📅 04APR – Weekly Weigh-In Update

Weighed in at 99.3kg this morning — pretty stoked with that drop again. Definitely feel like I might be holding a bit of water, likely from the last couple nights only getting around 6 hours sleep.
It’s been an interesting week overall. Monday through Wednesday I was dealing with more fatigue than usual, so I bumped calories slightly to compensate. The last few days have been much better energy-wise.

Training has still been solid — strength is continuing to climb with either more weight or reps across movements. I do wish I squeezed in a few more short jogs, but my walking pace has noticeably improved and feels easier, so that’s a win.
Peptide-wise, I’ll be continuing with SS31 from @War Born Peptides — that’ll be 7 days in by Tuesday. Then another 7 days until I start MOTS-C… although like all PEDs, patience isn’t exactly my strong suit 🤣

The AAS cycle from @Southern Cross Labs has been feeling great so far. No noticeable sides at this stage — just increased strength, better pumps, and faster recovery between sessions. The NPP has been unreal for my joints as well.

Planning to get bloods done this week to check where E2 is sitting and decide if Aromasin is needed, and at what dose. I was going to do it yesterday but forgot it was Good Friday and everything is closed.

If the bottom of my chest and stomach could just melt away first and tighten up please... I'd be way happier and closer to ending my cut/recomp. Still bloody happy with the changes so far.

Looking really good on the physique, nice and trim. Just shave that chest for us so we can see what you got. @theJimJim

Good update on this. Sometimes weight can be deceiving. @theJimJim so it's smart that you're posting up pictures. That is more important to me than what the scale says.

🧠 Notes / Reflection
• Big drop on the scales today — down to 99.3kg
• Pretty stoked seeing that, feels like things are really starting to move now
• No weights today but honestly didn’t feel like I needed it
• Body felt like it benefited more from just staying active and recovering
• Got a solid amount of steps in without forcing it
• Morning walk especially felt good — nice steady pace and cleared the head
• Food was a bit higher today but still controlled
• Had the brownie with the kids which was worth it — not everything has to be 100% robotic. We made it a fun activity to mix and cook the recipe.
• Protein still solid and overall intake balanced out well
• One thing I noticed — probably should’ve spread my carbs out a bit better through the day
• After the walk I felt a bit off going into the shops, kinda dizzy like low blood sugar
• Had an iced coffee and then got that 1L coconut water in around lunch and felt way better pretty quickly
• Good reminder I can’t just lump carbs wherever, especially with the amount of activity I’m doing
• Timing them a bit better will probably help keep energy more stable
• Energy overall was still pretty good outside of that dip
• Just one of those good, balanced days especially hanging out with the family and finding some fun activities to do together.

• Progress showing, still enjoying the process, and everything ticking along nicely

@theJimJim I love how you make so many notes and reflections on this. And that's cool that you cook with the kids and you show them that they can cook treats like that that are more healthy than the crap they buy from the store.

🧠 Notes / Reflection
• Strength is still climbing which is honestly unreal considering I’m still in a deficit
• Feels like almost every session something is improving

• 170kg deadlift for 5 reps today 3x 25kg plates each side!
• Definitely felt heavy — right on my limit for 5s at the moment
• Got the two sets done but when I tried to go again I was completely gassed
• Bar wasn’t moving off the floor — proper max effort
• That’s a good sign though, right where I should be pushing

• Energy felt noticeably better today
• Even just that slight bump in calories (even if accidental) seems to have helped
• Makes me think a short push up to around 2500 cals could be worth it
• But going to hold off a few more days and see how things feel, especially once I’m back at work

• No rush to change things while progress is still this consistent
• Carb timing felt a lot better today too
• Banana before the walk and then getting food in after definitely helped

• Overall just a really solid day
• Strength up, energy up, and still leaning out
• Everything is moving in the right direction — just need to keep it consistent and not get ahead of myself

Thanks mate! Building that strength up again has been fun. Im actually quite shocked I have been able to get strength back as much as I have while being on a pretty drastic calorie deficit.
Yes Endo prescribed Reandron. He was pretty cool when I asked to split the dose and do it more frequently than the 8-10 weeks I was originally prescribed

That’s good, I’ve heard horror stories with people on the longer frequency for reandron.
How often do you have to do blood tests to satisfy them?

Solid day brother. Really controlling the entire dialogue as you need to now. Awesome 🩵

How do you all get so many steps in 😅
Well the hour walks help. But cutting laps around the lagoon when the kids were swimming while I was keeping an eye. Also on some weight training days ill just walk around while resting between sets.
Just get up and move around even if im watching Netflix or YouTube I try not to sit or lay down that much.
I also stood around in the kitchen cooking heaps of meals for the kids in the afternoon. Walking back and forward making sure I wasnt burning anything.

very good day :D lagoon pool, pics?

