Hey brothers and sisters. Im tired of looking like a slob, so this log I'll be focusing on body recomp.

Currently cruising on 125mg split into two doses every 3.5 days.
I'm weighing in at 86kg.
The goal: maintain muscle while leaning out. Any muscle growth will also be welcomed but the main goal is to lean out and get chiseled.
PED's: Testosterone Enanthate @375mg.
Injecting every 3.5days 0.75ml.
I may introduce anavar @40mg for a final push towards ends of cycle.

total: 3200kcal
Training split: Push pull legs with active recovery every 4th day being incline treadmill.
I'll really be upping the cardio on this cycle. Aiming for 30 minutes at the end of each session.
Supplements: Protein shake post workout

Fish oils omega 3
Vitamin D3
Will be kicking this log off on Wednesday night being my first pin on cycle.
