Bro we do the exact same. I think too many relationships get ruined by mixing money. I like just figuring out who pays what and keep it simple. In our case my wife pays the groceries and pitches in on the mortgage and I take care of everything else lol.

I think not working and living off a woman wouldn't feel right as a man. I know I couldn't do it

That was a bit of a bigger day. Gettn pretty run down and hoping a little extra food might help recharge me a bit. Carbs for a bit higher than usual but I'm going to be trying to keep it close to that most days.

You're really gonna like to see what my wife made last night. I know you love the Asian meals and this one was special bro. I'll tag you once I get it posted.
 
@BeMe people and their cultures are definitely obsessive over meals and eating. It's something very important to them and some cultures it's extremely disrespectful to not offer food and it's extremely disrespectful for not eat food.

Everyday bro! I eat a big bowl of raw bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots for a snack everyday. Lots of fruit too. Gotta get as many macronutrients from natural sources as possible
 
Yea it's the greatest cheat code. None of the grease but still nice and crispy. Sweet potatoes are really good in the air fryer too

Yea those mandolins are crazy sharp and dangerous. We had one but my wife cut her finger too lol.

I went back for round 2 on your power bars just now. Without the oats they wouldn't firm up in the fridge. The freezer ones are fine but the fridge ones were still too soft to pickup. I'd imagine the raw oats pull the moisture out and firm everything up. Hopefully this time it works out better for me.

press them more and use the raw honey on the outside to harden them up. it should stick better. the value is amazing on these, way cheaper then buying cynaide bars from the store.

Other than them I was always the provider and paid for everything and they could just keep their money because I made so much more. Usually it was the typical blue collar guy dates waitress kind of thing. When I was married my wife was just a stay at home mom and then we sent her to school off and on and she worked a bit once they were in school so she could spend whatever on whatever and get out of the house

Good ol traditional dynamic. Nothing wrong with that imo. My wife chose a job that she loves but it doesn't pay all that well. Seems the be the way in life. Rarely do you get to do something you love and make really good money. I'll let you guess which I chose lol. Pretty sure we made the same decision haha

they really hold up well too when you are on the road. i take them fishing and i even leave them in the car to eat for the drive home and they are still good and fresh

Dropping the aromasin for a bit to see how I feel without it now. If I start feeling high e2 symptoms again I'll hop back on but I'd like to run without it for the next few weeks leading into my bloodwork in the beginning of January.

Added 2iu of GH back in and sleep and recovery were both great. Cycling off GH really works well. Sucked losing my sleep quality for a couple of days but the improvement when starting back up makes it worth while.

Big meal last night. My wife made Kalbi (Korean beef short ribs) @waggat . In a restaurant this pile of ribs would've cost well over $150 CAD but at home it only cost us about $60 for two of us. Broccoli and rice with soy sauce @Allupfromhere lol

It's funny you say that cuz if you want to put a legal bedroom in a basement here there needs to be an escape window. Usually it involves digging in a window well so you can get a big enough window in to squeeze out of

It's like a better bulgogi. The key is making sure they slice the beef short ribs thin. You might need to find an Asian grocery store to get them cut right

Yeah bro it's pretty bad. I actually work for the insurance companies coming in after fires. Worked a lot of jobs where people died. The worst one I did was last year were a family came home from their son's birthday dinner to find their house on fire. The kids dog got trapped in the fire and died...broke my heart.

Nine days in and still no visit from the Tren fairy. My weight is up but other than that I got a little bit of hair growing in places it usually doesn't LOL.

Finished up my killer project but still a couple busy days of catch-up ahead. Next week should be a better test to see if the Tren is really working some magic. For now I'll just keep training with the tank half full.

My appetite has slowed down a bit over the last couple days. I find myself getting full easier, just off the normal diet I always eat. Force feeding myself at dinner lately. But I'm a hard gainer so I gotta push the food.

Dinner was order in Mexican. I took down 3 quesadillas and called it a night.

Work is beating me down right now. Over a week now of non stop grinding 10-11hr days in the cold. It's taking it's toll. Training has been tough. Running a jackhammer today really aggrivated my bad shoulder and I got a 3inch 20gauge wood sliver in my palm. When I was pulling it out it just kept coming lol. Now I'm bleeding all over my gym ever set.

I started thinkn maybe the Tren has kicked in but I just can't tell cuz I'm so wrecked from work. Still hitting my numbers so maybe I got the Tren to thank for that. Couple more days like this then back to normal work. Whenever I get cold I just remind myself some poor bastard is doing the same thing in the Aussie heat and I'm grateful lol.

Adding the GH back in tonight..need some peak recovery for tomorrow and one big push to finish this one project. I inspectors coming in the afternoon and hopefully after that I'm done and on to the next one for a couple days.

Everything else is smooth and steady. Weight is holding up there. No other big changes just yet.

Am I weird or does anyone else like the smell of Tren A? Or is that the Tren talkn lol

I've noticed recovery has been amazing this past week. Strength is good even tho I'm tired.

Then there's a mild reduction in appetite and some new hairs popping up in random spots lol

I think my body really responds well to the nandralones. 200mg of NPP turned me into Superman after 1 pin. The weekly low dose deca has fixed my knee pain. Then a week of 25mg EOD trenA slammed 6 lbs on me LOL. Think I found my match

I think my body really responds well to the nandralones. 200mg of NPP turned me into Superman after 1 pin. The weekly low dose deca has fixed my knee pain. Then a week of 25mg EOD trenA slammed 6 lbs on me LOL. Think I found my match

My appetite returned to normal yesterday. Had no problem eating big come dinner time which was a change vs the last few days.

