I was previously sponsored by Sydney City Supps before his suspension but also i had to step back due to a medical issue. The log was running strong, and I’m ready to fire it up again. Woudk post 3 times a week minimum.
Just coming off a 6-week break, but I’m back in the gym, back on TRT, and running a low dose of Retatrutide. Currently trying to lean out.

Weight: Currently 101kg (was 88.5kg at lowest)
Goal weight is 95kg lean
Training: 5 days per week, push/pull/legs split + cardio
Cycles completed: 3 in the past 3 years
Next Cycle Goals:

Cut down and build lean muscle

Ideally aiming for anything that will help with that goal. Iv run, test, mast, anavar, deca, dbol before but probably looking more dry compounds. Happy to chat about tren

At school pick up. You know the ones the school yard bullies look at and never want to pick on my kid. If that's not motivation I don't know what is
