Fuck yeah brother glad to have you back logging again! This is a good clean sensible cycle for a cut and exactly how it should be too. Leaving the var towards the end when lifts stall and strength takes a hit is perfect sense. Have you considered gh too?

I agree with @Allupfromhere, moderate dosages on a cut and recomp is good to see - lower dosages will keep CRP down, in turn keeping you feeling good during the cycle.

34 and diet is good but could be better..will be locking in this cycle. I've been blowing out and having a few beers every week and a packet of chips and enjoying a burger here and there. Time to lock in and see some results.
Alcohol and chips are the big ones to drop. I Was an alcoholic just before coming to Evo. The burgers are the least to worry about, can enjoy them every now and then I def do. At least they have some protein and substance .

Alcohol and chips are just nothing good for the body.

Do what you can to turn it around, sometimes it’s a process of eliminating couple things at once rather than cold turkey all the bad habits at once.

Either way you got this Bro, you seem you have the right mindset and we are all here to help.

Sometimes it’s the strangers in life that are the most supportive. I know my wife gives me fuck all compliments as doesn’t want to fill me ego haha. But random people will compliment me.

I’m 37 , couple kids and a wife who is against all that shit lol. Now I’m boring family man. But although some days I miss it. What I gave up will never compare to what I have now.

Officially first day of cycle tomorrow. Here's a couple of meals for during work that I have prepped.

Breakfast will be a protein shake post gym and as I arrive to work I'll have overnight oats with light milk, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder and mixed berries.

Lunch will be a crispy rice chicken bowl with Cucumber, edamame beans, chicken breast, jasmine rice and a Greek yoghurt and sweet chilli dressing with another protein shake.

The seated back-supported dumbbell curls are actually pretty good. @Woodiee almost forces you not to be able to cheat and really engages the biceps.

Hey thanks brother. Only just started this upper/lower split. I've previously been running push pull legs but I feel ill make some good progress on this new program.
 
Had a good upper body session today with a few guys from work. One of the guys is a former strongman and one of the strongest in Australia. He was really helpful in showing me correct form on all compounds so now I can really try and overload and getting that strength up.

We finished up with assault bike 30 on 30 off superset with ski erg 30 on. 15 minutes all up.. absolutely killer cardio session.

Post workout was teriyaki chicken with rice, beans, carrots and salted with herbimare salt, washed down with a protein shake.

At 86kg you could definitely lower your protein for recomp, cutting or bulking. But if that amount of protein is helping you stick to your diet stick to it. But you could easily eat more carbs and fats and save some dollars on meat and other proteins.
You are killing it though and looking good.
