dakujem za odpoved bro!!! Prepáč, že píšem neskoro, mal som toho veľa. Na nejaké veci ešte čakám a začnem si tu písať denník. Stále nemám všetko, čo potrebujem na cyklus. Keď to budem mať a začnem, napíšem si denník (LOG)

you dont need "everything" to start a log
you just need training diet which you should have @4allgood
