I been feeling really good these last couple days. Super motivated, strong, lots of energy. I think the 50mg bump in test is starting to peak a little and im getting the mental and cognitive benefits.

Gym performance is also going really good. Even since stopping the Anadrol. I expected to go backwards but im still going forwards. Lets go!

I took a scoop of a preworkout my friend had, that had 50mg of DMAA and 250mg Caffiene. Im normally not much of a stimulant based preworkout person, and jesus christ, that set me off like a rocket. I used to like preworkouts when i was younger with the original Jack3d and 1.M.R, and it felt super similar.

Thanks bro. I keep it simple and effective. I thnk Deca and NPP are worthless, unless you want some joint lubrication but the mental health and prolactin issues just arent worth it. Test is superior in every way.

I dont need an AI if you run eq or primo, and if you do daily injections your SHGB is fine and you wont need proviron. Most people just throw shit at the wall with zero thought.

I honeslty dont like many AAS compounds apart from Test, EQ, Primo, Anavar and Anadrol. I can make an argument for dbol if your E is on the floor and superdrol if you are already lean as shit.

If you cant grow on Test, HGH and insulin, pick a new sport. :LOL:

IT was good, it just smashed my appetite. I'd definately do it again, maybe on a cutting phase.

99% of gear users have zero clue what they are doing. They blast hella doses and torch their health and wonder why they aren't making progress.

I was supposed to weigh myself this morning, but i completely forgot. Ill do it during the weekend and reassess calories. I definately feel bigger, but i dont feel much fatter. Its getting into fall/winter now, so i care less about being super lean.

Knee's are starting to hurt a little, and im thinking i might need to invest in some BPC-157 and relax the leg training for a little bit.

🏋️‍♂️ Training

Thursday - No Gi BJJ

No-gi BJJ is my stronger game. Im more explosive, strong and athletic in this style. Im still impressed how well my cardio has held up at this higher bodyweight. Im 10kg heavier than i normally grapple at, and im still just as fast and nimble. Feels good to feel this "dangerous". I can blend muscular strength with my grappling skill and it really helps me deal with the more skilled guys. Strength can be a serious equalizer. It would be fun to try cardarine pre bjj and see how much that helps?

I normally inject 1ml L-carnitine pre bjj, and i think that helps.

I've also decided to switch to a new training split. I've been doing my old one for a while, and i think my knees need a break from the two sessions a week. Im going to move to a "bro-split" for now, as thats honestly my favourite split anyway.

I second this @Nasser1997o2 I listened to Lev and made it through the whole house being on their ass without getting so much as a sniffle. The extra's I added were upping the zinc and introducing the elderberry, all high dose. Hit the immune system hard with some support and keep the amazing look you posted today, looking great bro!

The extra's I added were upping the zinc and introducing the elderberry, all high dose. Hit the immune system hard with some support and keep the amazing look you posted today, looking great bro!

Standing barbell press just feels so alpha too!
300kg on the leg press for 3x10 is no joke, solid volume! How are you finding the new program compared to the old one recovery wise?
yeah recovery is good so far. My legs are wrecked and i got BJJ in a couple hours lol

Had some really hard rounds. I got paired up with a brown belt who is decently built. I managed to defend and attack pretty well and it wasn't until the very end of the round he finally tapped me. I was dissapointed, but when i went to pair up with my next match, i noticed he was sitting out. Even though he beat me, it took him out for the next round, so a small moral victory.

My MIC blend powder and B12 powder arrived. I was able to make a MIC blend injection, but the b12 powder wasn't dissolving, so i'll try the reduced version instead.

The MIC blend will be a 2-3 times a week, for anti-oxidant support. The blend is thin enough to be drawn and pinned with an insulin needle and shot subq.

Feeling good with the weeks training and ready to enjoy the rest over the weekend. I feel like im itching to train at the end of the training block, and i have to force myself to take a rest on saturday.

Its good though, keeps my motivation for sunday nice and high!

Had a strong session. I am noticable stronger and my sparring partners have mentioned how much stronger and heavier i am. I have been able to shoot really sloppy takedowns and just brute force people to the ground. In some instances, i can just grab bodylocks and drop people down. My cardio is still holding up at this weight, although i do notice im pretty exhuasted at the end of the session.

I would like to see how i would perform during a cutting phase, at a lighter bodyweight. I could potentially add some cardio training to build up my cardio at this size a bit more.

Im a big fan of amino acid injections. L-Carnitine injections has been something i've done even when i was natty. Since i learned to make it myself, i've become a fan of certain injectable amino blends. I've updated the cycle information so its more clear how i do it. I sometimes skip the Pump Blend on leg days, as the pump is a little brutal.

Sometimes preworkout i will take individually or a combination of; cialis, viagra, injectable AMP, glycerol, non-stim prewokout, stim preworkout, oral steriod (anavar, anadrol, dbol, superdrol) and electrolytes.

It just depends on how im feeling, what i feel i need and the bodypart. The non-stim preworkout and the glycerol is pretty often, the rest are very rarely.

Feeling good with the weeks training and ready to enjoy the rest over the weekend. I feel like im itching to train at the end of the training block, and i have to force myself to take a rest on saturday.

Its good though, keeps my motivation for sunday nice and high!

Had a strong session. I am noticable stronger and my sparring partners have mentioned how much stronger and heavier i am. I have been able to shoot really sloppy takedowns and just brute force people to the ground. In some instances, i can just grab bodylocks and drop people down. My cardio is still holding up at this weight, although i do notice im pretty exhuasted at the end of the session.

I would like to see how i would perform during a cutting phase, at a lighter bodyweight. I could potentially add some cardio training to build up my cardio at this size a bit more.

Some slight changes to exercise selection today. I was struggling to safely get the dumbells into position for db shoulder press. I decided to switch to standing barbell press, because its fun as hell.

You can really only go a maximum of 1ml subq though, unless you are pretty flabby.

Strong DB numbers brother, 50kg inclines 3x8 is no joke. Reta at 2mg/wk is gonna be fighting the bulk hard on the appetite side, not surprised the weight is drifting down even on 3700 cal. The 100 cal bump is a good move, might need more if the Reta keeps winning. Pendlay 100kg 3x10 was a solid "bad" session, crushing it regardless.

I've been experimenting with taking my amino acids subq instead of IM. They seem to work just the same subq. The only issue is that it leaves a little lump for an hour or so.

You can really only go a maximum of 1ml subq though, unless you are pretty flabby.

Weighed in at 93.1kg on the weekend, which is a 900gram drop from last week.

Im going to bump calories up by 100, adding 25grams more carbs. Ill see how i go with this food increase and check my weight again at the end of the week.

@Nasser1997o2 another excellent job on this update. That's a lot of insulin I use per day. Do you see yourself keeping that dosage or do you plan on lowering it?

Strong DB numbers brother, 50kg inclines 3x8 is no joke. Reta at 2mg/wk is gonna be fighting the bulk hard on the appetite side, not surprised the weight is drifting down even on 3700 cal. The 100 cal bump is a good move, might need more if the Reta keeps winning. Pendlay 100kg 3x10 was a solid "bad" session, crushing it regardless.
Im able to get my food down ok. The reta is mostly for health, life extension and insulin sensitivity.

Smart framing brother, Reta as an insulin sensitiser while bulking is exactly the longevity angle most people miss. Holding BG rock solid and still pushing growth at 93kg is the real flex, the stack is clearly dialled 💪