The cycling off and back in GH really worked amazing. I have been killn myself at work and training at home which should've smashed my recovery at some point but it's still sky high. Crazy what just 2iu of GH can do for you when you're an old man lol.

Dinner last night was chicken wings in a homemade BBQ sauce,with chicken stock rice, sweet potatoes and broccoli. Gotta get those carbs up.

Yes I'm a huge believer now. Cycling off and sacrificing a couple nights of optimal recovery to ride a week long wave of peak recovery like this is definitely worth it. I'm only at 2iu right now and when I cycled off I was at 4iu

When is this Tren gonna really hit. Built it up so much in my head but so far it's been really mild. Think my dosing is too low. I've always had a crazy high tolerance with rec drugs and alcohol, maybe peds are the same? 5 days so far at 25mg ED and just a tiny change in performance. Gonna up the dose to 30mg ED and see how that goes.

Did almost get a round of Tren cough today tho. Pinned a bit lower on my delt that usual and saw a blood drop come out, not typical. Couple seconds later my lungs were on fire. Reminded me of when I was you and smoked rock for the first time lol. Controlled my breathing and powered through it without coughing. Kinda like taking a big bong rip lol.

Work was crazy yesterday and I was outside in the cold most of the day. Probably hurt my training a bit but still was pretty good.

Dinner last night was takeout. Pan seared halibut with house made gnocchi and mushrooms in rose sauce. Not something I'd normally eat but since I'm trying to get my carbs up I thought why not.

That’s interesting. I guess I did that by accident always. I’d buy a pen and then have issues getting another one forcing me to cycle off. Come to think of it, the time I had issues with the cheap blue tops… well I had 200iu and I only had real issues about halfway through. Although I think my blood pressure got high long before I knew it

thats likely the issue in results as well due to high load at work imo

Training I'm checking you're doing pull ups weight to DROP raw, start with no weight and drop into the weighted sets for progressive overload, dont start weighted and drop to a smaller weight, do the other way around with pull ups, add small weights and bigger weights as you go. Try for 5 sets and cut a back set on another exercises.

Yea I dropped the asin at the beginning of the week. Trying to see if the high e2 symptoms stay away now after running it for a few weeks. My e2 symptoms really got triggered after the antibiotics and dental surgery so maybe I'm good now. I was fine for a couple months at that stable testoste dose and then it flared up. Just experimenting a bit.

I'll try the pull-ups the other way next time. I usually like doing heavy sets first and back off sets with compounds. Pull-ups I really gas out from set to set and lose reps more than other excercises.

Been a while since I ran tran A, I think it was a little longer than a week for me to really feel the effects of the dose. Started at 70mg pw, then worked up to 140mg pw which I was getting great results but just starting to slightly effect my sleep.

I've been told that magnesium needs to be increased on tren as well which will help with the sleep.

Id be really shocked if you felt nothing on 25mg daily

Smoking ALL the drugs was good training lol. I knew that once you start coughing it won't stop, so the key is to just embrace the burn and control my breathing. After a few minutes the fire in the bottom my lungs just stopped all at once.

I take a ton of magnesium already so I think I'm good on that front. My sleep stack has been pretty dialed for a couple years now. I'm VERY into sleep quality, a bit obsessive maybe lol.

One thing I've noticed is the Tren has improved my sleep in a way. Funny right.

I drink so much water I usually wake up atleast 2 or 3 times to pee overnight. Since the Tren I've been waking up once max. Some nights sleeping right through. Sleep quality remains roughly the same too, so it's actually been a net positive so far.

Just really want to start feeling the performance gains. 2 weeks in on an Acetate cycle I hoped I'd already be pushing harder in the gym but not really much yet.

I'm just gonna keep increasing the dose by 5mg ED one week at a time and see where that gets me. Hopefully 30mg daily is the dose where I finally get super physiologal.

I've always had a crazy high tolerance to drugs and alcohol so maybe that has something to do with this. I remember back when E first became popular and we were getting great pills from the Netherlands my boys would take 2 and be flying all night but I'd have to take 4 just to feel it and usually end up taking 6 or 8 by the time the night was over. I almost had to start chopping just to afford to party lol

I could see how if the cough sets it you'd feel like a heart attack. I know that's happened to me smoking drugs where you get a couching fit so bad you get dizzy, chest is on fire, and feel like you're gonna pass out.

That actually happened to my Dad when he got COVID. He coughed so hard he blacked out and hit his head on the coffee table and needed to go to the hospital. His one eye was all red and he had a black eye he coughed so hard it blew up the capillaries. He looked like he got in a bar lol

Didn't even wake up once to pee last night so the Tren is really helping on that front. If all I wanted was muscle fullness and waking up to pee less then this is the dose for me lol.

Back to regular work this week so I can start pushing again in the gym. Countdown to my visit from the Tren fairy and the holidays. Lots too look forward too this week!

I would say long term always take time off. @HarleyGuy

I actually have a climate controlled mattress that senses my body temp and makes adjustments. I'm hoping that might help combat the night sweats but we'll see.

it will take time to boost up but again stress, DON'T boost the dose yet just wait another week please :D I know its tempting just give it 1 week
Appetite is back on track. Eating big is enjoyable again which makes things easier. Focusing on keeping my carbs up and staying very hydrated.
thats awesome, try to hit over 500-550 carbs and lets get protein down to about 300 level to see how you feel on it.
Didn't even wake up once to pee last night so the Tren is really helping on that front. If all I wanted was muscle fullness and waking up to pee less then this is the dose for me lol.

Back to regular work this week so I can start pushing again in the gym. Countdown to my visit from the Tren fairy and the holidays. Lots too look forward too this week!

I actually have a climate controlled mattress that senses my body temp and makes adjustments. I'm hoping that might help combat the night sweats but we'll see.
