Elite anterior day in a different state and gym today. Session consisted of 3 chest movements, 2 quad and 1 adductor. Quads have always been a strong point for me currently only doing 2 direct quad sets per week and 3 adductor. Feeling solid as

Still climbing in weight week to week, should see 90 at a relatively tidy state I reckon. Keeping steady progress in strength here too. A little bit of added cardio this week just to keep the fitness up and look after my health as I get heavier. Bumped novo to 5iu aswell as per bosses orders @PopRox19. Have a good week boys ✌️

Assess bloods in a few weeks and push again from there. This will give the body a bit of a break even though I’m not using crazy numbers. Stress has been pretty high from outside factors so will be a good little reset. Training and progression doesn’t change just keep rinsing

Yeah 150 test so sports trt I suppose, just run that out for 8-12 weeks and then go again. Don’t really see the need to just throw peptides in unless there’s merit for it

Feeling out all our new equipment and getting everything working spot on so a bit of a thrown together session today but still went with my usual volume for anterior day.
Today went as follows:
3 chest sets
2 tricep
1 adductor
2 quad
2 delt
1 calf
Super solid session, can’t wait to progress in this place. Some absolute elite pieces compared to what we’ve been used to!
