I'm not a new member. Been around since 2019

Here's my apology. I'm sorry that I thought we'd promote responsible PED usage and health management given the health risks of using such drugs.
@max-95 you can be a member since 2019 but you're new to the updated TOS.

If you review @Dirt log, he's had serious health conditions and he's trying to get past them and change his life.

Been doing 1 hour cardio fasted every morning .
Last night , I was doing a warm up on the tread mill before a push session , was supposed to be a 10 minute warm up , accidentally did 30 mins as I was day dreaming . 😅

Weight loss still going good bro . I never stopped watching my diet . So even though I couldn’t train at times ,
I’ve still been dropping weight slowly but surely .
I’m getting compliments and questions now a lot at work etc , and family when I go visit .
Just goes to proove , diet is the most important factor in all we do here wether it is muscle building or cutting

I’m buying a whole rump later today and cutting it up for meal preps , I’ll throw some photos up.
Maybe people will see and realise you can eat good food on a budget if you learn a few butchery skills .
I’ll probably get over 20 steaks plus a small jar of tallow to cook with out of it.

I’m under 120 now . Not sure exactly t how much I was wearing boots and uniform when I got that weight reading .120 was a goal . Next goal is 110 . Ultimately I’ll be happy with 100 kg
You should do your weight in when you get up should give you a more accurate measure.

If I could afford it I’d be getting Scotch fillet .
Maybe I’ll splurge one day but I’d rather feed my daughters the best food too . By the way they love steak

Had my meal about 40 mins later
steak again . Ruby red grapefruit juice . A shot of apple cider vinegar . Some olives green onion , pickeled turnips and pickled beetroot . All home made .
Just ate a bit of the delicious salty pickles . Just for the salty goodness and
Soon after went to sleep could barely keep my eyes open while I was eating. .
Laying in bed now .
So tired .
 
The best cuts of steak are usually the least healthy

Man , I’ve been fat for a few years now , and it seemed no matter what I did nothing worked .
To see the results I’m seeing despite the hurdles that I’m constantly working on to fix , it gives a good feeling .

A glass of grape fruit juice
And some sugar free cordial .( apple and blackcurrant my favourite)
Also had a piece of pickeled turnip .
Sleepiness is starting to hit .

commit every day to do fasted cardio just do it for 10 or 15 minutes that's better than nothing
 
you get the olives when they're very ripe or do you ripen them up yourselves
 
I didn't even know that olives were a fruit until looking it up

Saterday and Sunday I have family commitments .
So no updates other than some bbq Chicken . I’ll upload some photos of the spread .
It’s my daughter’s birthday so not all the food you will see is mine . I’m just gonna eat chicken .

There’re was a lot of deep fried food , and it’s one of the foods that actually make me sick.
Don’t know if you been following or if you remember my gut issues , but I’ve basicly found out that fibre is one of the big causes of my gastric issues .
I’ve given up seed oils a while ago now , dairy I’m almost completely off .
Basicly I’m about 90 % carnivore diet now .

It’s not blood bro .
when an animal is slaughtered the blood flows from the body .

Almost fell asleep on the couch while having a catch up with the mrs . She made me the best coffee I’ve had in my whole life , the first one I’ve had in months, and I snapped out of it, went to the gym full of life .

Got home and fried up a steak , 3 eggs and 2 kidneys in tallow and had a slice of butter .
A glass of fresh grape fruit juice .
Don’t ask me why but I ate one of the egg shells . For some weird reason I craved eating an eggshell . Felt like eating sand .
 
I like how you keep the food very delicious
 
you still have room to tighten up your diet more but it's definitely getting better
 
it's all about food prep for sure
