New here but not new to bodybuilding or competing.

Currently I am sitting in a maintenance & health phase before I go full steam ahead into a fat loss phase going into NSW show and the following week is nationals. Current weight here is 101kg on the nose and weight cap for classic for my 176cm height is 91.6kg. So fair to say weight cap will be interesting this year round considering what my current PEDs are and where they will go to lol

My gh has only just gone to 6 iu. Since I’ve come out of a surplus I’m of course more insulin sensitive so I’ve been able to go from 4 to 6. When I was eating 750 carbs and using 6gh my fasting glucose was pushing 5.5+ even with a good amount of lantus involved too. Reta did make a huge difference in my glucose but it absolutely tanked my appetite even at 1mg so it fucked my ability to comfortably eat 5k cals that I was eating for so long.

I’ll be doing bloods in a week or 2 to make sure all is good to go for a full send into hopefully another overall win and high placing (at least) at nationals.

I’ll do my best to keep a log here for those that wish to follow along.

Thanks mate - i used to train a lot more and junk volume but low volume and high intensity is what works for me, and i'd say the same for 90% of most people when its applied & programmed correctly

Currently from a physique standpoint point my legs aren’t a huge focus, especially the quads. My glutes need to come up a tiny bit more and same with my hamstrings, hence the program (below) focusing on these body parts. In the program below for my lower session you’ll see there aren’t many sets in total, though these are my working sets not fluff. So I’ll do 1-2 prime sets prior and then hit it. I must say I’m not going balls to the wall atm, I’m in a health phase (peds below) currently, so my coach and I are very carefully managing fatigue at this point and I’ve also come out of a week off the gym due to the damn cold that seems to be getting around, that knocked me about last week.

Peds are as follow;
250 test e
100 mast e
6iu gh
10iu lantus
5 Novorapid pre workout

I’ve kept this one short but if you want to know anything more or any suggestions for the next vlog then lmk and I’ll do my best to cover it.

New here but not new to bodybuilding or competing.

Currently I am sitting in a maintenance & health phase before I go full steam ahead into a fat loss phase going into NSW show and the following week is nationals. Current weight here is 101kg on the nose and weight cap for classic for my 176cm height is 91.6kg. So fair to say weight cap will be interesting this year round considering what my current PEDs are and where they will go to lol

Food;
Cals: 4235
Pro: 254
Carbs: 646
Fats: 63

Training;
Monday : Posterior chain
Tuesday : Push
Wednesday : Rest
Thursday: Lower
Friday: Upper
Saturday: Arms
Sunday: Rest

Peds
Mast e: 100mg
Test e: 250mg
GH: 6iu daily
Rapid Slin: 5iu pre workout
Lantus: 10iu daily (about to pull this out)

My gh has only just gone to 6 iu. Since I’ve come out of a surplus I’m of course more insulin sensitive so I’ve been able to go from 4 to 6. When I was eating 750 carbs and using 6gh my fasting glucose was pushing 5.5+ even with a good amount of lantus involved too. Reta did make a huge difference in my glucose but it absolutely tanked my appetite even at 1mg so it fucked my ability to comfortably eat 5k cals that I was eating for so long.

I’ll be doing bloods in a week or 2 to make sure all is good to go for a full send into hopefully another overall win and high placing (at least) at nationals.

I’ll do my best to keep a log here for those that wish to follow along.

I spent a month in NSW a while back. Absolutely loved it. Learned to surf at Bondi.

Thanks brother! Prevous preps with another coach managing fatigue wasn't even a factor it was just old school balls to the wall for 16 weeks and i was just fucked 24/7 lol - looking forward to a smooth prep this time around

Plan is to be about 2 weeks out 6 weeks prior to the show to be able to cruise into the show with very low fatigue if any at all. I have a feeling these cals will bring me down to around 98-99kg. I think I will have PEDs turned up in a few weeks also.

Training has been 10/10, hitting PBs in a deficit and plenty of energy, and well so it should be this far away from a show. Sleep is about a 9/10 most nights, I hope to continue that all the way through. I’m in two minds about using tren a this prep but I’ll see how my body goes. Sacrificing tren for bad moods and bad sleep is not a good trade off.

Posing is about a 7/10, I know what I need to fix so I’ll be on top of that in a few weeks. In classic your posing needs to be flawless from the second you walk out. You can get away with some clumsiness in bodybuilding but not classic, especially if it’s very close between me and one other. I’m yet to choose a song for my routine, if any of you guys have any songs recommendations feel free to drop the song name and artist, always open to some options.
