Earlier this year i started a cycle under a coach who is popular with the decca only/dbol only methods as a safe first cycle not to have to worry about gyno or hard shutdown.
The cycle was great 400mg deca for months, added in some dbol awhile after too. 40mg dbol that was great until i got crippling low back pumps in the gym
so i went to 40mg dbol solo the past few months.
My issue is i feel like shit, wake up daily, no energy, lethargic. Brain fog, libido is in a state of my cock dosent give a fuck if it gets pussy or not (As a natty i was a horn dog) bit of a laugh for the lads.
I want to switch from dbol to testosterone but i know its not recommended if high body fat. I am week 3 cutting. 115kg currently body fat estimate high 20s- 30%.
I am coaching myself now. Would it be best to keep cutting and wait to start test? Or would i be able to start on a low dose like 200mg? Happy to log once starting test.
