Current Cycle or Plan: 250mg test E, 40mg anavar on training days, 50ml clen every day.
Lab Used: Sassy, UGL OZ
Support Supplements: liver support
Training Program: Usually 4 sessions per week, PPL split + abs and cardio on off days.
Diet Overview: Currently on 2100 calories per day, a standard day on plan looks like:
- Coffees with skim milk in the morning
- 1x Apple 1x tuna before lunch
- Lunch , potato, veg, chicken,
- Pre workout 6 rice cakes with honey and another Apple, 25g
- Kangaroo, potato, frozen veg and lettuce
- Greek yogurt with whey and protein bar
