Earlier this year i started a cycle under a coach who is popular with the decca only/dbol only methods as a safe first cycle not to have to worry about gyno or hard shutdown.

The cycle was great 400mg deca for months, added in some dbol awhile after too. 40mg dbol that was great until i got crippling low back pumps in the gym 🤣 so i went to 40mg dbol solo the past few months.

My issue is i feel like shit, wake up daily, no energy, lethargic. Brain fog, libido is in a state of my cock dosent give a fuck if it gets pussy or not (As a natty i was a horn dog) bit of a laugh for the lads.

I want to switch from dbol to testosterone but i know its not recommended if high body fat. I am week 3 cutting. 115kg currently body fat estimate high 20s- 30%.

I am coaching myself now. Would it be best to keep cutting and wait to start test? Or would i be able to start on a low dose like 200mg? Happy to log once starting test.

FIRST CYCLE DOSSAGES
The cycle was great 400mg deca (2x pins 200mg a week) for months, added in some dbol awhile after too. 40mg dbol oral liquid suspension that was great until i got crippling low back pumps months later in the gym 🤣 also coach said to drop decca when i start cutting so i went to 40mg dbol solo the past few weeks.

ISSUE
My issue is the first couple months on cycle was good but after that i felt like shit energy wise like i did before any anabolics,

I wake up daily, no energy, lethargic. Brain fog, libido is in a state of my cock dosent give a fuck if it gets pussy or not (As a natty i was a horn dog) bit of a laugh for the lads.

Anabolics wise I now want to switch from dbol to testosterone 1. I'm 💯% sure this is the reason i feel like shit as my blood test results pre anabolic as a natty was appalling but i know its not recommended if high body fat.

2. I am in week 3 cutting. 115.5kg currently body fat estimate high 20s- 30%.

CALORIES/MACROS
Cutting Calories 2800 (bulking was 3300)
Macros 234gram protein 73grams fats 305grams carbs
Flexible dieting approach preferred.
10,000 steps a day
179cm height

Been training since 2016 more serious 2018


SOLUTION
I am coaching myself now. Would it be best to keep cutting on dbol only to reach lower body fat% and wait to start test? Or would i be able to drop dbol and start on a low dose of test like 200mg pinned 2x 100mg a week? Im guessing a pct would not be needed from dbol to starting test as it will be waste of time getting shutdown to recover when test is going to shut me down again anyway

Any help appreciated Happy to LOG once started test.

Sounds like your coach is a moron. You need to be doing research on your own. Your body fat is way to high to be taking anything.
My advice would be to come off of everything, do a pct and get your hormones/bloodwork in check.
Get your diet in check before you even think of drugs again.

Cycle
I think you had a terrible coach but many so called "coaches" are just guys trying to get money for their gear or sell their gear, they dont care about the client.
First thing, you are right you need to switch from dbol to testosterone only cycle, basically self-TRT.
We should use 250mgs testosterone/week split into 2 shots.
But this is all guessing as we have NOT seen your LOG and dont know much about you.

Log
You had a coach right? so you were recording certain info, so you need to start the LOG now, before you even start your testosterone. Reason being is we need to dial in your diet, training, cardio, sleep and we need to find out more about you, history etc to properly guide you in the cycle.

HOW?

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I think you twisted it or may have read it incorrectly. Decca with dbol was my bulking cycle i ran up until i started cutting.

i thought that too but when i got tested again it was fine. I'll attach screenshot.

Where do i go from here Steve? I mean my natural test levels and shb is low as fuck... my bodyfat is slightly high coming iff a bulk.

Surely a low dose can be taken? Im happy to still cut until its lowered 15-12% ive cut and bulk many of times.

I think a log should start now, to understand your situation now.

Fake dbol, strange you have low test levels. Whats the dbol brand? you have a picture? where did you get it?

everything has to be organized going forward it seems like you're all over the place
 
you really do need to put up a log
gonna be really hard to help you navigate through these landmines
 
this is definitely one where I log is mandatory
we're not going to be able to help you without 1 on this 1
