Hey, looking for wisdom. New to this forum and looking to learn. I'm 46 with years of off again and on again power lifting and strongman training around my career. I finally find myself in a place that I can concentrate on consistent training and want to put on some serious mass and strength. I'm 6'1" 285lbs with approximately 30% or less body fat. I've read a couple of threads on other sites before finding this great place of knowledge. I've seen things like this:

Post Cycle Therapy (Recommended)

- Clomid: 50/50/25/25 mg (Weeks 13–16)
- Nolvadex (optional): 40/40/20/20 mg