Well the hour walks help. But cutting laps around the lagoon when the kids were swimming while I was keeping an eye. Also on some weight training days ill just walk around while resting between sets.
Just get up and move around even if im watching Netflix or YouTube I try not to sit or lay down that much.
I also stood around in the kitchen cooking heaps of meals for the kids in the afternoon. Walking back and forward making sure I wasnt burning anything.
Damn that's a ton and some smart ways , I need to copy this for sure Im a veggie I only do steps at the gym or cardio. Barely any at work.

Quick post update before I do a daily later.
This is for a non sponsored pep.

Retatrutide at 2mg a week.

Whilst I usually am pretty good on a cut and can handle a low calorie diet by bulking up meals with volume foods like more vegetables.
Reta has been fantastic. For the first week I thought I had fucked up because I was struggling to get in the food I needed to eat. But im going on a few weeks now and it is just game changing at making me not want more food.
I have to actually make sure I'm timing my meals around the day and especially around my work outs or I end up having to force food in late after dinner.
Also since I've been in a deficit a while I do feel the energy slump if I especially dont smash my carbs in around the workouts.

Reta is the shit bro. I am amazed by it 🩵

• Safety bar squats moved well at 95kg
• Felt controlled and repeatable across the sets
• Leg press was solid too — 250kg moving for decent reps
• Definitely working hard but still progressing

• Energy overall was pretty good considering calories are still lower. I actually messed my tracking up and added 1L extra of coconut water. Only figured that out right before bed and couldnt be bothered any other food to my day. I hit my protein and close enough to the 2000 cals.

• One thing I’ve started to notice @War Born Peptides - SS31 might actually be doing something now! Must take a few days to a week to start doing its magic.

The leg session was really excellent brother and you are pushing some serious weights around now. Your progress is consistently moving in the upward trajectory. Loving it legend 🩵

• 115kg for multiple sets of 4 is a solid jump
• Strength is definitely climbing at the moment even in calorie deficit which is still blowing my mind.
• Everything else followed well — triceps and delts handled the load nicely. Shoulder chest and tricep pumps were big from the coconut water before workout 50g quick carbs seemed to go straight into the muscle.
• Had to pull back slightly on OHP
• Neck started tightening up and I know that feeling — not worth pushing through and risking a flare up and turning into batman and not being able to look side to side without turning my shoulders 🤣

• Lower step day today and honestly it felt weird 🤣
• But I think it was needed — body has been doing a lot lately
• Probably a good reminder that pulling back a bit sometimes is actually part of progressing
• Energy still solid, strength still moving, and no injuries — that’s the main thing

🚶 Cardio
• Steps: ~16,300
• Walk: 6.75km (afternoon — first 2.5km with wife & kids, rest solo)

🧠 Notes / Reflection
• Solid leg session again today — strength still going up.

• Between sets I feel like I’m recovering quicker and ready to go again sooner
• Definitely noticeable compared to before. Had a quick chat to war born and may be introducing MOTS-C after 10 days instead of a full 2 weeks. Still tossing up on the idea.

• Cardio was easy to get in today
• Nice mix of time with the family and then finishing it off solo

• Overall just another consistent day
• Training, food, recovery all lining up well right now. @Southern Cross Labs Test P and NPP are working really well. I feel like I'm recovering between weight sessions so quickly and hitting new weights or extra reps every set. Can't wait for the new package to come to try out a few additional compounds!

Bros, nice to see that your products are starting to kick in for you and you are happy with them. Sometimes with these peptides we give up on them too fast but sometimes they can take some time to kick in. @theJimJim

Good job on this. testosterone and NPP, are fantastic. Definitely two of my favorites. @theJimJim
the growth hormone is also fun as well.

🧠 Notes / Reflection
• Strong push session today — bench in particular felt really good
• 115kg for multiple sets of 4 is a solid jump

Going to probably go with the 10 days post starting SS31 like you also were happy with. Would make it this Friday if I mathed correctly.

