Joined team @Gold Standard Labs a month ago and am about to finish a 4 week mini-blast before my carpal tunnel surgery on monday.
The blast has been (per week):
490mg sus350
210mg NPP
105mg Ment
70mg Boldenone Ace (50mg/ml)
Additionally ive been running 50mg anadrol every day for the 4 weeks, with the last week switching from tablets to injectable anadrol.
Bloods below. Looks like i could drop the bold ace to 50 or 60mg/week and it'd be right in the e2 sweet spot for this sus350 dosage.
Wish pathology hadnt capped the total test result though. Doesnt really help show how well im responding to/how good @Gold Standard Labs gear is!

Absolute legend, this guy loves what he does and I love it. Ordered a 280iu kit and he gave me a free upgrade because he was out of smaller kits after I ordered. Asked him questions about other products he sends voice messages and explains it in detail. IMO anything sub 15% but it really shines at the 10-12% and you’ll notice the dry effects even more prominently than at 15%

Quality of the @Gold Standard Labs products showcased once again
Any bf within reason,primo isn't just a cutting compound,it's a slow burn steady gains without the fluff,it's a great alternative to using ai to mitigate estrodial etc.its not the strongest anabolic but it has the best safety profile and many years of research and use.you should be running it at 600mg minimum up to a gram imo and you should be running it for the length of a cycle,atleast 14 weeks up to 24 weeks I believe for optimal results.test would be the primary anabolic obviously as it's a stronger anabolic,primo is secondary or even supplementary as the 3rd compound within a cycle,I would run it with a nandrolone and test,that way you have your main E2 conversion from test,you have a dht and a 19nor, what could be a better cycle than those 3 main types of anabolics in a cycle.
how much test you run with it? i got a couple vials inbound from gold, was gonna start low and titrate up with bloods to assess e2 at 3:2, 1:1, 300:200, 750:500 etc.
Run atleast a ratio of 1:1,though I prefer test a bit higher than primo.
I wouldn't bother starting low,pick a dose to run,eg;1gram test,800 primo and run from start through entirety of cycle,forget titrating primo and test,I don't see the point.

Thanks, gsl for your prompt, professional service. I've been using the hgh kits now for 6 months and can say they are some of if not the best hgh I've used. I work a bit with my hands and running more than 4iu a day for me is a no go. I went up to 5iu but had to drop to 4 because my fingers wouldn't grip properly. I run gsl test e and reta alongside it.
I'm a metrics person so I have numbers and graphs on everything I do relating to bodybuilding, so I titrate my doses based on my weekly feedback. My food increases first to the point where I see some "fluff" and strength stalls, then I increase my dose and I continue this. Primo is more of a "visual" compound and personally I see visual results from 300mg/wk. Obviously if you're using it to control e2 then your dosage will increase when you increase test. Everyone aromatises differently and for me I have no issues when e2 is at the top or over range. I've never gotten any strength gains out of it and never saw any difference between 300mg and 800mg a week except for hair loss. This may be from crushed e2 or from increased androgen load. I run it close to 2:1 test

. Liquid prides himself on the quality of his gear which we are all lucky enough to enjoy day in day out Your experience on primo is appreciated and I’m sure very useful to the family. Agree 2:1 is a sensible starting point but as you suggested, individual responses will ultimately determine what works best for each person
my sweet spot is 350 Test 350 NPP 450 Primo 200 Mast on a cycle
and when im not on a cycle i do 250 Test and 150 Primo only.
What test numbers do you get in bloods when not on a cycle?
its been a while since i last tested myself when not on cycle, im currently doing the 250T and 150P
and im planning to test myself in the next 2 weeks..
