well which is great! Will speak with @coach_s about the plan moving forward! Have been happy to stay lean and feeling healthy for now though , although there’s always the little devil on the shoulder encouraging you to push it again 😉 definitely only a matter of time anyway

Slowly getting the bent over row numbers up there! Hitting a Yates style row, great movement.
Usually aim for 8-12 reps but as we’ve upped the weight to 90 hitting slightly lower this session

Slowly getting the bent over row numbers up there! Hitting a Yates style row, great movement.
Usually aim for 8-12 reps but as we’ve upped the weight to 90 hitting slightly lower this session

Alright yal, food has gone up to 3000 calories per day! I’ve attached a photo of a sick pump I got a few days ago, 180 protein, 80 fats, and the rest is those sweet sweet carbs!! Time to really increase performance and build slowly 💪🏻💪🏻
Appreciate all the replies even though I know I haven’t gotten back to all 💪🏻
