Yep.

Some of the things I do very regularly are -

Cat cow pose
Thread the needle exercise
Thoracic rolling
Strengthening lower trapezius muscles
External rotation exercises
Band work

This is all done at least 3-4 times per week.
It is non negotiable for me to keep my shoulders happy.

Repping bench at 170kg is well on your way to fulfilling the title of this log! The 195kg x 1 video makes me think you're only weeks away.
I’ve hit a 200kg single a few times, with some videos in amongst the log.

Will load 205kg in a fortnight and I feel very confident about it, if it moves well enough I’ll load 210kg the following week.

The next goal after that is a 200kg incline which I think I’ll get fairly quickly as I hit a very fast 180kg after my 3rd incline session in at least 6 months.

Then a fun goal I’ll work towards in the background is to go somewhere close to the current NFL combine record for bench, I’ve done 30 without really trying….40 would be there on a good day, but 50 will take some real work.

Bros, this is one of the best workouts I've seen in my life. I love the bench press, the lat pull-downs, and bicep curls. @Heavygripper

@Heavygripper tremendous job on this update. Nice simple training and very strong. 200kg on the bench is not anything to sniff at.

I like how you keep your workout simple and easy. Dead hangs are also really good in holding them for about 30 seconds. These are great stretching. @Heavygripper
