Supplements
Creatine 25 g, Omega 3 capsules (algae), CoQ10, NAC, Magnesium, Bergamot Extract, Astragalus Root, general electrolytes, Apple Cider Vinegar, Probiotics, 10g psyllium husk. Magnesium Glycinate + L-Theanine at night, added in 2g Glycine and its helped sleep alot.
Overall
Feeling good, lifted well. Ready to push a few more 200kg deadlift reps next week.
Macros looking pretty good as well.
