Well I love steaks and tuna sandwiches
I’m a terrible cook so making meals that taste good is a challenge. But it’s easy to grill a 🥩 steak with garlic salt and I make very good sandwiches. 🥪

Anyway sounds like I don’t need to stress over protein as song I’m getting around 120 That’s pretty easy to do 💪💪

you should grill more steaks and eat less sandwiches can you do that?

you have to push protein to 150 grams can you?

test tren and npp is ok but 2 progestins can you do winstrol instead of npp?

he can do both

I've yet to meet a person who came to my house and ate my healthy meals say that it wasn't the most delicious meals they've ever had in their life

people have to learn that eating healthy can still mean delicious food

I’ve had only great feedback though about the bod so I’m going keeo a less stressed attitude over it.

Drawback at 193 I have relentless bouts of hiccups serious ackd rain reflux and indigestion the hiccups go in for hours and hours



Diet today

2 eggs avocado toast
8 ounce apple juice
1 can tomato soup
2 slice sourdough
6 ounces chilaquiles
(?that’s it cuz I came home early with a fever to bed)

Funny thing is the ONE thing I’m craving now with a fever is a box of freakin donuts cuz that sugar is so soothing. I don’t think I can sleep if I don’t get up and find sugar
I feel bad for people with sweet tooth like craving because that has to he rough, I can just walk past all that stuff and not even care, more so than anything I always crave ribeye or porter house steaks lol. Snacking can be bad but not entirely bad, if u limit what u eat as far as junk u can still do it just not whole boxes of stuff lol.
 
you get eight seconds of pleasure and then afterwards you get stomach problems is it worth it?
 
you are seriously addicted to sugar man. its like crack but you gotta just ignore it
 
When you crave something and then give it to your body then you will never shake the addiction

The reason I want to do Npp is because I have two leftover viles of it. I want to use them up

Any other recommendations. I want to grow a little more before I cut for summer

No a fan of tren and npp together but firstly and I know you’ve heard it 1000 x you need to fix your diet
The never duet is not something I can live with. It’s not realistic for sone who busy married with an active social that involves travel dining brunch parties etc My trainer ( who also offers nutrition programs) told me straight up. “Doing this tyoe of diet is not realistic for you. This diet is for gym bros. I know your lifestyle and this is not something you’re going to maintain”

And of course that is correct.

But I can still make sure I keep my protein up and trim the bad stuff around the edges at least.
Heard today for instance. Two frozens
Some chicken thigh with stuffing
MEE bar nonfat corttage. Probably add Diane oatmeal later