Steps are pretty good, almost 10,000. I like your notes and reflections. It's a good addition to your log. I would say with your neck, make sure you're doing stretches and warming up properly. You don't want to end up with herniated discs. @theJimJim

• Managed to do that which is a solid win
• Biggest thing I noticed — way less out of breath compared to previous efforts
• Conditioning is definitely improving which is good to see
• Legs had recovered well from last leg session too
• Timing worked out nicely to actually push the pace a bit
• Calories came in higher than planned even though I was having a higher calories day on purpose. Only by 93 class, I wanted to hit 2600.
• But honestly not an issue — fits into the week fine with total weekly balance still a deficit
• Lined the higher food intake up with the cardio effort which makes sense
• Body actually felt like it used it
• Good mix of structured meals and a couple of relaxed ones
• Still hit protein which is the main thing
• Conditioning improving, recovery good, and no negatives

@War Born Peptides MOTS-C starting tomorrow — keen to see how that layers in with everything else

Another painless smooth pin this morning. Coming up to 4 weeks on cycle start of next week. Have had some fantastic strength gains while still losing body fat. Can't wait for the next care package.

@War Born Peptides
SS31 has been implemented for the last 10 days. Have noted some increase in recovery between sets in the gym so far.
Big one MOTS-C first pin today with 2 mg. Lets see how this baby works with my body. Looking forward to this!

Strength climbing while leaning out is amazing.

Had a smooth, painless pin last night too. Keen to run SS31 myself.

Looking forward to hearing how it feels and seeing the results over the next few sessions with mots-c in the mix

🧠 Notes / Reflection
• Solid pull session today — felt strong across most movements
• Pull-ups were a good start — bodyweight reps felt controlled and consistent
• Lat pulldown strength is holding well across multiple sets at 89kg
• Rows were especially solid today — 85kg for clean sets of 10. Had to dig deep to get to the 10th rep.
• Biceps had a strong session too, especially at 20kg
• Definitely felt like I had a bit more in the tank compared to previous weeks. Elbow still getting better but has been causing little issues mainly with bicep curls.
• Cardio/steps were high again without needing to force it
• 7km walk while waiting around actually made the day feel productive instead of wasted time
• Nutrition was consistent and well structured over the day.
• Energy today felt unusually steady
• Could be placebo, could be early adaptation, or could be a mix of better carb timing + overall consistency
• Either way, no crashes and no dips like earlier in the cut
• MOTS-C only just started, so too early to call anything there yet. Could have assisted though... ? Im expecting more to come.

Great stuff bro you have been killing it!

The quote about the bush turkey was hilarious, I'm sure its edible, I've heard people try eating an Ibis!

Great write up about the SS-31, interested to see how you go with Mots-c. Are you running them together now or just the Mots-c?

• Solid leg session again today — strength still going up.

📅 11APR – Weekly Weigh-In Update
Weighed in at 98.5kg this morning — another solid drop. Weight loss still isn’t slowing down yet, which is great to see.
For comparison, I started this push around mid-January at 106.5kg, so that’s a solid drop overall and progress has been consistent.

Strength is still climbing as well — either more weight or more reps across the board, which is always a great sign while leaning out.

I started MOTS-C yesterday at 2mg daily, alongside continuing SS31 at 2mg daily. Used it fasted this morning before an hour walk prior to breakfast — keen to see how this starts to influence things over the next couple of weeks.

Energy-wise, I’m feeling good. Not dealing with the same fatigue I had last week, which has been a noticeable improvement.

Got leg day in the gym later today. Plan is to get my coconut water in pre-workout and push it hard.

Everything is trending in the right direction — staying consistent and keeping the foot on the throttle.

Big shoutout to @War Born Peptides for the MOTS-C and SS31 — keen to see how this phase plays out.

Also have my 3rd care package from @Southern Cross Labs landing this week 🔥 @Southern cross labs rep
Some slight subtle changes and additions to my AAS cycle will be happening. Keep an eye out on my posts.

Appreciate the continued support.

Australian Brush-turkey or Bush Turkey.
Dad always said you could eat them.
The trick is to put one in a pot and an old leather boot in another pot and boil them both. When the boot is soft, throw the turkey away and eat the boot. 🤣

wait 9000??? are you sure? @theJimJim how about e2 ? i just saw results like this from @fatboy999 too

I did put my blood work for testosterone levels up in my daily log but all those following.

I have been running @Southern Cross Labs Test P 315mg and NPP at 315mg weekly total for each. Injecting eod for the last 3 weeks.
I am also using 125mg Reandon(testosterone undecoanate) from a pharmacy weekly every Wednesday.
This blood test was just over 24 hours since my last test P and NPP shot. 90mg of each. Bloods drawn on a Friday afternoon.

