This is my transformation from June 2024 when I first got back into my health and fitness following my Myocarditis and long running drinking and drug problems I had.
Made the decision to change my life for the better by getting onto TRT and dropping all bad habits, I dont think there has been a day that I havent committed myself 110% to this and I love every moment.
I started for health and its evolved into something that is questionable for health, but I feel a million times better, I am happier and have purpose, I have also found a community in Evo that I love being a part of.

I originally put on 14kg of muscle in the first year now been steady I think it was about 2 years now.

Had abdominoplasty surgery last March to remove 1.9kg of loose skin, and having a slight scar revision plus a bit more loose skin removed this upcoming March. Once fully healed, will be time to grow!

After a year of self destruction Evo literally put a fire inside of me
I was the same, only got 1 or 2 before pics. I now recommend everyone i talk to thats starting their journey to take lots of before pics as thats one of my regrets.
