Crazy how the mid keeps tightening even with increased food and carbs. Its all seemed backwards to me but im not complaining! Have gone up 6kgs with dropping waist measurement is unbelievable

It's okay sometimes when you drop the ball training. It's better than dropping the ball with diet. @lxscv8 give your body a chance to rest up a little bit.

Currently transitioning from Push towards a cut to remove some of the excess belly fat. Push seemed successful, raised to 99kgs, now its time for a heavy heavy cut. The mito stack is is going to be an absolute gamechanger here, especially with the introduction of yohimbine and aod for the fasted cardio, increased reta, gh and introduction of clen.
Goal is to get to 10%bodyfat and reassess from there with minimal strength and muscle mass loss.
Food has been reduced, cardio increased, and a renewed focus on arms at my request via @R.AP

I have it all added via my app on a complete nutrition plan.

It consists of Greek yogurt, berries, dark choc and oats breakfast
Potato or Rice carb base, Chicken or Basa Protien Base, Boiled Egg, Carrots, Beetroot, Pineapple, Asparagus for lunches
Dinner is rump steak with green beans, pumpkin, rice, saurkraut
Greek yogurt for a late night snack, some macadamiasa through the day and carb drink for intra workout replenishment.

Everything is weighed out and supplied via my coach, i just havent shown exact weights.

Just posted the update below. Essentially droped from 3500 calories to 2300 currently, likely continue to drop towards 1800 to 2000 depending on what @R.AP has planned for me. Its all in his hands.

The slu has been a great addition.
I split the dosage through out the day im 25mg Dosages. Helps keep energy up and I can tell the difference in caloric output when im having it and not (weight moves down quicker on slu then off for same average output vs input)