🚶 Cardio
• Steps: ~21,000
• Morning walk: 5.81km
• Afternoon walk: 5.16km

🧠 Notes / Reflection
• Big drop on the scale today — 98.5kg
• Nice to see that number, especially with performance still holding
• Leg session was strong
• Squats felt controlled and consistent across the working sets
• 120kg for a double moved well
• Leg press was the standout
• Worked up to 280kg for 10 and it was a grind, but got it done
• Definitely pushed close to the limit there
• Hamstrings and calves all solid — good volume and no drop-off
• Farmers carries at the end were a nice finisher
• Grip and conditioning both getting hit there

• Steps were high again but didn’t feel overly fatigued
• Energy felt really good across the whole day
• Honestly felt pretty switched on and sustained
• Could be coincidence, but today felt different
• MOTS-C might be starting to show something already @War Born Peptides
• I know it’s early, but energy and output were noticeably up

• Carbs around training felt well timed — no crashes
• That WPC + coffee + banana combo… yeah not rushing back to that one 🤣

• Good energy, strong training, and weight moving in the right direction

Speaks for itself really.

Nice workout there mate. Good weight on the squats with 100kg for 6. Same with the leg press with 7 plates each side for 10.

Legs were a really lagging part of my workout routine. Always putting them off partly because of fear of hurting my back again. But I feel it was partly an excuse as well. Legs are never as fun as party muscles 🤣
I am slowly building up and working them as safe as possible. It takes a tonne of concentration to keep the body tight during squats. Safety bar has been great.

Love this update bro!

It's funny how the sometimes you don't realise how much in need the body is need of a rest until you have a day with not much going on... and afternoon naps always hit different!

You have been going hard lately and probably needed it, although nothing to feel guilty about either considering you still did 20k steps! That would have compensated for any little extras!

Yeah I might encourage you to push in some aspects but it was getting obvious your body was getting to the point of give me a small break cunt.

Hence the small diet break suggestions as well 🫶👊👊

Good that you're listening to your body (or had the chance to) and took a nap and had a slower day.

Your bloods are almost double mine for Test/FreeT and I thought mine were sky high LMAO.
We're gonna need to see that e2 bro that will be the telltale whether those levels are good or bad.

🚶 Cardio

🧠 Notes / Reflection
• Solid push session today — strength still holding really well
• Bench at 110kg for multiple sets of 7 is consistent
• Last set dropped off a bit but that’s expected after that volume
• Incline work was steady but definitely feeling the fatigue carry over
• Triceps were strong — pushing decent weight with good control
• Lateral raises was a good reminder
• Went a bit too heavy at first and lost tension in the muscles. Felt like I wasnt moving correctly for correct engagement.
• Dropping the weight back fixed it straight away
• OHP was solid but you can see the fatigue building there too
• Still pushed it with a drop set to finish

• Energy today felt stable the whole way through
• No dips, no crashes — just consistent output. @War Born Peptides MOTS-C and SS31 are actually starting to feel noticeable now
• Nothing crazy, just a more “even” energy and recovery feel

• Lower step day compared to usual
• Probably helped performance in the gym to be honest
• Food was clean and structured again
• Carbs around training felt spot on

• Nothing flashy today, just everything moving in the right direction

• Slight change coming to the cycle soon — keen to see how that plays out. Keep an eye out.

Nice strong workout bro!

Just a question, how are your carbs so high? , I don't see that many in your diet.

Greek yoghurt and pineapple for the win! I had mine with desiccated coconut tonight 😉 could afford the extra's thanks to the subway lunch.

Good that you're listening to your body (or had the chance to) and took a nap and had a slower day.

Your bloods are almost double mine for Test/FreeT and I thought mine were sky high LMAO.
We're gonna need to see that e2 bro that will be the telltale whether those levels are good or bad.
Just likely due to when he pinned prior to the blood test. My prop hplc is 94mg/mL.

Your back is looking awesome there mate!

With your workout, do you think you need 4 work sets per exercise? I'd drop it to two to three and add a second bicep exercise. Also, I probably drop the pulldowns (since you have pull-ups) and add a mid back focused row.

• Holding 89kg for multiple sets of 10 is a good sign
• Rows were solid too
• Pushed it hard with the short rest and extra reps
• Biceps worked well — slight drop in weight after first set but kept quality reps
• Rear delts were a grind today
• Different cable machine the weights dont transfer from the other cable machine I usually use.
• Steps back up over 20k and didn’t feel drained doing it
• Morning walk + post dinner walk combo is working well
• Food was on point
• Protein really high today which is ideal
• Energy overall felt good again

Clean layout brother, Test P and NPP at 315 each split EOD keeps sides smooth on a recomp. GH 3.3IU with Reta 2mg sitting on top of the TRT base is a solid combo, body composition will outpace the scale in that setup 💪

Thanks mate. I have made a massive body composition change already since mid January. Super happy with my results so far. 4 more weeks at least left in my planned recomp/cut. Will feel it out as im getting there.
