Cycle advice test prop

G'day guys! I'm considering a low dose cycle. For example, 1ml of Test Prop every week. I'm trying to stay as close to Natty as I can. If any Vets on here could steer me in a low, beneficial dose I'd really appreciate it. For example,

Mon - 200/250ml (1/4 of a ml)
Tue
Wed 200/250ml
Thur
Fri 200/250ml
Sat
Sun 200/250ml

I've ran a lot higher & seen some significantly bulk gains. I'm training a lot more these days though and low dosages would be great. I'd appreciate any input👍🏼

Test prop is a short ester, so it will be out of your system too fast if you do once a week pin. You’ll be on a hormonal rollercoaster. Even if you split the doses, why deal with propionate PIP? When you can get the same results with less injections/pain with a longer ester.

@cjaydubs a better option would be self-TRT with testosterone enanthate or cypionate. Mon/Thur or 2x/week pins, split dose.

What’s your final goal with this cycle? Please share with us.

Adding mass/size while running a significantly low dose of test over a (3-6) period. I've never ran test at a super low dose. However I've had mates swear by it.

In your opinion, would their be significant effects on a ( test e @ 1.5ml/1ml Per week )
pinning every (mon-thu) for that 3-6 month period?

Don't forget you'll need to up your calories to grow. Test won't add mass if there's nothing to grow with and it sounds like you're barely at maintenance as it is since you're saying you're too lean.
 
I could definitely be eating a lot more,
Even naturally you'd see results upping calories and cutting back cardio.

However, would it be worth incorporating aas at such low dose, if hypothetically everything else is on point?
 
If you're currently natty and everything else is on point (which includes hard resistance training regularly) and you control calories properly then yes you will likely gain more mass by adding the test. Even if you stick to a truly therapeutic level of TRT you'll negate any "bad" days you would have had for natural T production as well as the daily fluctuations. You'll be sitting around the top of the natural range 24/7 and primed for growth as long as you're eating, sleeping, and training well.

@cjaydubs very happy you share with the EVO family :D very interesting plan, but to add mass you should recomp going into the formula imo.

The honest problem here is we are playing a real guessing game with your health by giving you advice without knowing anything about you. Example, if I said "eat more" maybe I'm wrong as I have no idea about your daily food/macro intake, if I said "train more" maybe I'm also wrong as we have no idea about your daily training/cardio/rest. You understand right?
The best way to get help with the EVO family and the Full EVO Aussie family is to start a LOG journal in a new thread, you can share training diet sleep history and stats and we can guide you as a big family to your goals.
It takes about 15-20 min to start, fairly easy.

  • To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
